Horrible! Ordered the 2 Biscuit Breakfast with red potatoes. For this place to be called "Biscuits Cafe", the biscuits are the sized for children! They look like a small dinner size biscuit. The red potatoes were not all the way done and they give a bunch of potatoes as if they're trying to make up to give more food since the biscuits are so small. The potatoes taste old, not fresh!! I'm so disappointed, over priced for a nasty tasting meal such as this one. Whats even worse, we have no choice but to order for pick up during the COVID-19 pandemic so to get home after having to wait to eat and its "NOT GOOD" is so disappointing!!!!! read more

We were excited to try it out. Came in for breakfast and seated right away. Ordered within a reasonable time. But then......... waited over 40 minutes for our food. Tables around seated after we were received their food before we did. Some returned food because it was cold. Coffee and water were not refilled even after asking. Wait time for a table was 45 min. Took waitress 15 min to acknowledge table. Took kitchen an hour and half to get simple breakfast out to table. All while multiple delivery orders were sent out. Listen, you should absolutely not order a pick-up order through DoorDash or any other app. I waited 20 minutes before the app said my order was ready. Then I waited another 35 minutes before I was out the door with my food. I legit probably spoke to every employee in the restaurant, as they thought I was someone else whose order they had already messed up. I also spoke to the manager Linda twice. Not a SINGLE person helped me or even gave me accurate info EXCEPT Jessica (with the nose ring.) She is the ONLY reason I wouldn't give this experience 1 star. My family is going through extreme stress after a medical emergency, all I wanted to do was pickup breakfast for my family. Jessica listened to me, jumped on the line and got my food out ASAP. Went for lunch/brunch on1/22/19. Around 12:30. I ordered the sausage eggs Benedict and the gravy was not good nor was the biscuit anything out of the ordinary. There's one good thing to say about this place, plenty of parking. The wife and I like to try new places and there's plenty to choose from throughout the Phoenix area. This place has a long way to go, there appears to be no system in place from the start with regards to greeting and seating. Your kinda just left standing there wondering if you're supposed to seat yourself, matter a fact as we where trying to figure that out another patron who came in after us asked us that very question. As the place looked to be half full it probably took about 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged. Simply seated and not asked if we'd like and water or something to drink, I took it upon myself to sweep the bacon remnants off the seat. As we sat and viewed the somewhat pricey menu (really $13.00 for a omelette) I noticed dirty floors, wait staff just standing around while we waited for a server. By the time the server finally showed up I thoroughly viewed the menu and looked the place up on yelp. We decided to leave, running into some customers outside who shared their horrific experience. So glad we didn't waste our time and money. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

This Biscuits location is better than any we have visited. There is great turn-around with seating and Joseph (hostess) is so helpful. When we visit, we ALWAYS ask for Joanna (server). She has the best personality, is knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive. The food is consistently good despite occasional staff shortages. Shawn (manager) is great with supervision and doesn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves to oversee the kitchen. Well we've been wanting to try out this Biscuits Cafe for awhile and never did cuz theirs always been a lot of cars at this place. So my mom and I decided to give it try. First impression was impressive. We went around 11:30am. Almost during lunchtime and we were seated right away. The waitress was awesome and was on top of things. As far as prices went. I was nervous cuz of nothing listed in the menu on how much everything was. The bottom line is good quantity per portions. So it was a little more pricier than what I was expecting but you do go a lot for your money. So give it a try and you decide. I definitely will be going back here to eat again. read more

We were seated quickly and booths were nicely sized. The atmosphere was friendly and just a little bit noisy. The food was average with decent portion sizes. The experience really fell apart when it came to service. We waited for at a long time to place our food order. To the point at which the people in my party said if we don't get any service within the next 5 mins we would get up and walk out. I've been to two biscuits cafes, and this location I will not be returning to. Our waitress took 10 minutes to bring us our drinks and we waited over an hour for our food. I had the meat lovers omelette and asked for it egg white only. When I was given my food it was scrambled egg whites with a square of cheese on top, and it was placed on top of a pile of ham, bacon and sausage pieces. The meat wasn't scrambled in at all! My wife had the fried cod and it came out underdone. The breading on the fish was soggy and the fries were limp. This location definitely needs improvement. First time here. I really have to wonder where these high ratings are coming from. First think I noticed was the prices were definitely on the pricey side. I gave the benefit of the doubt because of the crowd and hoped it would be a memorable experience. It was memorable but not in a good way. I had the biscuits and gravy. For a place name Biscuit Cafe the biscuits were meh at best, The gravy was, without a doubt, the worst gravy I have EVER had. I asked the waitress if she know how the cook made the gravy. It had that heavy uncooked flour taste. She told me that they do not cook the gravy there. They have it delivered. I said if I had that gravy delivered I would complain. Why? Wasn't it good? I asked her if she had ever tried it and she told me no. She told me most everything except the eggs and coffee ($3) were delivered and they warmed it up and served it. For THAT price I expected much much better, fresh cooked, and NOT delivered. As I was leaving, the host asked me how I like everything. The problem I had with this restaurant was that my husband's food was good. Mine was not. French fries came out cold and undercooked. Hamburger was very well done. The ratio of lettuce to hamburger was about the same. All the lettuce did was make it very sloppy. So had to take it off. The bun was falling apart. It couldn't even stand up to me cutting the burger in half to start eating the burger. The reason they get a three star is the waitress was very pleasant. Now the hostess was another thing. We signed up for the store's reward program with the sign stating we get a free coffee. We were told that it takes over 24 hours for the rewards program to register. So no free coffee. Hostess stated it was her that made the rules. But isn't she the one that can tell the management that there was a complaint? Not her problem. I guess the old saying isnt true anymore. First of all the prices are at least 2 dollars over valued on ever thing. I've eat there 5 times and was not impressed with anything except the pancakes. Had a steak once, over cooked, flat and tuff. Actually have had better at Waffle House. Had a hamburger, ordered it med rare and got a over cooked old cold dry tuff paddy. I had been looking forward to eating here the pictures of the food looks amazing. I finally went in today to try it out and was extremely disappointed. The food was barely edible. The English muffin was toasted but stale, and the hash-browns looked perfectly cooked but were cold and had other spots where it was extremely hot. They didn't taste fresh and lacked seasoning. My waitress was nice she brought me a cup of water however my cup had food smeared all over it some yellow substance, my son's kids cup lid was smeared with avocado. So I started paying attention to the bus boy cleaning tables. I see him spray a table down. Only to wipe down the top of the table. He completely neglected the sides around the table as well as the seats. Looks like they're trying to be clean during this pandemic but they're failing hard at it starting with the food.
