Start with the bread bowl soup. It was terrible bread hard and cold, chunky cold soup. The half sandwich was ok. I ordered the Mac and cheese again dry and thick. Then to my bagel sandwich poorly made and super hard. I had to return it and then it was properly made. All the food that was ordered was not great. I will not be recommending or eating here again. The customer service behind the counter that make the food very unpleasant.

Boyfriend and I came to this Williams Field location for dinner and to do some work on our laptops. Tables were clean, food came out quick and was hot, and even though it was less than an hour to closing they still had all the coffee and tea beverages available. On top of that, customer service was great. Young man who told us they were closed was so professional and polite, servers in the back were super friendly and accommodating when we picked up our meals, and then up front Leilani and Brooke made our night with their friendliness!

I really like the Panera bread chocolate croissant. Their other pastries are also good. I used to eat a lot of their cookies. Their cookies at the time were huge. When they just came out of the oven the chocolate chips were warm gooey and oh so tasty. The chocolate would melt all over my fingers. They have fruit bowls. I like those a lot. I like how they are cut small. They also seem quite fresh. I don't like their eggs. One time I had them they tasted and smelled musty. I think if they are left in the refrigerator in water more than a couple hours they smell like mildew. Their sandwiches are pretty good and their service is quite fast. I like how they have a little pickup book case for when you when to get your food fast. The receipt is clipped to the bag with a staple. Panda has a variety of offerings like cookies, croissants, soups, sandwiches and drinks.

I have been seeing commercials for the new chicken sandwich at Panera. The commercial shows a massive sandwich, chicken hanging over the sides of a large bun. The chicken is juicy and tender. Who could resist trying one as another best chicken sandwich quest review. Not me! The online order and pay saved this updated review from being a zero. Easy and efficient. Everything is down hill from here. Buckle up. The sandwich is a complete disappointment. It was cooked all the way through, but that is all I can say was right about it. 1. The bun was small and didn't seem fresh. 2. The chicken was dry and under seasoned. 3. The chicken breast was under sized. 4. The sandwich came with an extremely small bag of chips and it was over $11. Yeah, 11 bucks for an under sized and pretty much tasteless sandwich. Go to any other fast food restaurant and get a better chicken sandwich for less money. Do yourself a favor, don't fall for the commercial like I did!

Panera is always awesome. Stopped by last night to pick up some dinner. The staff was super friendly. The tablets are super easy to order and don't require talking to someone (I had to order at the counter because I was paying with cash). The food came out super quickly and was super good and fresh (my personal favorites are the Tuna Sandwich and the Broccoli Cheddar Soups). Keep it up, Panera!

Grilled cheese. I'm in hospital right now. Figured something from Panera would be better than anything from the hospital menu. The sandwich was was ordered and returned to me within 15 minutes. I was very disappointed to find the bread soggy, cheese hard. Not going to eat it. The cream of tomato soup is good.

the fact that this costed $7 is absolutely ridiculous! You get this tiny little premade shit smoothie and paying an arm and leg for it. Panera, get your prices together and stop charging an absurd amount for this

I ate my soup half way. Delicious!

I drove here to get my favorite Chipotle Chicken Avocado and squash soup and it was amazing. The manager was so nice I would definitely come back again!

(2/20/20) Thursday was what I'd like to call a "Joe day". Joe days are when I, Joe, go and do relaxing things throughout the day because I'm unable to do my usual activities. In this case, I was barred from working out due to a stupid injury, so I spent my afternoon floating around, window shopping, and looking for healthy foods to eat. Enter Panera, an establishment I haven't visited in years. It was time for salad. I've never been to this Gilbert location, but on the outside, it looks quite nice and upscale. Upon entering, I was delighted to find a bunch of tablets from which I could place my order, grab a number, and have my food brought to whichever table I chose. Fiddling with the touchscreen interface, I went with the Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken with a baguette side. My meal was brought to me in about five minutes, so cheers on the quick service! The results: | Spicy Thai Salad with Chicken | At only 460 calories, this protein-heavy salad was both refreshing and kicking altogether. From their ingredients list, I gather that the red pepper, chili vinaigrette, and paprika might explain the heat. The peanut sauce drizzle was a wonderful touch; it really brought out that classic, Thai flavor, as did the edamame, carrot blend, and citrus notes. I even had a couple bites of the nutritionally vapid baguette, which I would later discover was not even necessary to order. Returning to the tablets by the entrance, I created a mock order of another salad, and there I discovered (or rather, remembered) that there are a few other options besides pointless white bread. My mistake! Here is where things went a bit south. As part of my Joe day, for every meal I ate, I was practicing "mindful eating" -- that is, eating very slowly instead of vacuum-devouring my food like I usually do. Alas, as I ate at a snail's pace, I noticed what looked like two small strands of black hair. Now, correct me if I'm wrong in the attached photos, for these are strands short in length -- likely not head hair. But facial hair? Eyelashes? Those ghastly hairs that stick out of your moles? Could be. I do feel fine, and honestly I don't really care (found hair; don't care) as these discoveries were made after I ate; there would have been no sense in getting a new salad at that point. However, the disinterest of Panera's customer service was uninspiring, for they did not wish to verify my findings, or -- as far as I know -- take issue with the staff who prepared my food. So, I thusly declare that I've had better! 2 stars. Going forward, I will continue to rapidly absorb my foods. Should I visit this Panera again, however, it will be another Joe day's worth of mindful eating. Mindful all the way. Godspeed.

Yes that's a long dark hair in my cookie!! Gross

Parking 5/5 Always a challenge but coming early and doing the circle dance landed us a nice space across from the Liberty Market. Atmosphere 5/5 Such a cool restaurant with allot of history dating back to 1935/1958/2008/2022 which reflects the years of the establishments service and architecture evolutions. Always a great vibe here! Service 10/5 Our experience tonight began with the beautiful and friendly hostess Bailey. She greeted us with a warm smile and asked us what our seating presence was. We grabbed a booth overlooking Page street and the foot traffic outside. Our server tonight was Treven who joined us table side. He had our drink and starters in quickly. My wife ordered the Lucky Penny Latte and I had iced tea. Starter was their out of this world Burrata. The photos fall short of its glory. Entrees was their memorable minestrone soup, and I ordered their sesame ginger noodle salad featuring sweet potato glass noodles which are delicious and a host of smartly paired vegetables, chicken and a pleasant ginger sriracha delivering some spice and heat without overpowering the dish itself. For desert we fell way off the wagon with their in-house carrot cake. A slice easily feeds four and we enjoyed ours with espressos. Dinner was excellent from the service to the scratch kitchen food, and expressos, Magnifico! $125.00 with tip and leftovers too. Date night my friends-SYOY!

We started with large French fries served with two smallish containers ketchup and chipotle sauce. Fries good but could have a bit hotter and served with insufficient amount of sauces. 3. I'd come back just for a bowl @ $17. 5. Hubs and I shared the wood fired pepperoni pizza. This may have been one of the worst pizzas I've had in recent years. Floppy, scant cheese and sauce. Shriveled basil and tiny pepperonis. Even worse, the bottom was black. Just awful. 1. Our waitress and other servers were all friendly. Nice vibe, clean and gender inclusive restrooms clean and tidy. We might come back for dinner one day and try other dishes. (I'd still get the soup). Super convenient given the Hale theater's close proximity. Well def come back for coffee and dessert! ~EG Eats

Item M14 -Gang Kiew Waan Roti from the photos says it's served w/ roti. But we were charged an additional $3 for roti, which was not mentioned to me when putting in the order. Only after we received our order and saw the receipt did I check Google. Web link on Google works and it appears they changed the name of the item and removed roti from the name. 2. To go portions are small for the price. Chicken larb was enough for like 2 people and had only one piece of lettuce. Papaya salad was also small and 1/2 the container was garnishes (carrots/cabbage). 3. For a noodle soup, any other place would put noodles separate from its broth. My khao soi came all in one container. Forgot to take a photo while it was in the container but there's an old photo of it somewhere on Yelp. 4. Crab fried rice had barely any crab. 5. There was no white rice. Places usually provide some white rice regardless if you order fried rice but I guess that's an extra charge here. 6. We ordered medium spicy for majority of the dishes because one person can't handle spicy but everything came out mild tasting. Even my khao soi, which I ordered hot spicy level, came out mild. 7. Thai tea was missing. After ordering, I asked the person on the phone to read back my order to me. She listed everything I had ordered including the thai tea. But after the order was picked up (not by me), the thai tea was not included in the order. It's a bit out of the way from here to there so no one is going to drive all the way back to get it. I went elsewhere close by for the thai tea. Order w/current pricing from their site: Tom Kha Chicken (med) $18 Thai Papaya Salad (med) $14 Larb Chicken (med) $16 Green Curry w/Ckn Zucchini Eggplant (M14 Gang Kiew Waan Roti) $20 Roti $3 Khao Soi $17 Crab Fried Rice (mild) $25 Thai Iced Tea $4.50

One thing they do very well is efficiency without losing hospitality. They have both a dine-in ordering counter and a dedicated to-go counter, which seems necessary because this place stays packed. Even during busy times, the staff stays friendly, attentive, and organized. You can tell there's real attention paid to each order and that management understands how to run a smooth restaurant operation. The menu has a lot of solid choices whether you want something lighter, comforting, vegetarian, or protein-packed. Portions were satisfying, and the broccoli deserves its own mention -- somehow simple but absolutely addictive. I love the paned windows that look out onto the patio, the very high ceilings, and the brown rattan lighting fixtures. Even though the space is quite large, it's extremely inviting. That said, it's a great place for something healthy. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the choices if you're trying to eat well. My friends lunch looked much better than what I had. I had the Flying Avocado Wrap, and I didn't love it. In fact I didn't finish even half of it - - I took it home and my son ate it. I think it's the bread I don't like, and anyone who knows me knows I can be really picky. Will I come back? Probably. When I have lunch with somebody else who wants to come here, I won't have a problem with it. I would really like to try the forbidden Rice that my friend had.
