I had a bad leak involving my pool pump equipment. Bluepoint Pool Service sent out their tech, Mark to repair the leak. What a pleasure to work with a company that has friendly, knowledgeable personnel that arrive on time, and do a fantastic job, for a reasonable price. I totally recommend Bluepoint Pool service for any of your pool or spa needs! Definitely 5 star plus! read more

I had a leaking valve bonnet. Bluepoint fixed it on one, quick service call. This is typical of their service. Thanks.

Jerry seems to believe that it is okay to rip the customer while the customer is getting frustrated over the fact, that the pool person is unable to text the customer when they arrive, rather than knock on the door or ring a doorbell. The pool person did this often - texting us or calling, as we requested when he arrived. Then he would forget. BluePoint would not contact us to let us know that the person did arrive, and did this or that. So, we have no idea. I reached out to Jerry to find out what was going on. He said the person rang the doorbell, knocked on the doors. Yet when reviewing our security cams, no such action occurred. This wasn't the first time, the "we did ring your door bell" but in reality, the security cams said you didn't. Did I start to get irked? You bet. How do you diffuse an angry customer - you say you understand, that you can do this or that as an option - not, "Can you believe this guy? He wants us to text him every time when we are on our way there." - Then a few other phrases to boot. Next, he starts to yell, you increase your voice back. And well, you end up, with an unhappy customer, an indifferent owner, lost business, and a negative review. We never experienced anything like this in LA. I guess in AZ it is totally acceptable. Bad Service. Worst experience. Bonus - We reached out to two pool providers - both said they do texting for customers. BluePoint perhaps needs to do the same. read more

These guys set up our pool with a new controller and heater so we can manage it remotely. Also set up a simple 4 button controller for renters so they can't screw things up. Works great! We also hired them for pool cleaning service. Our pool is always sparkling! read more

Bluepoint Pool Service - Keeping our pool beautiful. - Pool Cleaners Near Me

I'm a real estate agent and use Blue Point for my inspections and personally. Responsive, reliable and great people.

Their negligence and inability to communicate nearly got my dogs killed and cost me thousands of dollars in vet bills. As working professionals with a toddler and full-time jobs, we relied on their consistent schedule which for over a year was Wednesdays before 8:00 a.m. Then suddenly the schedule was changed to later in the day with no notice and no communication. We called repeatedly and asked when we could expect our service and were just told that the employees made their own schedule and that the company did not guarantee any time of day for the visit, just the day itself. When the pool boy finally showed up it was unexpected and we were not prepared for it. His presence in our backyard without our knowledge caused our dogs to react and ultimately they got into a huge fight. I will give them credit for calling us to let us know that the dogs were fighting, even though the entire incident could have easily been avoided with a phone call or text message to let us know what time they would be arriving. When I spoke with the manager he was rude, dismissive, and refused to assume any liability. I fired them on the spot, and I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company for their service. read more

Thanks to the whole crew @ Blue Point including Ryan, Mark, Noah, Zach and Kensey. They worked hard to get our pool/spa back up in time for our grandkid's visit. We'll done! read more

I love working with these guys. Gary and Ryan as prompt to answer me when I need something, and they schedule someone quickly to come out. They have worked on several things, and are honest and straight forward. The techs the come to the house are very knowledgeable, and take that time to explain what they are doing. I will continue to use them, and have no problem recommending them to my friends. They are great to work with! read more

Had great experiences with BPS thus far. They provide fast, friendly and affordable services.

Blue Point is super reliable to deliver great pool cleaning service. I'd love for more flexibility around what day the pool is cleaned as we move into summer, but their staff is great at coming in, doing the job and heading back out - not making any kind of fuss. Would recommend to anyone! read more

All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. We just had our water treated and recycled, and complex process which saved us from having to empty the pool and refill it. A smart idea as water is becoming such a precious item. When we tried to manage the pool chemicals ourselves, we always ran into problems. With Bluepoint managing it, it's always clean and sparkling, and we are worry free. I would highly recommend their services. read more

Good on time service with skilled technicians always on top of things. They keep my pool and spa ready to use.

I needed a new pool heater. Bluepoint came out and diagnosed the problem. They searched over 3 weeks for a compatible motherboard but due to the age of my pool heater we had no luck. They recommended a new heater by Pentair, which they ordered and installed in less than a week. I am very pleased with their knowledge, skills and professionalism. If you have pool or spa problems- Bluepoint most likely will have the solutions. I highly recommend them. read more

I've had Bluepoint to my house a few times and every time I've been impressed. I like how on their last visit Mark (our repair tech) explained to me what needed repair and why. I didn't feel like I was being sold on more than what actually needed to be repaired. The trust factor goes a long way with us and they've got it. I'll continue to call them every time and recommend them highly. read more

I am extremely fortunate to have found Bluepoint Pool Service. I made a mistake by putting some chemicals in my pool and needed assistance right away. I even received a phone call from Bluepoint on a holiday and an appointment was made for Gary to come over the next day. He made arrangements right away to get my pool back in order and also have some immediate and much needed repairs completed on my pool pump. Ryan and his team including Zach made the repairs to my pool pump right away and followed up to make sure that there were no issues. Tyler has been doing a great job servicing my pool. I really believe that I found one of the best, if not the best, pool company in the Tucson area. awesome service, reliable and fair pricing. highly recommended.

The decision to have a new pool cleaning service maintain our pool was a tough decision. Fortunately, in the 4 months working with Blue Point Pool Service, they have been absolutely amazing. They cleaned the tiles of an accumulation of calcium. The pool water was purified to drinking quality water. A UV system was installed to maintain that quality of water requiring far less chemical maintenance. The control panel that operates every aspect of the pool system was updated for smooth and more reliable operations. All of this was accomplished at a very reasonable cost. The skilled personnel, both owners and techs, have all been a pleasure to work with. Great work ethic, very knowledgable and personable. Blue Point Pools has a deep pool of qualified techs. read more

We have used this group since we bought our home a year ago. This is our first pool and Bluepoint has been very helpful with a couple of issues with our equipment. Our weekly cleaning is done like clockwork and the pool always sparkles. We are very happy with the service we get for our dollar. Give them a try. read more

My pool pump and filter were struggling to keep my pool clean and I was constantly fighting to keep the filter working. I called Matt and Ryan with Bluepoint Services and the Hunt boys were able to get me not only the best pump and filter combo for my set up they were also the best price in town. They had the install set up for 2 days later and the installer Noah came out and was very professional. He was great with my dogs, cleaned up after himself, and even painted the piping to match the new setup. Very professional, very clean, very happy! 10/10 would use again. Thanks, team! read more

This company installed a saltwater system for us and said they knew how to maintain it. We had the same guy for months, and he wasn't great but seemed to do an ok job, then he got injured and his homes were divvied up between the other employees. All we ever saw them do was check the chemicals-nothing else, because they were too busy to take the time to do full maintenance. We ended up developing a black mold problem that another company (Sparkle and Shine) is now fixing for us; not only that, S&S clearly knows waaaay more about proper maintenance of saltwater systems than Bluepoint. We found out the cell is supposed to be cleaned once a year, which BP never did and didn't tell us about. There are other things they did wrong or didn't do at all (maybe don't even know about?) Don't even bother with them if you have a saltwater system - and maybe a regular chlorine system, I can't speak to that but I have to wonder if they're just as clueless on proper maintenance of those as well. read more

Scheduled a service quote based off reviews and neighbor feedback on NextDoor. Spoke to a gentleman that scheduled us a week out for appointment on 1/2. Told they would come from 9-3pm. Arranged my schedule and just got a call (9:36 am) saying they have to cancel and would Wednesday be okay? I took off of work for this quote and they want me to be okay with moving it and take work off again? They can't possibly only have one person that gives quotes? So no, you lost a potential customer and I'm advising neighbors, friends, family and co-workers don't use them as they don't seem to have self -awareness that they are messing with people's schedules. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing! Stay away from this service provider. evidently they have tons of loyal customers so they can operate this way. Funny thing is a guy drives one of their fancy trucks of theirs and lives in my neighborhood- so I'll be spreading the news not to use them. Super disappointed read more

I am new to having a pool and it is super overwhelming! I was worried I screwed everything up! I call Doug who helped me schedule a check in to ensure the thing wasn't broken and he sent Noah! Noah was courteous, respectful and totally willing to tell me any thing I needed to know in order to ensure I could keep my own pool up. No gimmicks no trying to charge me for nothing just trying to keep this pool going. They both treated me like I was family. Taking the time to show me how things work, to look over the work I had done, and give me the best advice they could offer. It's really hard to find respectable and understanding people who treat you Like you're not stupid for not knowing how things work. Call Doug get Noah over you'll never regret it. read more

Worst pool service available. They "took care" of my pool for a year and never cleaned the filter, didn't know how to operate the system (Whenever I asked how to turn the pump on or heat my pool, they said they had no clue how to work it...?), my ex husband had to put an algae killer in my pool when it turned green cause they didn't know what to do, and then a couple months later my filter was finally so filthy that my pool turned completely green and they did NOTHING about it!! They would come every week and see the murky green color, walk around the pool and LEAVE without saying a word- LAZY SCAMMERS!! I finally let them go and got a new pool company who immediately looked at the filter which was so full of crap that they had to come twice in one evening to change it.. I threw away hundreds on this pool company, I wish someone would have warned me before I did! BEWARE OF BLUEPOINT!!!! read more

Bluepoint Pool Service - My pool was like this for over a month with this company coming every week telling me it wasn't their problem... Good riddance! - Pool Cleaners Near Me

Just had had them out to fix some issues with my pool equipment. After 15+ years, things wear out. Had to replace the filter and had a pump motor not operating . The tech could have sold me a new motor, but he was able to get it working with a new capacitor. Very honest, even discussed my filter options so there were no surprises. Nice to have a company you can trust. read more

very good, professional service. besides the pool maintenance I've also used Blue Point for some repairs and they've always quickly fixed the issue. read more

Impeccable service! Have read the other reviews here and this was definitely not my experience with Bluepoint. I was matched to them via my home warranty company for a pump motor issue. They came out as soon as they could, had the repair authorized, and the motor changed all inside of about 4 work days...which considering having to go through the warranty company is pretty good. Throughout the project, Bluepoint remained in constant communication with me providing updates on arrival, status, and completion. Had a very professional experience with each person I spoke with and the tech that actually replaced the pump. I'd do business with Bluepoint in the future! read more

I have used bluepoint for the last 5 - 6 months at my home in Casas Adobes. Our pool had an algae bloom before we called them and was unusable. Bluepoint were quick to identify and rectify the problem in a matter of days. It took a few weeks for the algae to be completely removed as is the case but the infestation and bloom stopped soon after their intervention. They are always when they ought to be, nice, personable and professional people. They also gave me information on how to reduce future outbreaks by trimming some palm fronds that would fall in to the pool. They referred someone to help take care of that problem as well. Great service. read more

I have been using Bluepoint Pool Service for a while now and I must say that my pool looks the best it ever has. All the chemicals are included in the one price. I know exactly when they will be there and they leave information as to what was done. What is nice about this company is that they also repair anything that goes wrong. My last pool company did not do that and I had a hard time getting someone to my house to do a repair. Great customer service as well. read more

They bought-out my former pool service company, keeping the staff. Our weekly technician was pleased with their professionalism toward him, and we with them. Their weekly service fees are good for our area. When repair or replacement of parts are needed, there are no surprise fees. read more

The technicians have been to my home 3 times and did not fix the pump yet! I have already paid and they have now left the pump in parts on my property for almost a week. I had them do some work on my pool on a house I just purchased based on their estimate.
