Calvin texted to let us know he was on the way, show up right in the window they promised, and was kind, informative, and efficient. The service I chose was tenting for termite fumigation to which I was told this work was done by another company they subcontract to (Pro Way Fumigation). This is important to know and note because I have never worked with a fumigation company and I'm not sure if this is a common practice or not, but I appreciated the transparency. I don't have a single complaint to report as overall I am pleased with the services provided, especially my interactions with Steve. However I do want to help someone out there have an even better experience. When Pro Way Fumigation arrived, there were 3 guys in my yard who came out of a truck already parked in my driveway pulling out a tent before they even rang the doorbell. It was quite alarming and nerve wrecking and I felt like I was being rushed out of my home. I was prepared and ready to leave but a quick doorbell ring, 5 minute recap of what they were there to do would've helped me feel a little better about letting strangers enter my home and less invasive.
