I really love thisnplace when I want a good sandwich for lunch. It is hardly busy and everyone is always very friendly. I messed up on my order once and the girl making it realized I didn't put anything on my sandwich because I thought it came with everything pictured, so she just asked and we made one. I appreciated it since I was new to using the ordering system. Since then, it is a little more updated so that can't happen. I like I can walk in and order it on a kiosk and get it fast. I went mom around 10:45am and was the only person in the shop. I ordered a 10.5" turkey club. The store employee taking my order said the sandwich only comes with meat and bread with a base price of just over $10.50. He asked if I wanted anything on it so I "added" cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil and vinegar. The price jumped up to over $15 and then over $17 with tax. With a 20% tip, I paid almost $21 for a sandwich with no chips nor drink. The sandwich is just okay, and barely better than a Subway sandwich. The employee seemed to be low key annoyed that I was there and the high costs on top of it? I won't be back. We'll see if this place survives. read more

Now they have iPads that don't have all of the toppings added into the system and you have to manually type out all toppings that you would like to add on your sandwich. I fondly remember going to the Which Wich out in Glendale by the aren when I used to live out on that side of town. When I moved out to Florence I began going to a nearby Jimmy John's for my periodic sandwich fix. Yesterday I was hankering for a good sandwich and found myself by this location so decided to drop in for old times sake. It's true what they say, you can't go home again. The setup is still the same, but the sandwich that I remember is just no longer as wonderful as it once was. The ham tasted institutional, sort of slimy and without flavor. Too much lettuce when I asked them to go easy on it, and although it was toasted on the outside the inside still managed to be cold. Which Wich is a really nice place to eat at. I really like the fact that I can just pick up a slip of paper and fill in all the ingredients I want in a sandwich. The food is great. We got sandwiches, large fries, and a strawberry smoothie. As long as you know what you like in a sandwich, you'll really enjoy it. The large fries go well with the Wich sauce. The strawberry shake is really good but not at good as the strawberry milkshake in In N Out. The wait time was barely noticeable. The workers are great. This place is very underrated. I love me a good sandwich place and Which Wich did not disappoint. My husband and I both ordered the Cali Club, I got the regular and he got the large. We didn't realize how big it was and could've just shared the large. Both girls got kids meals which included a drink. One got the pb&j and the other grilled cheese. It was fun walking up and filling out the brown bag with our order. I also got fries for all of us to share. Again, so much food that we have leftovers to enjoy for lunch tomorrow. Just another sub shop. NO BREAD CHOICES, which would be required in a real sandwich shop. You get a white or wheat sub roll. That's it. Stupid bag ordering does not have an "on the side" option, you know - - for pickles or hot peppers. Do you have to choose a regular, large, or super. However, the measurement is nowhere to be found. The lettuce has the odor that every shredded lettuce now has. The roast beef is the same as everybody else - - pumped full of flavoring. Crinkle cut fries? fabulous. Oh but you'll have to ask for ketchup because it's nowhere in sight. And then they give you a little soufflé cup full of catch-up. Always gives me the heebie-jeebies because I feel like someone already used it. Everywhere you go now gives the opportunity to tip, even when their service is just taking an order. And they're not even doing that here. The size of fries is not on the bag, but you are asked what size when you order. That is the extent of help. Seriously, I lost a significant amount of weight in the past year, but not enough that my ass is bony. And that's what it feels like on their chairs. Do not dine in. I had roast beef with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I ordered a small fry and a large soda. $11 even. I did not have a complaint about the price. They serve all their subs hot unless they are asked not to. Again, not a typical sandwich shop. No Styrofoam! That's a plus. Server Kirsten was great. The other one, not so much. So there are three people down the line making subs. How can none of the three know what mustard is? What kind of quality assurance happens to make sure people receive what they ordered and paid for? I was there for opening day when Which Wich opened its first location back in 2012 that was owned by the guy who suddenly owned all of the Arizona locations, making any hopes for other hopeful franchise owners a non-possibility. Little did they know he was doing them a huge favor as this once fairly decent sub shop (compared to the mostly dismal excuse for sandwiches found in most chain sub shops) now breathes its last gasp for existence with only three Arizona locations left - two of them almost a stones throw from each other, and the last time someone Yelped a review of this one was a month ago. Now early on this Friday night this location was deserted when we walked in, the sole employee struggling to manage a smile. The familiar, and still weird, bags where customers are expected to write their own orders down is still around but now instead of clogging the entrance it is relegated to an even less obvious location single file along a dark side wall. The clerk waits, tapping her bored fingers, while the customers (the two of us) fumble to figure out which bag to use. Drawing a smile on the back of the bag no longer gets you a free cookie. The sandwiches are now over twelve bucks each, just the sandwiches. I keep calling them that because I don't want to feel that I was taken by paying so much for something so bland and featureless that if I called it by its name I'd have to spell it with asterisks. The store was clean, how could it not be with no trace that any customers had been in it for a long, long time. About the only points, or stars, I can give is to the employee. She put on a brave face. A simple internet search for Which Wich keeps showing only two words ... permanently closed. read more

My mom and I visited yesterday while shopping in the area. I ordered the Ultimate BLT. The bread, bacon, and toppings were all good. My mom ordered the Cobb Salad wrap. I took a bite and thought it was pretty tasty; she enjoyed it, too. We also ordered chips, carrot cake and birthday cake. The cake was moist and tasted really good, too. One of the employees came over to show us how to order and explain the menu. The restaurant was clean and we got our food pretty quickly.
