Great place to sit outside and enjoy the weather, drink cider, and eat good food. We were invited to a birthday party and really enjoyed our visit. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and a huge playground for the little ones. Our service was good and our food was delivered to our table within 15 minutes. We will be back again to enjoy more fun times

Came here on a whim after picking up hubby from the airport on a Friday evening. Ordered some beer and tacos and sat out in the patio enjoying the music and people watching. Hubby got some street tacos and I got the ceviche tostadas. Both had great flavor, freshly made to order and tasted great.

Came here on a Saturday morning to have some breakfast tacos and a couple beers. They have a great set up with lots of seating outside and plenty for young kids to do. We had various breakfast tacos and all were good. Also tried a couple of their drafts and weren't disappointed. Would like to come back and try more of their food and drink.

We arrived at Lazarus Brewing for the university reconnect. Overall, cool vibes at Lazarus...open area in the center of the brewery and two private areas - one open to the bar and one in an enclosed room. There were folks sitting in the main area...one couple had a large dog, so they are apparently dog-friendly. Lazarus not on sell beer on tap but also canned beer as well. According to a couple of locals, Lazarus is known for their beer and have won awards for great beer. I am not a big beer drinker so opted for a glass of pinot Greccio. Service was great at Lazarus and the bartenders were funny. I asked about a number of empty beer mugs with pieces of paper in them. According the bar tender, you $1,200 and you receive a beer every day for a year. In addition, sometimes the bar give you extra perks as result of you buying the mug with beer benefits. We had tortilla chips, queso, beans, rice, chicken and cheese enchiladas. All of the food was great. Standouts were the chicken enchiladas (not greasy at all) and chips (crisp & crunchy). Great food, fun and fellowship!

You know, if it wasn't for a company networking event, I would have never come here. I am so happy when breweries offer actual food! Like, why wouldn't we need some grub with the beer? I had some tacos, the guac, and even tried the street corn. All of it was delicious. There's enough variety of food to satisfy everyone in your party, no matter if you're flying solo or partying with your crew. I am not a beer expert, but I think they offer enough to choose from for all levels of drinkers. They also have a pretty sweet happy hour deal menu. And, guess what? If you need some coffee before heading out to your next pit stop, why not try a lavender latte? I don't know how people drink beer and do any work on their computers - are you not worried about spills? If you're one of those folks, then this is your crowd. Lots of people are here "working" on laptops - let's be honest, how productive can you really be? This is a huge space so a weekday visit will not have you turning away to look elsewhere. I'm not sure what the weekends look like out here.

I really enjoyed this location! We've been to the original one before, but this one was just so family friendly and spacious. Our kids & my nephew played happily on the boat in the back for a long while as the grown ups had beer, tacos, tortas and queso. The queso was good, but my husband didn't think his torta was anything special and commented he'd try something different next time. There was plenty of shade outside and the indoors area is also really nice & open. Overall, I think this place is going to be on rotation for us for family friendly meet up spots!

Such a cool venue! Wow! I don't have much reason to stop into a brewery ordinarily (my husband is sober and I only drink girly beverages lol), but we had a group meeting there for a mentorship. The inside is quite grandiose, with both an upstairs and downstairs, plus an outdoor patio. So tons of seating wherever you'd like. Upstairs has a homey feel with a fireplace and bookshelves stuffed with books and games to borrow. Fantastic for hanging out. The music inside was a bit loud but tolerable. Almost immediately upon entering my eyes locked onto the awesome teal pirate ship! They have an area for your kids (or you) to run around and play. Very cute. The employees all seemed nice and efficient. I didn't end up ordering anything myself, but my husband greatly enjoyed his mint tea. And I sniped some of a friend's nachos, hehe. They were yummy and crunchy.

I have always loved this place! Great beer, great seating, great vibes all around. It also happens to be gluten friendly beer! I wanted to update my review because I just learned that they have a kid's gf corn dog on the menu, and that is a hard to find gf item in this city! Just when I thought I couldn't love this place more!

It's a pretty chill spot here. Came for a get together and vibe was good. Good beer selection too. A little pricey but good overall.

In the attached picture from left to right I rank the sake from bad to less bad. The one of the right was bearable but I still would not buy it alone. Perhaps the japanese sakes would have tasted better? We also decided not to get the sushi hand rolls to try and make the drinks more bearable as they did not have much variety or sounded good. I was also not a fan of the interior. Kind of reminded me of an old chinese buffet with those large stick chairs and tables. The staff here were friendly, but nothing else really redeemed here

We got Texas Sake tasting to start with and this is where we finished. The flight looked very different from other people's reviews here and tasted VERY fishy. The yellow-ish one was probably the most bearable one but it still was not good at all. To be very honest, I really had to push myself to take more than one sip of each. If I had nothing to compare with, I would probably refrain from being this harsh, but I have had cheap and expensive sake and I have never tasted anything this bad... We looked at the hand roll options and we didn't find anything we would be interested in. The interior felt like it was a bingo room with a couple of Japan inspired booths that looked a little bit out of place compared to the rest of the floor. Gave one star for nice staff and a cool fish mural.

We didn't even realize that Pinthouse Brewing had a sourdough crust (apparently not all locations…read moredo), so that was such a fun surprise. The sourdough pizza was really good--almost like a focaccia/Detroit-style hybrid, but with the sauce layered on the bottom. Super flavorful, crispy edges, soft inside... honestly just hit. Also--my husband was way too excited (in the best way) to see boiled peanuts on the menu, so of course we had to start there. Great call. We'll definitely be back.

The building is quite large and inside is cool as the seating is quite spacious and a large number of people can enjoy food and drink at once. Definitely not a tiny, small placed brewery...but it's true... everything is bigger in Texas! When we were at Pinthouse I spotted a Mexican Lager which is a type of lager I love and especially in warm weather... a perfect summer beer for me! The name of the beer was Burro's Breakfast. In the flavor profile of this beer you will find a naturally sweet corn flavor, some maltiness along with a tart and dry finish. The beer is light bodied like most lagers of this type and smooth in body. In addition to having a beer we also decided to get some lunch. So we got a chicken sandwich a piece along with coleslaw and had a very nice lunch. Coming to Pinthouse Brewing proved to be a good stop as we made a pretty extensive tour of the breweries in Austin.
