I called Amen Pest Control Company George Blackwell because I needed immediate help with rodent and termites issues. I appreciate George Blackwell quick response as getting it out of my house. Eugene, Arnold, thank you for outstanding pest control technicians, Dalton and Alex arrived and was very polite, professional and answered and explained my concerns to me. They told me to sit down and relax while they search for the rodent. Wow! I sat down and stopped worrying. I had a good night sleep knowing that the rodent was removed and the holes in my house were covered. Thank you Amen Pest Control for such outstanding professional technicians services. They were kind and very courteous, they handle the situation very calmly and quickly. God bless you Amen Pest Control Company for going above and beyond. I will continue to tell my family and friends to call you for their pest control issues. Also, I've had the best termite treatment from Amen Pest Control Company. No more termites. Thank you, L. They have a contract with a low-income senior apartment in Downtown LA for weekly treatment and other services. Building requested bed bug inspection and treatment service for a specific floor after residents reported bed bug bites for a week, and they showed up 45 minutes late to the 4 hour window they provided with no communication. The technical who showed up was friendly, but his inspection was not thorough. He only checked the exterior of mattress and spring box, peaked inside one section inside of the mattress. He also only checked one section inside the couch. Did not check walls, outlets, and other crevices. He also did not have a flashlight for proper lighting like a flashlight when checking. He also ended up dropping the mattress on top of other things in the apartment and slammed the box spring onto the floor. He bolted out from the apartment and the floor without proper communication on next steps or the process. He did however treat the room with normal pesticide after speaking with the building management, but not a proper bed bug treatment as requested as he reported there were no bed bugs, despite the residents on the floor still suffering from bites. I think it's also important to note that the bed bugs started after one of the routine maintenance going room to room for pesticide treatment. I suspect that the technician who was treating was already contaminated and spread it to the building when he visited every room, there's no other possible scenario where someone visited every single unit affected. With poor communication, tardiness, lack of professionalism and care for furnitures, and thoroughness of the inspection, I would not recommend their service to anyone. read more

Highly Recommend Amen Pest Control! I had an excellent experience with Amen Pest Control for termite treatment, as well as spraying for spiders and mosquitoes. From my very first interaction, the owner was extremely professional and showed genuine concern about the urgency of my termite issue. I really appreciated how seriously he took my concerns and how quickly he responded. He was very thorough, and took the time to explain the entire treatment process so I understood exactly what was being done. Before the service technician arrived. What impressed me most was that he didn't just treat the current problem and leave. He explained what signs to look for going forward and gave me valuable preventative advice, including when to call before a small issue has the chance to become a much bigger and more expensive problem. The service technicians were professional, informative, and reassuring. I felt confident that the job was being done properly and that my home was in good hands. I highly recommend Amen Pest Control and would absolutely use them every time I need termite or pest control services. Excellent service from beginning to end and definitely five stars! read more

Amen services our property they do a great job! always professional and always thorough!

I have now used Amen Pest Control for fumigation services on two properties. It has been a pleasure to work with George Blackwell and his team. In spite of all my questions or request they have been nothing but pleasant and available. They were also considerate and respectful of my property and belongings, which I really appreciate. If in need of fumigation services, I suggest you give them a call. I'll be contacting them for general pest control services too. read more

Had one of their techs, Lonny or whatever his name was, be completely disrespectful to my family over the phone. We were scheduled for fumigation on 1/14/26. The day before, we emptied every cabinet, covered all food, and vacated the apartment at 8:30 AM like they asked. They gave us a 9 AM-4 PM window. By 3:30 PM, no one had shown up or called, so my family reached out for an update. The first rep immediately transferred them to the assigned tech. Lonny answers with, "Uh, hello?" My cousin asks for an ETA, and he snaps back, "What? I don't know, I'm not even there yet. I'll get there when I get there," then hangs up. As soon as I heard that, I called my leasing office and the company, cancelled the service, and made it clear that if Lonny showed up after talking to my family like that, he will be dealt with. This kind of careless, unprofessional behavior is exactly how companies ruin their own reputation. Pathetic behavior. Maybe remind your technicians that customer service matters, people's time matters, and they're not above basic respect. Nobody is Superman. Playing stupid games like that will get ugly. read more

Review Draft for Mayra (Amen Pest Control) Title: Beyond Exceptional -- Mayra Sets the Standard for Professionalism and Heart From start to finish, Mayra was absolutely phenomenal. She arrived promptly, conducted a thorough and detailed inspection, and treated our property with precision, care, and genuine concern for our family's safety. We have both kids and pets, and she was incredibly sensitive and thoughtful about how she approached every step -- explaining what she was doing, why it mattered, and how it would keep our home safe and healthy. Mayra is the kind of person who doesn't just do her job -- she represents the gold standard of customer care and excellence. In a perfect world, she'd already have a promotion, a raise, and an all-expense-paid vacation anywhere she wants to go in the solar system. That's how good she is. She's the kind of employee that builds great companies and great reputations. If every service professional brought this level of dedication, compassion, and attention to detail, customer service everywhere would be transformed. Thank you, Mayra, for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment. You are an incredible asset to Amen Pest Control. read more

If you're looking for a pest control company that's dead serious about bugs... look no further. These guys don't mess around. Within minutes of arriving, they were suited up and strategizing like they were planning a military invasion. I think I even saw one of them use hand signals as they cornered a rogue ant. When they said they'd eliminate everything, I didn't realize just how thorough they'd be. Ants? Gone. Spiders? Obliterated. I swear I heard a tiny scream as the wasp nest met its swift demise. At one point, I could swear they were negotiating with a cockroach gang huddled in a dark corner of my garage. No compromises, though--those roaches were no match for this A-Team. My house has never been so peaceful. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if they took out a few imaginary bugs, too, just to make sure nothing ever returns. I haven't seen a single insect, but I'm also slightly afraid they might have installed some bug-detection laser system just to be sure. If you want your home pest-free and maybe a little scared of the pros you hired, these are your people. Bugs don't stand a chance. Neither, it seems, do imaginary ones. Five stars! read more

They don't have any one in the office in case you need to find out what time the exterminator is going to show up. My property manager said today anytime between 8 AM and 4 PM. I have a doctor's appointment at 1:30 So I'd like to find out exactly what time they going to be here. But no answer after calling 5 times. Other pest control companies have someone there to answer the phone. read more

We've been with Amen Pest Control for about 2-1/2 years now and I can honestly say they are consistently helpful, effective and professional. Even in between sessions, they will come out and address any issues you have. When we first moved into our place in Glendora, we had a terrible ant problem but Amen took care of it and it was never an issue after that. We also saw rat droppings at some point, which for an additional fee, they took care of and we haven't seen them since. Eugene is also very kind, humble and professional & has waited for us to move our pets indoor before spraying outside. We strongly recommend this company! read more

When a supposed "owner" of a company returns a customer complaint call, just to argue and justify the unprofessional workmanship of one of his workers, you feel compelled to YELP the horrible experience. The so-called owner George refused to acknowledge and speak to how his technician left the unit after chemical treatment. He preferred to argue that he was correct rather than be an upstanding business owner and acknowledge the evidence of his employees lack of concern for his work. Who leaves chemical treatment puddles all over the place and areas overly damp/moist.!? Not to mention the excessive stench. BEST to STAY away from jokers like this. Trust and believe So-Cal ! read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Have had 3 fumigations for my apartment regarding bed bugs. The second one should've been the final one until I noticed the bugs return. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The lady who I spoke to said that I brought them back, too and said they're super rare in terms of coming back. At that point I held my tongue and arranged for a third fumigation. After the third, I didn't go back to the apartment for 3 days. Upon returning, I go to my room and there are LIVE bed bugs on my disassembled mattress cover that was left th. Nobody had been in my room since the fumigation. This is disgusting. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Amen Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Santa Monica, California

This has to be one of the most unreliable pest control companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with my roommate and I have been having a bedbug problem in our apartment and our property management company uses Amen for pest control the first time they came to treat our apartment for bedbugs almost a month ago that consisted of two treatments each a week apart we thought that we were in the clear for a little while until a few weeks later we found more bedbugs we had Amen come out a third time to treat our apartment after spending a few days out of the apartment to our disgust my roommate found some live bed bugs on his mattress cover. This is absolutely unacceptable, from the research that I've done the treatment should fully work within 30 days it has now been about 30 days since we received both of the treatments and only a few days after they gave us a treatment for the third time clearly whatever Amen does does not work we cannot continue to live like this and unfortunately may have to directly deal with our building manager about this problem. read more

My house had flying termites, so I quoted around, and this is far by one of the most inexpensive fumigation companies. Even though they are the most inexpensive, but they have very good service. The person who came by was Eugene. They provide unlimited bags to us as needed. Some companies are so cheap they told us they ran out of bags. Amen gave me a full box of bags. I had more than enough of bags for all my meds, cosmetics, shampoo, food, etc. Eugene answered all my questions and concerns promptly with text and calls. He even helped explain things to my concerned neighbor. I can't express my gratitude toward this company enough. I would definitely recommend Amen to all my friends and family, clients. Thank you again for the professional and outstanding service. read more

Ants so bad you wanted to burn your house down? That was us this past week! We keep a pretty clean home. Never had pest issues. Well this heat wave brought ants to our block and it was INSANE! I called so many places and got many quotes, overall we choose Amen. For a few reasons. 1. They were sooo fast at responding! 2. They guaranteed their work 3. We had gotten referred by someone who could back up their work. And 4. They were so nice over the phone and came that day! Eugene was our pest control specialist! When I say he is top notch, he went above and beyond! Eugene showed up on time. Wore his mask! Spoke to everyone in our home with respect, he respected our home as he walked through and inspected. He showed us what to look for in the future, and stated where he found the ants to probably have their nest. He sprayed the house inside and out. Gave us clear after spraying instructions. Confirmed to update him even if we didn't see ants. He wanted to know that too! Within a day they were gone . There were two active spots. Unfortunately in one of the cabinet's was a nest that we didn't notice. So a few days went by and Eugene came right back and knocked it out! Within an hour they were dead and none were back since! Pest control can be tricky. It's not always a one and done situation. The company's we did contact before amen stated there was a charge after one week. Amen said 30 days! And they actually want you to confirm no issues. They care about your home and treat you like family. I felt safe and Eugene reassuring me that they will always handle our pest control needs! I cannot recommend them enough! read more

This Pest Control Company by far! My aunt was having issues with her house in Los Angeles and would call me speaking about the issues she was having with other pest control companies. She is older, so some of them try to take advantage of her by saying they did the work when they didn't even spray. Well I got so fed up I did some research and found Amen Pest Control and off the bat, their customer service was amazing. Now I am in Texas, but I wanted to confirm everything for my aunt since I was the one that was paying. They confirmed the appointment, along with confirming my aunt's address, and then clarified the services that we wanted. (GET RID OF ALL THE BUGS)! After the services, they took a few pictures to send to me and then asked if they could follow up with my aunt in a couple weeks since the pests would come back with the former appointments. No bugs! My aunt was so happy and so was I. That is not a way that anyone should live. So thank you Amen Pest for giving me the peace of mind for my aunt's hospitality! read more
