Have used for general maintenance for several years now. Pool has never looked better. Good communication. Prices are competitive.

Preservation Pros has serviced my pool weekly for several years. In addition to the weekly service, they've done a few specialty projects like pool refilling and removing hard water deposits. They are super reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job of spotting any potential issues so we can get them fixed before they cause a problem. I would definitely recommend them to others. read more

Roger does an excellent job of taking care of our pool and spa every week. He lets me know if he see any issues that I should be aware of, and he makes sure that the pool and spa are clean and always look great! read more

Weekly service customer. Great service, good value, pool is in great condition and we use it often!

We have used Preservation Pros for a number of years and have had generally good experiences. Our servicemen, Roger, has been excellent and reliable! He is responsive when we need help or explanations. I know that when we are gone, he will take care of our pool and equipment. read more

Dustin is Awesome he has great communication and got back to me right away!! I have a new pool and he sent Chris out right away! They are keeping my pool in perfect balance and the price is a good value for weekly visits with all chemicals included !!! Chris spends time with my pool actually brushing it which my last service did not do- if you want a company that CARES for your pool look no farther... here they are. read more

Not sure what happened with Dustin. Initially, he was responsive to issues and questions. Then, he became unresponsive and when he did there was some attitude. After a while, Dustin would make comments to make it sound like he was doing me a favor for doing his job or he would get very defensive. Makes me think there is something else going on with him that is affecting his job and temperament. Dustin was never able to get the pool level restored to the correct level, that was typically an inch or two too low. Dustin claimed he wanted it low for "skimming purposes", but the intake jets should not be gurgling when the pump turned on. He never could get the Leaf filter to remain secure that regularly opened-up dumping debris in the pool. The hose pieces for pool cleaner would regularly separate as well. I asked several times to find a way to secure the components better, and the only laughable attempt that I saw was using electrical tape. Other issues required several follow-up texts and calls. At some point Roger, was not doing a good job skimming once a week, in which I had to follow up after him. I do not mind skimming the pool the other six days, but please do a good job with the one scheduled day to clean the pool and spa. Apparently, Roger is moving on, so maybe he was phoning it in... Technician Ricki was excellent. He did a great job with the new heater installation, which is the only reason why a rated 3 stars instead of 2 stars. read more

We're on year 7 I believe with Dustin and Anthony. They do a great job. Like I've said before we get lots of debris from the trees around the pool and Anthony works his chemical magic to keep the water crystal blue. Very happy with their service!!!! read more

I couldn't figure out why our hot tub wasn't heating up & Dustin sent his guy right over & walked me through. Thanks!

Dustin, Ricki, Chris, and the whole team at Preservation Pros have always been awesome. They have always been communicative, responsive, and understanding when taking care of our pool and associated equipment. I can always rely in them to help take care of any issues that come up in a timely fashion. Recently, we got the water in our pool replaced and it looks really great. The water is fresh and clear and the pool looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!!! read more

We have had many pool companies service our pool over the last 21 years, and Preservation Pools is by far the best. The technician, Andrew, is exceptionally knowledgeable and explains things very well. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reasonable rates, exceptional customer service, and quality pool maintenance. Highly recommend. read more

Talked to Dustin about coming out and cleaning our Hayward filter. He setup same day service as his person was in the area already. Andrew came out and showed me all kinds of tips and tricks with the filter as he was cleaning. He was super nice, really knowledgeable and was very generous with his time. Not only did he let me talk to him and ask questions while he worked, he took time after to look over the pool and offer other advice. Really great experience and will be having them do more work on the pool and have setup a routine filter scheduled cleaning. Can't thank them enough for what they've done and happy I found a reliable service. read more

This company has been incredibly helpful for me and my wife as we settle into our new home. Ricky installed our sand filter, and came by the next day to ensure that it was running smoothly. Dustin has also been a great person to work with as he's helped me get my pool chemistry balanced. I would definitely recommend this company, they are professional, offer competitive prices, and communicate really well! read more

don't post a review much on companies, but I felt this was much needed. So the last couple years, I took it upon myself to do my own pool service. The last few months, I definitely have neglected it and things have gone downhill where it turned green a few times. The tile was completely filled with calcium buildup and basically just look like shit. My wife told me to reach out to Dustin to see what he thought and if he could take over the maintenance of the pool. I swallowed my pride and let Dustin and his crew take over. They cleaned the tile change the filters and basically took my pool looking like the ponds at Castle rock to something worth swimming in. Would highly recommend preservation pools, and the crew. I just wanted to say I couldn't give a higher recommendation for ANYONE ELSE!! Preservation Pro's is a small locally owned business. I have never had a negative interaction with the owner, Dustin. In fact he has always been extremely professional and even kind, patient, and caring to my family. I couldn't imagine him being any other way. It's been over a year ago now, I asked Dustin if he could help us and save our pool from the mess it was from being previously neglected by our other servicer. His company doesn't usually service our area but his heart went out to us whilst I struggled to find anyone willing to help. He took it upon himself to keep sending people over to service our pool and they ended up staying. If you're ever unhappy about anything concerning your service, don't put it off, just communicate. I am positive Dustin will listen and help you out. As far as I'm concerned, he deserves all the business in the world because he will look out for you - so we gotta look out for him too! Don't wait, give him a call for your pool needs, today! read more

I have been using Preservation Pros for pool cleaning for about a year. They are consistent and reliable and my pool always looks great. Owner Dustin is responsive and when there is a problem, it is addressed. No complaints. read more

Dustin responded extremely quickly to my request for a pool drain in Tucson. He was able to answer my questions, make recommendations, and was very knowledgeable. Even better, he was able to get our pool drained, washed, filled, and ready for use - within 3 days of my request, and 3 days to complete. We are very happy with his service and will certainly return as a customer. read more

I think you'll be hard-pressed to find a pool company in Tucson that beats their quality and expertise. Dustin (owner) quick to communicate, and were incredibly professional and respectful. They were able to come out quickly and help walk me through the very tedious, difficult project go extremely smooth and free of headaches. Ricky (the worker) as very knowledgeable; him and Joaquin both had great attitudes and were very patient with my questions. Ive used other companies as well, but these guys have been the most consistent and effective, and offer a great value. read more

Tough to find a decent pool service, but I am VERY pleased with Dustin's Preservation Pros. Sean is our service person and he has done a great job with out pool. Chemicals are balanced as I like it (in other words, "done correctly!"), consistent complete cleaning jobs and is good communicator when I need to contact him. Finally I have found the pool service to stick with. Easy service set up as well. Didn't need to have a complicated appointment. Dustin allowed me to send photos of pool and pump to estimate and set up service and I was good to go the following week. Sean has pride in his work and doesn't just blast in and get out as fast as he can. read more

Started pool chemical and cleaning service September 2024 which has been very good along with a very fair cost. Glad to refer to anyone.

We have never owned a home with a pool so we have had many questions along the way and Dustin and Brandon have always answered our calls and texts messages timely. Brandon keeps us informed of our pool condition after every visit and lets us know things we can do to keep the pool and the equipment functioning properly (like making sure our kids' toys are removed from the pool so that they don't get stuck in the cleaner, etc. ). They have gone above and beyond with answering all our questions and breaking down all the pool lingo to us newbies. We are very happy with their service and our pool looks great! read more

DISABLED VETERANS BEWARE!!!!! I contacted this company for a quote on maintaining our salt water pool. I am a retired %100 percent disable Veteran who served my country along with thousand other veterans. Preservation pool service gave me a bid of $135 a month, I asked if they offered a military discount. They then stated they originally hadn't seen the reflection of a mesquite tree over our pool and then stated that the bid would be $145 but he would give me a discount off of $10 a month which was the original bid of $135. I would have been ok if they didn't offer a military discount, but I felt he was trying to get one over on me. I'm writing this so veterans are aware of this shady company. read more

My pool had black algae which is very difficult to remove. Ricki did a great job in getting rid of it with a huge chlorine load and additional scraping. The owner, Dustin, came by and gave the pool a acid wash and now the pool, after 22 years, looks as close as possible to the original. They also installed a pool rail to allow my wife to enter the pool without mishaps, and are in the process of dealing with an aging pool heater that hasn't been usable for the last four years. I was initially concerned about the possible costs involved, but I have found their prices to be very fair. I am now going to turn my pool services over to them on a weekly basis since I can no longer do it myself. I would recommend anyone to give them a try. Dustin is very fair and available by text, and Ricki is the ultimate pool technician, both fair, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. Give them a try; you won't be sorry. read more

Dustin contacted me immediately when I needed an estimate. Very responsive and professional service. I will continue to use them.

Our swimming pool was neglected over the winter months, which soon led to algae taking over. Dustin and Ricki were exceptional at communicating which steps needed to be taken to get our pool back in using condition. For a great price, we had knowledgeable professionals walking us through the emptying, stripping, and refilling of our pool. Beyond satisfied with their service, and now have signed up for monthly maintenance. Thanks guys! read more

My parent's neighbor uses this service and loves them. However, my parents think they can beat the job a professional does so, when I needed to housesit and their pool smelled like a pond I grabbed the phone and begged for a fix RIGHT THIS MINUTE. Did they respond promptly and send someone out THAT day? Why, YES! Did they send the coolest guy who went above and beyond to tell me all the ins and outs about their system and how to use it? 100%!! Did they fix this murky mess of an delusional novice team? YES and more YES. Prompt service. Prompt replies. Stellar job. Obviously... 5+ stars! Thanks so much Dustin and team!!! The pool and electricity industries are very alike, I care a lot when they don't work, and I don't think about them when they do. I'm happy to say I rarely have to think about my pool. I'm almost convinced that my pool doesn't require much work. Dustin and his team have done such a great job with the pool that we have maximized our swim days with the least amount of fuss. They are responsive to my calls and always alert me when there is any concern. I'd recommend them to anyone else who would like to forget that pools are actually a lot of work. read more
