This company did a fantastic job. They were thorough in inspecting in around and under my house, and they were thorough in treating it for subterranean and drywood termites. They also fixed wood damage caused by termites and did a good job cleaning up debris and trash left behind. Mike is a good choice if you want attentive service before, during and following the process. He walked us through everything we needed to know to get ready for the tenting, he double checked our prep and was personally on site during the tenting. I received termite inspection and estimates from four companies, including Mike. Mike's inspection was one of the most thorough, he was very knowledgeable, and his price was also reasonable. In discussing how he would go about arranging the tenting of my home, I found out that Mike was actually going to be present during the process. That is important because from my discussions with the other companies I met with, they all subcontract out the service but Mike was the only one who was actually going to be there while it was being done. The other companies would schedule it with the subcontractor, then show up after tent removal to do the repairs. In addition, I had concerns around security and Mike was able to refer me to a guard service that I hired for the evenings and Mike also installed his own mobile security alarms, notified the Sheriff's office and checked on the house while it was tented. The wood repairs he did were also done well. On top of all that, he has a great personality and was easy to do business with. Highly recommend. read more
