Based on my personal experience with this company I'll not recommend them to anyone. I hired them in February 2026 paid $4,000. It's almost July 2026 still haven't caught any rats. They missed a huge whole on my roof (I'll include pic) that I had to tell them to fix! I have sewer rats that are coming through a sewer line. I told them that before I hired them. The rep Nicolas Baker (if you decide to hire them I'll not recommend him as your rep) assure me that they will take care of the problem and it was not sewer rats. He didn't listen! He always has to check with other people he doesn't return phone calls on time. There is another guy Sam (possibly a manager) that also came to look but nothing changed. Oscar is the guy that comes to check the traps he is nice but he can only do so much. The owner of the company called me twice and keeps saying he wants to help me but words don't fix problems. Based on their suggestion I hired Leak Detection company called Curmax Leak Detection the owner Brent Patchis came and charge me $500 to perform a smoke test on the vent and drain system. Based on his findings, he suggested to lift both toilets and/or add extra wax ring to create a complete seal. I paid $350 to do that and my issue is still unresolved. Now they said to hire another plumber. He quoted me $1,200 to perform another smoke test and possibly break the walls or floor to find where they are coming in that's without repairs (extra $200-$5000). I asked them to help me cover the costs of the repairs. I'm a single mom on my own without any help! I appreciate and respect man and I understand that's how they handle their business. My wish is for them to make it right and for people to know who they are and choose to move accordingly. read more

Updated: I contacted through Yelp asking for help with humane removal of a rat from my kitchen. After a few texts and missed calls, I was advised they do not do removal and must come do a home inspection for exclusion. This feels like a bait and switch. When I shared as much, Michelle told me to call an exterminator. Waste of time. The owner called shortly after I posted the review stating his staff should have handled the call differently and he would work with them to do so in the future. When I shared it was frustrating for them to advertise "removal" when that isn't really part of their service, he went on to share that he has been in business for 27 years and one negative review is depriving his family of food. He talked over me repeatedly and was not appeased by my promise to reconsider my initial review. I finally had to hang up. So, as promised, I'm updating my review. I cannot comment on the service they actually deliver. The front-facing interaction was beyond disappointing when I'm already dealing with a stressful situation. Per owner's reply: I am not a competitor, just someone with a rat in her kitchen who spent the day trying to find a remedy for the situation and received conflicting info then was treated rudely. Rodent Control Inc. got the rats and rat droppings out of our 2-story house 5 years ago, but then we had some major plumbing work done under the house and we left one crawl space open for a few weeks. Rats came back in. They also squeezed into air vents at the foundation and attic. We found out that they had chewed open one heating duct and were living inside it. So we invited Rodent Control Inc. back in. They removed all the attic insulation where the rats had been living. Vladimir is an expert at that vacuuming; he had trained Anderson in doing that while wearing a full white suit and mask that covered every inch of him like an astronaut. Anderson did a great job. He had to push his way through a 2-foot high space to extend the vacuum hose into the far corners of the crawl space between our first and second floors. David was in charge of the crew of 5 workers. He and Jordan removed the screen on all the ground-level vents and crawl spaces to the plumbing under the house. Then they installed new screen and painted it to match the house. It was all a big job, and they did it well. This job cost $5800--more than we expected--but the values of our house in Santa Monica is probably $2 million, so we have to protect it from rats. All our neighbors are doing rat removal work too. The good news is that Rodent Control Inc will come back weekly for a month to check the traps they set and make sure the rats are really gone. read more
