Love stopping here for coffee! The banana coffee is my favorite. Ann is super sweet all the time .. great service from her! They just added vending machines.. can't wait to play those once they're set up.

Amazing Tai Tea and Double Matcha Latte!! Service was super sweet and they had connect four on the table while we waiting which was awesome! Super cute spot I'd highly recommend

House special coffee & Honey Jasmine Milk Tea

Cute, little new tea and coffee shop. I thought it would be more coffee based, but had more milk teas/boba-like flavors than coffee. Regardless, I love to try jasmine milk teas for all of the boba stores I visit, so I got that and it was pretty good! Not too sweet or tea-forward. My boyfriend got the house special coffee and it was a pretty solid Vietnamese coffee. Service was great! We got our drinks in great time. I don't think I would be visiting again, mainly because of the location but also because nothing really stood out to me about the store. It was decent.

Thinking that this was a ding tea establishment it was once it is no longer that place. However the tea that is on the menu and the drinks that are on the menu seem to be the same. The friendly Service at the cashier and tea maker is still great and friendly as well. One had an order than usual as part of my commute back home and the drinks was awesome. On a long route I usually order a coffee tea Boba, but on this particular route, I ordered my usual Hokkaido milk tea with Boba The seating is inside is the usual 3 to 4 tables with 3 to 4 chairs and a few stools. Now they have a casing for selling Pokémon stuff as well as a casing for selling Labubu stuff. I'll definitely return to try the other drinks, even though this is no longer a Ding Tea establishment I believe Bloom and Brew will be the next big trend.

Love the Ding Tea Rebrand! We went around lunch time and it wasn't too busy. Drinks are nice. A little too sweet for me but you can adjust sweetness. Popcorn chicken is good. Crunchy and juicy. Next time I would ask for more spicy seasoning but it was still good.

Service is so sweet :) called in my order before work was super quick seem less transaction! I love the peach black tea 25% sugar with lychee jelly and golden boba

This place is amazing. The owner is so kind and even when they were going to close early she came over and told us we could still order. She always puts extra drinks in cups for us and the drinks Almere delicious. It's really risen above all the local boba places and this one is family owned. It's a life changing experience and I don't say that lightly. 100/10 stars

Such a great boba spot! The drinks are always fresh and flavorful -- you can really taste the quality in every sip. They have a nice variety of drinks too, from classic milk teas to fruity blends. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile and happy to give recommendations. The place is clean, cozy, and has a nice vibe to hang out or grab a drink to go. Highly recommend!

Chill spot, fantastic service, and delicious popcorn chicken! I'm not a coffee person, but I actually enjoyed this coffee! Highly recommend you to come here and they have a Pokémon card vending machine! And they have a a lot of labubu stuff! Check them out!

I was excited to try Bloom and Brew, and the coffee tasted great. The downside was that after just a few sips, it was gone. I checked the cup and realized it was mostly ice. Since the coffee was pre-made and taken from the fridge, the amount of ice felt unnecessary. I'm not trying to put down a hardworking business, just bringing awareness to something that stood out as a customer

Laura L.

Service was fine but before I even drank my drank I got upset. I ordered a large hot drink and when I got it, it has the same amount as a regular drink just in a bigger cup. The lady said it's because it's hot so they don't want it to spill but what's the point of ordering a large then? So if you get a regular do you get even less? And she stated it's the same amount for a coke large with ice which I hate when places do. If little to no ice is offered then you should be able to get the full cup size. So if you're ordering a hot drink for the winter time or a drink with no ice 10/10 would not recommend this place.

If, like me, Ding Tea is one of your favorite chains to get a milk tea you certainly won't be disappointed by this location. It's located in an older strip mall (so plenty of parking). The interior is cool with its all-black decor. You'll find seating at several small tables and a counter at the window. The young woman who took my order was soft spoken and cordial. I got my usual order of a Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea with boba. The drink was perfectly made at the exact sweetness level I like. The boba must have just been made as those soft, little squishy guys were a delight to my tongue. This is one of my more favorite Ding Tea locations I've visited.

Absolutely OBSESSED with these two drinks. I come here at least 2/3x a week not only because the drinks are great but because the staff are as well! If you're looking for friendly service and great coffee definitely come here

The line goes to the door much of the time, but they keep it moving, keep it kind, and the one barista keeps the drinks coming out so quickly that you barely have time to find a seat! It was pretty full again with half studier/workers and half friend pairs/ groups. We happened to come on the day they had a collab for jeans recycling with Madewell: donate a pair of jeans and get a free 12-oz drink from the "taplist" (regular menu list) plus a coupon for 15% off a pair of jeans! What a great and generous promo for a cause. Inside vinyl shops look fun. I am sad that the stationery shop is gone, but still looking forward to bringing my fam to check our the vinyl and fun drinks. The drinks: We came here just for the Fall Banoffee Latte because we crave/miss this British flavor. It was pretty good and a good sweetness, but I think toffee topping or a little more toffee flavor would've elevated it. I actually liked the free pour of Strawberry Swing even better! Green tea with strawberry flavor and a floral touch without bitterness. Had a taste of my friend's Princess Daisy green tea with mango/passion fruit, and it had a bit of bitter/tea flavor, but it grew on my friend's palate with every sip. The food: Only tried the cinamon sugar donut, which was tasty, solid regualr yeast donut topped with ?buttercream frosting and 8 or so cinnamon toast crunch pieces. The add-it-yourself maple drizzle dropper was a fun touch, though might've liked it a tad more viscous if possible (turned out looking like it rained maple syrup on the donut, heh). Plenty of parking on Orange St public parking lot or along that street. Now they charge at the lot, about $1.45 per hour (oh well, better than LA parking). Looking forward to returning! Maybe for the bananas foster matcha (heard good things from friend of a foodie friend :)).

Unfortunately, this visit was one disappointment after another. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. hoping for a peaceful coffee-and-breakfast morning. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coconut matcha was so refreshing with great tasting coconut water (which can really make or break a coconut matcha drink). And the triple matcha was so smooth and rich from the matcha latte base, delicious matcha cream top, and a refreshing matcha sorbet. Thankfully I went on a day with a relatively short line, so that's a plus in my book, I know the line can be notoriously long. I also ordered the iced coconut coffee and guava matcha, just as is. All the drinks were good, the coffee was strong and had my head rushing off the first sip. The guava was a great flavor combo with the matcha, and after all the adjustments the matcha two was exactly how I'd like it. The more I drank the matcha two the better it got as well, so my experience improved with time. Cons: For 3 drinks, given we made adjustments to one with an add shot of matcha, came out to roughly 23 before tip. In this day and age its to be expected that coffee/matcha will run your pockets, but its an adjustment I'm still having to make. For the matcha two, although it was good, I would hope that a place known for their matcha would offer something stronger. I may just be picky about my matcha, but having to add a shot to my drink just to get it "grassy" enough is a slight knock. Overall it was still really good, but as a fair critique it could have been a bit better for all of the hype. I am driving from the border of Santa Ana and Costa Mesa, given this is about a 15-20 minute drive, even with the drinks being good I find it hard to make my way back here if I'm not already in the area. There are plenty of good shops for matcha in between my house and here; however, if you are a tustin local it should be on your rotation for sure. Overall: This would get a 4.1 to 4.2 stars if I were able to score it that way. With the landscape of coffee/matcha shops in OC, theres really a spot for everyone. Ayer really strikes a good balance of strong and flavorful drinks. If you're local it should be somewhere you frequent. Glad I finally got to try it.

We ordered the butter chicken wrap, the chili chicken wrap and an aloo parantha. We wanted to try the tandoori chicken wrap, but they were sold out that day. We really enjoyed everything except the chili chicken wrap- we didn't find it very flavorful and wouldn't order it again. The wraps come with a yogurt-based cilantro sauce but I found it to be too liquidy to properly dip the wrap and the plate it comes in makes it very awkward as well. The aloo paratha was really good- not overly seasoned but it had a very authentic flavor and came with traditional indian pickle condiment on the side. Service was ok, we asked alot of questions because it was our first time there and there are no descriptions of any of the items which would have been helpful. They didn't seem too eager to help us understand the menu or offer suggestions. The food was ok, good in theory, it all sounded delicious, but the execution was lacking. The burritos lacked flavor, the chicken was dry (could have used more sauce/flavoring on the chicken) and there wasn't too many pieces of chicken. More rice than chicken. The prantha is a very thin soft bread with a cauliflower filling mix inside. It was soggy, dry, lacked flavor and it fell apart even when I cut it into pieces to share. It was completely what I was not expecting at all. I love Indian food because it's so flavorful and full of spices but..these were not. Would not order any of those again. I really looked forward to the desserts too but they were also lacking. The flavors were just not there at all. All a bit disappointing.
