Fettuccine Alfredo, so overpriced and bland.
    Matthew M.

This place was dead, I mean like 6 tables dead. The services was ridiculous as well. The hostess was very nice and seated us very quickly, obviously there was nobody else there, so we could've sat anywhere we wanted. The waitress came over fairly quickly got a drink order, but was actually looking for us to order our food with only having about two minutes to look at a menu. It felt like We were being pressured to get in and out as quickly as possible. It seemed like whenever we needed something, she was walking away before we could even finish a sentence. One of us ordered the fettuccine and it would've been better from a knorr packet. The other one ordered the rigatoni with sausage and the sausage was crumbled on top and it would've been nice to see it mixed in with the sauce. Again, just not worth the price they're asking. I would imagine this place probably won't be around too much longer. This is my experience, I'm sure if there was only six other tables in there on a night that it should've been much busier others are probably thinking the same thing.

Shrimp & Scampi Linguini. I LOVE it!

Tonight was my first night out since coming home from both the hospital & the health rehabilitation center & my friend Kristy took me out to dinner here. I'd never been here so I was very happy to come here. We had the most amazing waiter plus he was really handsome. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was totally awesome, very helpful, & even recommended me what to have since I was torn between 2 entrees. I took his recommendation & went with the Shrimp & Scampi Linguini & was I glad I did! I really liked it & have some for leftovers! He kept our drinks filled, checked on us & provided the BEST service! The ambiance was inviting & we got there before it got really crowded so timing was everything! We will definitely come back!

Little slow today. Said order would be ready at 216 but it wasn't ready til 240. The side salad was pitiful. Normally they have the container full but it was only halfway. No tomatoes. Look like just lettuce.

Amazing food, amazing drinks, met with amazing service! Our server Justin was absolutely incredible and on top of his game! The music was relaxing and not too loud. The manager Kyle came over and made sure everything was delicious. 10/10 I will be back!!

I am SORELY DISAPPOINTED by our experience at this Carrabba's. It's been years since we've dined at Carrabba's and we were painfully reminded why! I honestly don't even know where to start. The food was bland, not well prepared, and so not worth the prices they are charging! The lasagna that I had was equivalent to what you might buy from the grocery store frozen section and put in the oven at home. The center was mushy, lacking flavor, and dry. The lasagna had been drenched in thin sauce but once cut into it was a desert. My son ordered a steak medium. It was WELL WELL WELL done, tough, chewy, terrible! The steak by itself was $35. Please review the attached photo where you will see a paper thin sliver of meat. We paid an extra $3 for flavored butter which honestly wasn't worth 50 cents. He asked for the garlic fries and we were told there would be an up charge of 'a dollar and some change.' Well that dollar and some change turned out to be $1.99 for soggy fries that were clearly just dipped in oil! First of all, you should know what the up charge is and secondly, 99 cents is not 'some change'. It's another dollar! I know that's petty but it's basically how everything during this experience played out. When we arrived on a Friday night and there was no one waiting outside and only three other tables with guests inside, we should have known! Our bill for three people and no alcohol was $105 before tip. We won't be back.

House Salad, lentil sausage soup, Tuscan grilled chicken and spinach. Low cal delicious!!!

Great food and service today! Quiet, fun, Italian atmosphere. In Gilbert, there are many choices. This is one of our top go to places!

    Tuscan-Grilled Sirloin* 7 oz

We were looking for somewhere that sounded good for Easter Dinner and stumbled on Carrabba's. We dined here a few times at the location in Scottsdale before they went under. We decided on DoorDash because Easter is such a busy Holiday. My mom got the Tuscan Grilled Sirloin and was rather disappointed. The steak was overcooked and the Mashed Potatoes and Caesar Salad tasted powdered/bagged. My Johnny Trio was good. The Chicken Bryan and Sirloin Marsala were hot and flavorful-- but the Mezzaluna Pasta was cold and bland. I'm not sure if I'd come back much, due to the high prices and Olive Garden equivalent food.

I love that they change their menu daily, it's handwritten and the details are posted on their Instagram page if you want to take a look before you arrive. Everything is made fresh to order! The day we had gone in, they had a few sandwich and pasta options available to choose from. My husband got the spicy Italian sausage ziti pasta dish and I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich came out first; I really liked the marinara sauce on it. It was a bit difficult to eat but exactly what I was expecting and wanting. The pasta took some time to come out, but that was fine. The sauce was like a pesto vodka sauce, very rich & filling, and also tasty. We were both only able to eat half of each dish since they were both large dishes. I believe they only serve pasta dishes on certain days, so if they have them on the menu, definitely consider ordering one of those. They seem to have sandwiches everyday. It's a pretty small place with a few tables & some bar type seating. It gets pretty busy around lunch time, so plan accordingly. We'll be back again to try other items!

Both were made to perfection. Great flavor and so tender. A perfect start to the dinner. We had the Caprese and Caesar Salad next. Both had solid flavors, but the Caesar was our favorite. What a treat. Exactly what I'm looking for in a Caesar salad. So good! The pesto on the Caprese was house made and so tasty. I want to try a pesto dish next time. My wife had the Sacchetti Porcini with truffle and it was light and perfectly balanced flavor. The pillows melted in your mouth. Will definitely have again. The Lobster Ravioli had a well balanced limoncello flavor and not too creamy. Cool striped pasta. Perfect for those not super hungry but wanting a unique dish that is sure to please. Steak Nicola was was cooked to perfection and had a suburb combination of black truffle, aus jus and prosciutto cotto to make it a memorable dish. I'm still craving it the day after. The cannelloni for dessert was perfectly Italian with awesome flavors. A perfectly compliment to an amazing dinner. This is a gem is Chandler!!! Well, I'm happy to…read morereport they absolutely understand what's up -- and they even offer a gluten-free crust that is seriously next level! We were lucky enough to be seated with Kailey, who also happens to be GF, which made the whole ordering experience so easy and fun. It's always such a treat when someone gets it and can help guide you through the menu! To start, we shared the bacon-wrapped shrimp as an appetizer (I skipped the bread, but my husband happily took care of that part ). The shrimp were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor -- such a yummy way to kick things off! For my main, I ordered Nicky's Burrata Pizza with the GF crust and holy smokes... this pizza was incredible! It had the perfect little kick of spice, the burrata was dreamy, and the crust? PHENOMENAL. Like truly -- you would never guess it was gluten-free. Total pizza bliss! And because we clearly have zero self-control around good pizza, we were way too full to tackle dessert there... so we took the GF Chocolate Peanut Butter Torte home to enjoy later. Let me just say... WOW. Ooey, gooey, rich, chocolatey perfection. And once again, you'd never know it was GF! All in all, this place was a huge win for the gluten-free crowd. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to that first impression. We were seated outside despite reserving inside, and after dealing with several flies around our food, we had to request multiple times before finally be moved indoors - carrying most plates ourselves. Once inside, service felt disorganized. Salads arrived while appetizer plates were still on the table, and several dishes came out cold. Calamari was okay, garlic knots okay. I'd skip the bacon wrapped shrimp. My short rib was extremely tough and cold, so I sent it back. My house salad was not dressed properly and scarce of veg. My son's Caesar salad arrived without chicken, and my other son's pizza also came out cold and in the shape of a pizza peel. Not sure if this is meant to be creative but it does cut down on quality of pizza and taste. Also costs the establishment less. The manager offered a slice of pizza - we accepted. It arrived much later and went uneaten, due to it being a slice of focaccia with melted cheese on top and 2 slices of pepperoni. yet we were initially charged $10 for it (it was removed when we asked). Our server was kind and apologetic throughout, but overall there seemed to be little coordination between staff and kitchen, and no manager checked in despite multiple issues.
