Came here last night with my family. We had 3 separate orders all entered at the same time. I like the concept of ordering yourself on the computers. The one staff member behind the counter was friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered tenders and fries... our food didn't come out until the rest of my family was halfway done with their sandwiches. Immediately I noticed the odd smell of my chicken tenders, but at that point I was starving, it smelled like old oil if I'm being honest. The chicken was very hot, I'll give it that. It didn't really have any flavor. The sauces were average. The dining room was completely full on arrival so we started by sitting outside and then moved inside to an open table -- with that said, maybe have more shaded options outside? I feel like there are just as many tables outside as inside and hardly any shade. We all decided this was a one and done for us and we'd rather have chick-fil-a or canes. read more

$18 for a chicken sandwich, fries and a drink with two of their sauces. Food was nothing to write home about, very average. Fries were mediocre, frozen fare. Bun was kinda dry on my buffalo chicken sandwich. Their "large" drink is a medium size at almost any other fast casual type restaurant. They charge $.50 for each sauce which is in a half-full tiny 1.5 oz or so sized cup. Too pricey for what they offer. I guess they have to pay for that fancy building somehow... read more

Listen. Right. Now. Run don't walk to this beautiful restaurant!!!!! Let's start our journey through the drive through together. Picture this... we drive up and NO ONE IN LINE (SHOCKED) we are greeted by two wonderful women with smiles on their faces. We drive up to the girl closest to the menu and I order 5 chicken tender meal with a drink and tater tots with a side of ranch and their Birdcall sauce. My husband gets the Nashville chicken sandwich. We then drive up to the door where we're greeted by this wonderful human with purple hair in braids. She tells us our food is going to take a minute or two. We wait for maybe a minute in a half, take the food and drive home. Once we're home we do a taste test. I open my chicken tenders and sauces ...and my husband takes his sandwich. We both immediately ate a tater tot and we both gasped. The tater tot has a seasoning on there... my guess is ranch but could be something different. I take a bite of my chicken tender after dipping it in ranch and nearly cry. ITS DILL RANCH THE BEST RANCH KNOWN TO MAN KIND. their Birdcall sauce is good, on the sweeter end. Were it not for the prices I would probably give it five stars for a fast food place. Fries are great, sauce is good, everything is surprising not too salty like Canes. Lemonade is awesome! I got the Ranch sandwich, which is good, but needs something like pickles or fresh slaw, something to brighten it up. The food is good, but every time i'm there the service is terrible. I visited today and ordered (and paid for) a few sides of ranch with my meal. Upon receiving my food the ranch wasn't there so I went up to the front and mentioned my ranches we're not with the rest of the order. The young man working the register said "they're .50 each you need to pay for them" i explained that I had paid for them but they just weren't given to me, and even showed him the receipt. He refused to give them to me. On my way back to my table the kind woman working in the kitchen overheard the conversation and handed me some, and as I was walking away the young man SHOUTED across the restaurant "YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THOSE"!!
