I love this restaurant chain for its consistent good food, frequently updated menu items, and a diverse menu that always has something for everyone. I tried to buy stock in the company, but it's privately owned. The pizookies are incredible, but very addictive and can cause you to gain wait. I am now on the Pizookie recovery program. We quickly got seated and the server came over and asked us for our drinks and what we would like to have to eat.. I have a cheddar broccoli soup with a wedge salad. It was tasty... normally I get bone in wings but a friend in Houston went and recommended it to me. I also had the house salad with blue cheese dressing, no croutons and I added onions! That was an awesome house salad! I also had their house made root beer to drink. It was all very tasty and my server Rylan was very attentive and friendly. This is a standard BJs. The servers and hosts are all really nice every time I've come. The staff is happy to help with a recommendation or suggestion if you need it. It's a big and clean place with plenty of seating. We sat in a nice small booth that was perfectly cozy for the two of us. The food is exactly what you expect and is fine. The veggie burger was good and filling without being overpriced. Hubs told me that he was really enjoying his chicken dish. We both finally understand the Pizookie hype after trying their Strawberry Shortcake one. Hubs and I were able to split one and feel pretty satisfied after. Both times I've visited this location, I've had disappointing experiences. The first time, we waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After being seated, we then waited at least another 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or took our drink order. My second visit was better in terms of service, and my server was actually great. However, I ordered a Pazookie to go, and when I got home, I realized only half of it was included. I'm not usually one to complain, but when I pay for something and don't receive the full order, it's understandably frustrating. I'm not sure if this was a server or kitchen issue, but it's something that should be addressed to help improve future guests' experiences. ESPECIALLY if you're supposed to check the food before giving it out to customers. I will definitely be going to a different locations future wise because unfortunately I do love the food. A group of us assembled at this BJ's location on a recent weeknight to have a birthday celebration. We arrived at 6:30 and didn't leave until after 8:30. The restaurant, located in a shopping center, wasn't particularly busy. One of the reasons for going to BJ's was the availability of gluten-free pizza and dessert for the birthday boy. When I walked in, I found the floor to be very slick. This was the case everywhere I went inside. Service, while very cordial, was definitely slow. The gluten-free pizza came out long after all of the other meals. Likewise, the gluten-free pizookie was the last to come out. The food was good, with a wide variety of selections, and there are M-F all day $13 deals that include an entrée and pizookie dessert. For the uninitiated, this is a hot cookie in a 3" tin, topped with ice cream. There are several cookie choices. I chose one of the $13 specials, a Mediterranean chicken salad and brownie pizookie. Others at the table had pizza or salmon, with one of the children enjoying mac & cheese and fruit. When we left, I again noticed the very slick floor. If I had only one suggestion to make to the management, it would be to get that floor cleaned. It's an accident waiting to happen. read more

I used to love this place but it has gone down hill. I will not be going back. We are here yesterday for lunch and enjoyed it. We were able to get seated immediately and without a reservation, which was nice. Our sever Emma was friendly and did a good job. As for the food, the wings were delicious! I enjoyed the wedge salad as well, and was appreciative that they could make it with no blue cheese. The clam chowder was solid as well. The boba-licious mango sparkler mocktail was also good and very tasty. The entrees of Atlantic Salmon and prime rib were just alright, although I might have liked the salmon more if I tried the blackened Salmon instead. We sat waiting to be greeted by our server for over 15 minutes then were waiting over 10 for our drinks. Drink order was not correct not one time, we did not order anything complicated by any means. Our server did not touch our table but maybe 4 times throughout the entire experience, after seeing him be very attentive with his other tables this came to be extremely frustrating. I'm leaving this one-star review because there's no option to give zero stars, and I wanted to share my experience. I can't comment on the food because we had to leave the restaurant before we were even served. What happened today has actually happened to us before. We kept coming back because the food has always been good, and occasionally we've had great servers. On top of that, the cocktails are excellent--five stars for the bar every time. Unfortunately, lately, whenever the restaurant isn't busy, the service has been terrible. Today was the final straw. We were seated, and after almost 20 minutes, not a single person had come to our table. Meanwhile, we could clearly see several servers standing around doing nothing, so this clearly wasn't a staffing issue. They simply hadn't checked on our table, and I honestly don't know how their system works, but something is clearly wrong. As I said, we've experienced poor service here several times recently. We kept giving the restaurant another chance because we enjoy the food and especially the cocktails, but after today's experience, this was our last visit. read more

I haven't been to a BJ's in years, but we decided to drop in for dinner on a Friday night and to grab a pizookie! It was pretty light as it was early, so we were seated right away. The interior is large and clean, and there are several booths and tables available, as well as the bar top. The food is much better than your typical sports bar, but it's nothing you can't find anywhere else. I love that their menu accommodates most tastes, as they have everything from steaks and seafood to salads, burgers, pastas, and more. Their drink menu is quite large, and they offer some fun mocktails as well! And then of course, their delicious pizookies are the star of the show. On the weekends (starting Fridays after 4pm) they offer a prime rib dinner that comes with a soup or salad, 2 sides, and a pizookie of your choice. It's a pretty massive meal and a good deal, all things considered. The prime rib was surprisingly decent. The loaded mashed potatoes were a bit sad looking for being a premium side, but the brussel sprouts were good. We also ordered the original wings, which were crispy and juicy and perfectly fresh and hot! The sweet potato fries were okay. Overall, we'd definitely revisit for a chill dinner or maybe come by for their happy hour. It's an easy, fun, sporty restaurant that has something for everyone! read more

We were shocked and so dissapointed when we recieved the bill as we have always had a great experience at any of the ones we have visted. What we had was good but not worth that price, it was rediculous and ruined the fun as we are on a fixed income. I really like the ambiance here along with their food and beverage selection. The menu is HUGE! You must try their root beer. It comes in a chilled mug and isn't overly sweet. The service? Atrocious. Have never experienced service where I was sitting there having to ask for constantly and consistently for water/food. I got sad and nobody came to check up on us for more than 15 minutes and other server came to help us, but didn't come back afterwards to the point where no one really served us or even got our food.
