Banana fudge milkshake, bacon ranch wrap, onion rings and chicken quesadilla
    Deedrah B.

Pretty standard late night fare! I was working nights and of course got hungry around 2am when nearly everything else was closed so I came here for the first time. It's a bit dark and sus at night but, there were several other cars around so I felt ok. I ordered the quesadilla tray with onion rings, bacon ranch wrap, and a banana fudge milkshake. For less than $10, you really cant beat the price. Service could have been friendlier, but it was pretty fast- only one car ahead of me. Taste wise, I thought the onion rings were a bit bland and the quesadilla was light on meat but stillpretty good, nothing a little hot sauce couldn't fix. I think I'd come in a pinch again, but it wasn't my favorite.

Do not order chicken quesadilla tray. They barely put any chicken in it. I won't be coming back to this location.

Cook Out has the best fast food burger anywhere. I've tried the Cali and Texas chains and Cook Out wins with that char grill! I love the bacon cheeseburger with bbq sauce. This one on peters creek always has great fast service. It's a drive through only location.

    Oreo peanut butter milkshake

Saturday milkshakes at Cook Out are the best. Especially after some very hot and muggy tree cutting and hauling. Kids love it, adults love it, and you'll love it too. I got an Oreo peanut butter milkshake for the first time and it was amazing. The guy working the window was super friendly too. Cook out always comes through!

I love Cookout but I've never experienced some crazy stuff like this. There were several large styrofoam chunks in my milkshake. My cup had no damage to it. It's like someone just crumbled up a cup a mixed it in the milkshake. Insane. Thank god my 5 year old didn't choke on this. I'll give y'all two stars only because that ice cream is still so dang good.

It's a small space - a few tables inside and a few tables out - but don't let that or the line you are likely to encounter deter you. They crank out sandwiches quickly here. Said sandwiches include about two dozen hot and cold offerings as well as the ability to build your own. The meats are Boar's Head, but the desserts and soups are made fresh in-house. Check out the display case for salads and sides that might catch your eye. O'Brien's prides itself on its Reuben, and so I went with the "mini" version (a quarter rather than a half pound of meat) with a pickle for my first visit here. Ordering at the register was a breeze, and I was fortunate enough to snag one of the tables for dine-in. Though I was a bit skeptical that the Reuben would match the hype, it delivered. I don't know that it is without a doubt the best version I've had, but it is definitely up there. The grilled rye was nice and crisp, and I appreciated that they used both mustard and Russian dressing. That, plus the meat, kraut, and melty cheese, made for a very satisfying bite. At $10, the sandwich proved a good value, too. Unpretentious and nostalgically comforting (for Northern transplants, at least), O'Brien's is a well-oiled sandwich-slinging machine. Though that Reuben will be hard to top, I look forward to giving one of their other offerings (maybe a Cuban, maybe a Spicy Italian) a try.
