    Tenderloin biscuit

Service was good, food was really good! Look at the size of this piece of tenderloin! And the fries are always the best!

We had to be in the area around lunch to run an errand and decided to get a quick bite. This restaurant had a lot of reviews and was a block away from the place we were going. Upon entering it was clear this place had been here a long time and was dated. There seemed to be a lot of locals here. It is fast food counter service and I got a bacon cheeseburger and drink and my wife got an egg and cheese biscuit. For mine it was a decent burger, the toppings were piled high and overall not a thing wrong with it. My wife said the biscuit was buttery but would have been better if the cheese was melted.

Decent biscuit place. Not happy that they laid a cold slab of cheese on my eggs inside the biscuit. But the biscuit itself definitely tasted homemade and very buttery. My husband enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger. We just thought the place looked very outdated and not so welcoming. But I can see why people come here for a good old-fashioned biscuit.

    The eggshell in my sandwich.

This was one of my go to breakfast spots. Today ended all of that. My food was horrible. The fries did not taste done & my bacon, egg, & cheese on toast had all of the egg in it, it was full of eggshells. I threw away the fries & the sandwich. I tried to contact them online &the link connected to them goes to some other place with the same name. I tried to call them & I had no answer.

Not much to update, other than to say this is STILL the absolute best "cathead" biscuits in the entire Triad, and I would say most likely, beyond. I continue to take people here to show off the goods as "BFAC" is approaching 50 years in business. No one has ever disagreed really. Standard orders: Country ham, egg, cheese - To me, the perfect combo of fluffy egg, melty cheese, salty ham, buttery biscuit. Fried chicken with egg and cheese - This is the one to get if you are planning on skipping lunch, it will keep you very full. Fries. Everytime. Don't waste your time with the hashbrown, its the McD's style patty, but somehow more expensive. GET THE FRIES. Great Tea. I like to go half sweet half unsweet. At lunch, the burgers and dogs are quite good, but to me, if they are open... no matter the time... I am coming here for a biscuit. I did get a bacon cheeseburger on a biscuit once. DECADENT. But makes you feel a little bit of shame... lol Never change BFAC. Never change.

You can see the hair in the biscuit.

I figured I'd try this place out for the first time, however, it was extremely greasy and I took 3 bites before spotting hair in my biscuit. I immediately threw it away.

On a High Point food crawl we decided to start our day at The Biscuit Factory and it was the PERFECT place to begin! I'll start by saying the prices are super affordable. You can get full here for $10 bucks or less. They also run like a well oiled machine at the counter. We ordered and got our food super quick. The actual biscuits were buttery, flaky goodness with a good portion of meat. Their hashbrown and fries were crispy just how I like them. I can totally see why High Point locals flock to this spot - they have breakfast perfection down pat!

Definitely one of my local favorites. I actually got something different this time, ham, egg and cheese. My normal go-to is either a chicken biscuit or smoked sausage and cheese. I went through the drive-thru and they did end up leaving off the egg and went back in and they fixed it without a problem. The lady who helped me was absolutely amazing and ended up giving me fresh fries as well. I will say the one thing I witnessed when I went inside to get my meal corrected, I saw through the window that allows you to see into the kitchen was one of the cooks had the blue gloves on while cooking. Which is great. But she decided to rub her face and her mouth and then went back to cooking.

The size of this is as big as center of my steering wheel

Wow amazing pork tenderloin biscuits! Perfect! And huge! And they have a drive thru and super nice people at the window I Highly recommend this place for excellent breakfast biscuits if you're in the area.

Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was pretty good. Prices have gone up some since the last time I've been here but still pretty reasonable. Drive thru line can get busy but moves fairly quick and worth the wait. Way better than bojangles down the road. Open 7am-2pm and full menu is available all day

HOLY BISCUITS! This spot seems to be a staple for the locals and college students and I absolutely understand why. Not only was my biscuit delicious but the fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. They were packed when we got there, but they got our food out pretty quick. I can't recommend this spot enough and I'm sure they have a biscuit just for you. I got the fried bologna because it's my go to

I was in High Point (from Winston-Salem) frequently during a new car search and drove past The Biscuit Factory multiple times. When I was finally ready to visit, it was late in the afternoon and they were closed. :( So I trekked back a week later for lunch. It was an early lunch and I definitely beat the crowd. The interior is pretty standard - booths around the restaurant, dark wood. Not exactly contemporary but we're hear for the throwback. The women behind the counter were funny, and kind, and patient as I worked through all of the things that I wanted to order. I ended up with a hot dog with chili, mustard, and slaw, a chicken biscuit, and an order of fries. The hot dog was really tasty with a little spicy kick in the chili. The magic happened where the chili, mustard, and slaw all basic merge into a single condiment. Glorious. Chicken biscuit was good but not great. That sucker needed some spicy to it. Luckily they do have hot sauce behind the counter. Fries were good too. I'd definitely return to The Biscuit Factory anytime I'm in High Point.

My very first bite of a Biscuit Factory biscuit ever. Yum

I have lived here for 16 years and for 16 years I have heard, "The Biscuit Factory" is the place to go. All I can say is why did I wait so long? Fastfood has never been so good. The biscuit is golden and buttery. I had an egg biscuit with FRESH EGGS. The egg was cooked to perfection. It doesn't get any better. My husband enjoyed his sausage egg biscuit just as much. The only average piece of the meal was the coffee. Slightly burnt and way too hot. It won't take another 16 years to visit again.

We've been a few times but I've been too busy eating to do pictures or a review in the past. Tonight, I had a craving for a good burger and knew Frady's would hook me up. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were seated within a few minutes of arrival, and greeted with a smile. Service was kind and prompt our entire visit. I started off with a glass of whiskey, which is a nice treat since they have a comprehensive and fairly priced list of options. It's a nice way to try something (especially among the allocated options) that you might not have at home. For food, we got the Frady's ultimate cheeseburger and the All-American cheeseburger. Both were huge, served fresh, and fantastic. They really use fresh high-quality meat here and it shows. My wife also had had a side salad which was delicious and fresh, and I enjoyed the perfectly crispy tots. I've never had a disappointing meal here, and continue to recommend it to friends. They could use a larger location (a good problem to have because their popularity is well-earned) but otherwise I have nothing but praise!

The ladies who work here are very friendly and helpful, came around a few times to check on me, offered fried side to go with the greens , offered a refill on my sweet tea. Great service! About the food. Probably the BEST FRIED CHICKEN in the area. I really can't judge on that because I haven't sampled other fried chicken in the vicinity but based on my own research of sampling fried chicken all over North Carolina, I feel confident in my assumption. It was fried just right. It was SEASONED. It had a very nice batter that was crunchy and the chicken in the inside was tender and juicy. Every bite was tender and juicy. These ladies should teach a cooking class on how to make fried chicken-to other restaurants. The SWEET POTATOES were perfectly cooked and flavored in butter and cinnamon. You could eat it as a dessert. But not overly sweet. Just right. The GREENS were tender and seasoned perfectly. Greens and fried side with their delicious CORNBREAD could be a meal in itself. Our total wait time from sitting down to receiving food was about 21 minutes, which felt reasonable considering drinks and appetizers came out first. The deep fried crab balls were delicious, and the fries were cooked perfectly. For the wings, we tried multiple flavors including Atomic Buffalo, Sweet Chili, Lemon Pepper, Teriyaki, and Jerk. The cook on the wings was excellent -- crispy without being dry. Some flavors stood out more than others depending on personal preference, but the Sweet Chili and Teriyaki were favorites for our table. The ranch was also really good, which definitely matters with wings. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food made this a fun experience and we'd return again.

We arrived with only 2 other cars in the parking lot, which made us question if they were even open...as it turn out they were, but my wife, and I were the only patrons. The bartender welcomed us and assured us they were, and invited us to seat ourselves. We grabbed seats at a high top, and she brought over the menus and took our drink orders. First thing I noticed was the table tops were not flat, they were wavy and made it very easy to spill your drink, so beware, and be careful where you put your drink down. The menu was pretty standard bar food, burgers, sandwiches, wings and other fried items. I decided to try their build your own burger, an 8oz patty with choice of cheese and toppings. Only side options were fries or hot chips. Food was quick to come out, but again, we were the only people there. The burger was OK, although just a frozen patty, they grilled up, the fries were good, but the portion felt a little small. Overall it was okay, perhaps they're still trying to get thing figured out. The bartender was friendly though. I didn't see a bar menu, but from what I could see they had a fully stocked bar. As we left, we poked our head around to the other side of the building to find a golf simulator, some billiards tables and a few arcade games. Lots of tvs every where though, probably a good place to catch a game.
