I stopped in again Monday morning, March 9, 2026. Big fan of Biscuitville! When we are in High Point, we definitely make a point to make this a breakfast stop. Really friendly staff. Love that you can see them making the biscuits fresh when you walk in the door nice touch. There are lots of options on the menu. But I've only had the sausage, egg and cheese, cause it's so good and I am only near Biscuitville once a year or so. I'll be in North Carolina for a week so I'll definitely hit up Biscuitville again! If you're looking for a quick, fast-food, but tasty breakfast, Biscuitville is usually a safe bet. I've been to this location several times. They offer both inside ordering/dining as well as drive thru. I tend to find parking, and going in is much quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. They offer a good variety of breakfast biscuits (as their name indicates), like bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, and porkchops with additions like egg, cheese, even lettuce and tomato. In addition to the expected biscuits, they also have platters, offering eggs, pancakes, with all sorts of side options. Service, is what you'd expect from fast food, but quick and the food is generally pretty consistent. On this visit, I got my regular, sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was ready quickly, and I was on my way home to enjoy it. I'd recommend this location, for consistent food quality, and speedy service. read more

Before I dive in, it's kind of important to note that, I am pretty picky when it comes to biscuits. For that reason, I don't tend to like many fast food biscuits, because gosh, it just takes a lot to make a good biscuit, and the word "fast" doesn't really agree with that. That said, this chain (with their corporate HQ in Greensboro) specializes in exactly that. They even have a biscuit window, where you can watch the person constantly toiling and making your fresh biscuits the entire time they are open. Biscuit is in the name, and they are serious about it. Regardless of this, they have never really won me over, and so many people have egged (breakfast pun, hah) me on to give them another chance lately, that I did. I'll say this, they did everything really really well... except for the biscuit. Let's dive in with the good. The man working the register had great customer service. Genuinely appeared to be happy to work there, welcomed me, and was engaging. The tea was good, and I went with potato wedges instead of the hash brown patty, they were just a bit crisp on the outside with a mashed creamy feeling inside. Perfect. All Great. My biscuit however, looked like someone had run it over with a steam roller. Even with egg, cheese, and country ham in it, it was not even 1 inch thick. I even contemplated whether they had given me one of the "skinny" biscuits they advertise. Maybe they did. You can check the photos. It wasn't completely dry, but it also wasn't moist, and definitely wasn't fluffy. It tasted buttery, but due to the lack of texture wasn't an enjoyable balance against the egg, cheese, and country ham. It also wasn't priced competitively with the "cathead" biscuits that you see from local BBQ places, and especially not compared to the king of High Point biscuits, BFAC (IYKYK). In the fast food world, I would pick a Bojangles biscuit over this particular one I was served, without question. All in all, a mid-morning biscuit would usually leave me satisfied until dinner. This one didn't. Three stars for the things that were done really well, but it's the biscuits I came here for, and mine simply did not deliver. I want to love it, I really do. I've visited this Biscuitville drive thru twice in the last week and a half and I've been very pleased. Not only is the food fresh, hot and delicious, but the service is nice as well. It's quick and easy at its best. I recommend the double bacon platter if you're super hungry. This comes with four eggs, four pieces of bacon, a hash brown (or grits) and a biscuit. If you're not starving like I usually am, you can opt for the regular bacon platter which is just two eggs and two bacon. Still with a side and biscuit. Ya just can't go wrong with it. read more

I stopped here around 8:25am on a Wednesday morning to get some breakfast before going to my office. I decided to go inside as I needed time to look at the menu without the pressure of holding up the drive thru line, lol. There were 3 people in like waiting and no one at the register taking orders. I checked my email and found a coupon for $1 off any combo. I ordered at 8:31am. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese with skinny biscuit. Skinny biscuit is 1/3 less calories than regular one. I got it in a combo with fries and strawberry tea. The total It was $8.55 before $1 off coupon and $7.78 after. I received my food around 8:35am. My fries were HOT and fresh! They also were seasoned (salt) the perfect amount. My skinny biscuit was definitely skinny, LOL. I was thinking it was made differently but it's legit just a thinner biscuit. It was kinda comical lol. Nonetheless, it was very tasty. The bacon was crispy, which I love. I love Biscuitville for their strawberry tea and this cup was delicious as expected. No complaints. I picked this location out of a couple today based on their rating. I see why theirs is higher. As soon as the line died down, these employees started cleaning windows, menu boards and updating condiment display areas, seemingly without being asked. But as soon as someone came in they went right to the register immediately to help. They talked to the regulars as friends. All the while, you could hear them laughing and talking. Makes me think they have good morale here. The food was fresh and my grits weren't runny like another location I visited last week. A nice tasty scratch kitchen feel, as it's name suggest, Biscuitville does biscuits well, only thing they're missing are milkshakes, but that might just be me wanting them to be a full alternative to Chick Fil A as their fried chicken biscuit sandwich far surpasses the one from CFA. In house honey mustard was tasty and actually had a bit of a bite unlike some other honey mustards that are overly bland. Pretty nice feel inside the building, not too hoity toity but also not grimy a la Popeye's. Overall a great experience, Charles (at least that's who's name was on our receipt) was helpful in answering questions I had considering it was my first time at this restaurant. I only wish we had one in Southern Florida, but a nice meal for the end of my vacation here in North Carolina, will be back when I come visit family again read more

This morning I went to Biscuitville drive through for breakfast. When I pulled up to the payment window, the cashier looks stoically at me and says "21.34". No good morning, no hello, just give me the money. I know we all have bad days but a pleasant hello, good morning or just a smile goes a a long way for the customer experience in these times. I have never been to biscuitville when they were packed With customers. Was in the area for GHOE weekend. I was very satisfied with how fast and accurately they were getting orders out. After I ordered my food I only had to wait 6 or 7 minutes which is extremely good due to the line along with drive though being completely full. I used to like Biscuitville a lot, but this one on Eastchester just wasn't cutting it. I came on a Sunday afternoon after church with my boyfriend and we were craving chicken biscuits. I saw that they were advertising a new Bacon and Pimento Cheese biscuit so we asked if we could get the Pimento on the chicken biscuit instead. The cashier told us yes, but sort of forgot to mention the fact that it was a DOLLAR FIFTY to add to each! Each of our biscuits was 2.99, so while we expected to pay $6 total, we ended up paying ~$9 for two biscuits. So at this point, I'm expecting this expensive pimento cheese to be out-of-this-world-good. I literally could have bought another biscuit for the same price as this cheese. Anyways, when I bit into the sandwich, I was sorely disappointed. The biscuit had a chewy, over-floured texture that made it taste mass-produced and frozen from some factory miles elsewhere. Reminiscent of the cookie-cutter type biscuit that I could've gotten from the frozen aisle in my grocery store...The chicken was rubbery and not flavorful at all. It was not fresh at all, just heated up and served. And the cherry on top? That pimento cheese.....Seriously, that was what pushed this biscuit over the edge from 'so-so' to 'terrible'. The cheese was clumpy and there was way too much in my biscuit. I literally had to scoop it out because it was too salty and rich. It looked and tasted disgusting. I can only blame myself for going out of my way and paying extra for it. Never again... I came on a Sunday afternoon, so that might be why the biscuits were terrible. I rarely eat breakfast, but decided yesterday to grab something. I was in the drive thru line, and the gentleman w/the ipad taking orders outside was doing a little jig- dancing and smiling, speaking with the car in front of me- note, it was 40 degrees outside! When it was my turn in line, he greeted me with a big grin and we chit chatted for a minute before I even ordered (no one was behind me in line). When I pulled to the window, my total was .27! I was dumbfounded- I asked his name and she said Chuck. When I pulled to the next window to get my food, I asked the sweet lady to please tell the manager that I adored Chuck, and he was an outstanding employee. She then smiled and said "Chuck IS the manager!"- WOW!!! What a top notch experience, and great way to start my day! The manager at this Biscuitville just saved the rating. I pulled in to order a biscuit (my cheat day-don't judge me) and ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I pulled off in a hurry because I'm running late as usual and opened my biscuit to find just bacon ....that's no egg, no sausage, no cheese - just bacon. Normally any other day I might be pleased with a biscuit full of bacon but not today and not just bacon. I was close enough to turn around and go back while calling the restaurant to let them know of the mistake. The manager's name was Sharon Inge and she was very gracious and waiting at the door with my new biscuit. it took all of three seconds and off I was on my way with the correct order. This isn't the first time this has happened to me (or something similar) at this Biscuitville. It's very popular and very busy so I understand mistakes. The food is consistently Biscuitville quality and the employees are friendly, so they get my Fast Food Four (I'll confess food rate 5 stars?). I remember driving to Alpharetta to see Phish a few years ago and passing a Biscuitville. I wanted to go, but it was closed. I never forgot about Biscuitville, and today I finally captured my white whale. I got the spicy chicken and honey sandwich, which was incredible. The honey prevented the sandwich from being dry and it wasn't too spicy, but really seasoned well. I also got a sausage, egg biscuit which was good, but not as good as the spicy chicken and honey. I think the hash browns are the same as McDonald's, which is fine by my because I like McDonald's hash browns.
