Not a fan. The chicken was dry and not that flavorful. Bun and toppings were OK if not somewhat inventive but it couldn't overcome the dryness and lack of flavor in the chicken. I would opt for Chick-fil-A or KFC chicken sandwiches before returning. Even the Wendy's without the great toppings would do. Tried this place yesterday and was very pleased. I hand the chicken rancher sandwich and tatie tots which was delicious! The bird-b-q sauce was addictive as well! The food was delicious! I was a vegetarian for over a decade, and this was the first chicken sandwich I've had since reintroducing meat. It did not disappoint! The service was incredible! First time at Birdcall. The original chicken sandwich was quite greasy. Somewhat disappointing. The fries weren't especially good.

Went for lunch and will not be back. Nice exterior as is a new location,interior is clean and attractive too. Order your own food from a kiosk, unfortunately. Seat yourself and wait to go back up and retrieve your order. It's like you're working at Birdcall,one employee out front handing out cups but you do all the rest. The food... ordered GF chicken nuggets that were hard as a rock. White meat chicken fired to a dry and uneatable consistency,disgusting. Then a sauce to dip them in,50 cents more please. Next the tater tots, they were deep fried to perfection and seasoned nicely, good thing cause I couldn't eat the nuggets. Drinks are the typical serve yourself variety of pop,tea and lemonade. I went with two other dinners who enjoyed their meals,sandwiches,but commented other than the tater tots nothing special. Too many other choices in fast casual chicken restaurants that deliver better quality. read more

Pleasantly surprised with variety of salads and chicken sandwiches. Chicken sandwiches are moist with an assortment of different styles/flavors. Can be pricey..but enroll on their website and frequent coupons/offers will save $$. Order online to avoid drive through lines and much quicker in/out service. read more

Cute new place! Good food. Kinda unsure about the seasoned tots. For a busy Sunday evening, the kids working there need to stay more productive vs standing sound and not smiling. Two others doing all the work for them. Took orders, checked on customers and offered to clear the tables, sweeping, holding the door open and greeting...... Food is just so, so. I won't say its bad, but its not good or anything special either. The best thing that my wife and I had were the tots. The chicken sandwiches are WAY overpriced, as are the drinks, and generally everything else on the menu. You have to place your order yourself via a kiosk, and the price is still that high? This should be better than Chik-fila, but I'd rather go there. The chicken sandwiches themselves were then, pressed, and somewhat dry. There was no real condiments on the sandwiches, and then you are charged for sauce as well. 16-18 dollars for a combo meal is too high, and the combo is really just everything individually, you save nothing. The dinning area was nice though, but for the experience it should be 9.75 including drink and side, not just for the sandwich alone. I won't be going back more than likely. read more

This place is my favorite! I love the Meati, the curry chicken salad, and the tots. I don't know what they season the tots with, but I can't get enough of them. My kid loves the Original and the tots. The people working were super friendly and helpful. The vibe always feels bright and fun. I love the mini golf on the patio and the arcade games. Everything about this place is mediocre except the food, which is pretty good. If you go in, the first thing you do is swipe your card, if the automated terminals are working. Good luck. Are they worried about all the riffraff neighborhood ordering and then not being able to pay? Anyway, In the drive-thru the menu doesn't have any info about what a combo costs and the person you order from might not know either, despite offering it to you, at least during my visit, they hadn't been taught how to answer price questions. I guess maybe this restaurant just isn't for people who care what things cost or about value. read more

Came here last night with my family. We had 3 separate orders all entered at the same time. I like the concept of ordering yourself on the computers. The one staff member behind the counter was friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered tenders and fries... our food didn't come out until the rest of my family was halfway done with their sandwiches. Immediately I noticed the odd smell of my chicken tenders, but at that point I was starving, it smelled like old oil if I'm being honest. The chicken was very hot, I'll give it that. It didn't really have any flavor. The sauces were average. The dining room was completely full on arrival so we started by sitting outside and then moved inside to an open table -- with that said, maybe have more shaded options outside? I feel like there are just as many tables outside as inside and hardly any shade. We all decided this was a one and done for us and we'd rather have chick-fil-a or canes. read more

Food is excellent. I had the Asian salad with chicken and it was quite fresh and tasty. Salad wasn't soggy like many fast casual restaurants and the chicken was high quality. Everyone is very nice, and service is good. The one suggestion I have is that all of the tables outside, and many of the tables inside seemed to be in need of a good cleaning. It looked like mist of the patio tables had grease spots on them, like they hadn't been sprayed down and wiped in a while. I think they have quite a few employees up front, they could redirect someone outside to give those tables a good wipe down between guests. read more

A couple days ago had the GF chicken nuggets and fries. They were soft inside and crunchy on the outside. Found them very enjoyable. Husband had a non GF chicken sandwich that he enjoyed. Tonight I had GF nuggets and tots both were yummy. So here's my idea... but nuggets on gf bun! lol They are very popular, so anticipate a little wait. Well worth it! Tried for the first time today. My husband has celiac disease, and they offer gluten-free nuggets. He was super excited and said they were good. My kids and I had the original, not so good. Sandwich temperature: cool, taste: flavorless and bland. Order taker asked what two free dipping sauces we wanted. If we wanted additional flavors to try , it was .50 extra for each. The only reason I will return is to order the gluten-free chicken nuggets for my husband. As for the rest of the family, thanks, but no thanks. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

Very nice atmosphere. the outside patio is great. Service was good. Everyone was friendly. We were greeted and provided instructions on the process. I'm not sure why they need to reinvent the wheel . You order from a screen, then ask someone for your drink, then watch a screen to pick up your food. A lot of people are working, but I'm not sure why the staffing is large when you do everything yourself. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted good. Drove by this place several times and after looking at their menu online decided to finally give it a try. Excited to finally have a chicken place that's not Chil Fil A or Canes, but I don't think we'll ever come back as overall the experience was just meh. I'll start off by disclaiming we only did take out through the drive through and with only two cars ahead of us the line moved very slowly. A young man handed us a menu and took our order at our window. We got two chicken sandwiches (rancher and deluxe), two sides (tots and Brussels sprouts slaw) and two kids meals (nuggets). The guy mentioned the brussel sprouts did have a very mild spice but it was not bad (not true read on). This all came out to about $42 and change. At the end of the order the employee asked us if he could repeat the order and if the order sounded correct, which it did and then he asked a question I've never really heard anyone ask in food industry and that was "does the price seem to be about what you wanted to spend". Initially it caught me off guard and made me question if I had a choice or they would be willing to lower the price (was this some kind of negotiation piece we missed?). It was a bit high for what we ordered, but we thought maybe they just have amazing food that justifies the cost. I'm always willing to spend more money if the quality is exceptional. Well that wasn't the case. Got the food drove off and parked to eat. Realized they never put the tots in the bag. Drove back through and got the tots (employee didn't say anything or even apologize just handed the bag to me) and then we drove away. Then we realized there wasn't a single napkin or fork or spoon to eat the slaw with. The kids cups were super cheap plastic cups that barely held the lids on and the food was mediocre at best. One chicken sandwich patty was significantly smaller than the other, they filled up the brussel sprouts side about 1/3 of the way, kids spit out the chicken nuggets. The only decent sandwich was the Deluxe and the tots were really good. Brussel sprouts were also very spicy, so not sure why the drive thru person said it was a very mild spice. I ended up finishing the remainder of the kids nuggets and could see why the kids didn't like it. They were very hard and chewy and the breading and seasoning was a bit different than most places. If we weren't rushed to our next destination, I probably would've came back and asked for a refund on everything but the deluxe sandwich and tots. I'd say give it a try and formulate your own opinion, but I don't think the value for the quality is justified nor did this place exemplify customer service. read more
