I shared with him that we had gotten married the day before, and he was genuinely excited for us! After we had finished our lunch, the manager came back by with an incredibly gorgeous bouquet of flowers and a celebratory dessert! To start off we placed our order and at the same time asked the waitress for extra chips for our app not minding if we had to pay extra. Waited a while for the food to come out, when it did they forgot the chips and by then the appetizer had already gone cold so we didn't bother. The tacos were okay except for the cheese that gets melted on the tortilla on one of them , it just tasted very greasy. The rice and beans that it came with were not good at all, not sure if you're able to tell in the picture but that rice was burnt, half of it was inedible, hard burned rice and the beans were cold. My fiancés fettuccine was too salty and she left 80% of it untouched. The only upside besides the other server who took our order and forgot our chips, our original server was friendly and nice. The drinks were the best thing here and the only thing worth the money. Everything else was not worth the money or hype.

With that being said, comparatively speaking, this place actually does better with what they have than expected. Yeah, its a pretty standard sports bar, but they have some interesting food items and a pretty killer beer list. We went with the onion rings which was the highlight of the meal. They were perfectly sized and crunchy! Great call! I went with the Irish Potato which was basically a giant baked potato topped with Shepard's pie. I am not a big shepard's pie kind of guy, but I thought it added quite a bit to the potato so I was happy with my pick! My buddy got the fish and chips. There was only one fish and he said it wasn't particularly warm. That was a bummer along with it taking forever to get service here. With that being said, the place was decently packed so our server was likely doing the best she could. The Domain seems to be one of those weird places where they can get overwhelmed really fast. Jack and Gingers seems to be able to keep their heads above water, even if some things get shaky. I would come back! Why not? Drinks were good, food was fine, sports? I am happy!

I placed my lunch order using the QR code, but in the future I would probably go inside to order, as it felt like multiple steps. My son and I ordered burgers -- he got his with fries and I got mine with tots -- and my daughter ordered the hot honey turkey biscuit. It took quite a while for the food to come out, but what I will say is that the burger I ordered is literally one of the best burgers I have ever had. It had the right amount of savory, sweet, and crunchiness, along with the juiciness of the burger patty. I don't live in that area, but the next time I'm nearby, I would go there just to get that burger!

Getting to Buddy's is easy as they have a designated parking area out back. Once parked you're greeted by their patio area where there is a door for entry into the main bar. They are dog friendly, a very big plus considering most don't allow dogs at all. The bar itself is a bit divey with a domino and pool tables setup in the main area. The patrons are all very welcoming as are the workers, it definitely gives you a warm feeling to be there. We ordered 3 mixed drinks, which were all solid and the total came out to $18. Can't beat that price up north. One of the biggest highlights was the live music in the back. They have live music consistently throughout the week so you can always catch a performance. It is very easy to pass time in this bar between the music, games, and just good company overall. We didn't have a neighborhood bar yet but this place might just be the answer to that (a lot of that has to do with how comfortable the patrons and workers make you feel).

We sat on high bar stools and overlooked the celebration directly in front of the Live band stage. Amazing to hear the music from below in an open air environment In addition, the 77 degrees DJ was spinning pop, hip hop and other dance music. While the area is relatively small, they had roped off VIP sections with bottle service. We did not have any food as at this juncture we were not hungry. There is bottle and table service, tapas....and hookahs too. The crowd is festive and trendy, but relaxed. It can get chilly at night in winter months, and the outdoor heaters are good but I would still make sure to bring a sweater or a jacket. And even then you might have to snuggle with your friends to keep warm. Or start dancing to the music.
