5/5 Pest Service (noticeable difference w/the products they use) 0/5 Customer Service Experience I've been a client for two properties (now a third) for years now. I haven't left bc I actually see a difference in little to no insects/pest when they service. Their admin workflows + support have always been an issue. I've given this feedback to Zeek multiple times. Our contracts are bi-monthly, and I have a reminder on my phone for the usual "hey you haven't shown up in a few months." I get the - that doesn't sound correct, we're on a schedule (from both Maribel + Zeek). I say, can you double check on your end bc I'm confident in my records. I've accepted this is how to work with them (hence my personal reminder). I've also gone multiple services without being charged, of which, I ask to just simply be billed as services are performed. Anywho, all this to say - if you don't mind the high maintenance admin mgmt of your own scheduling, billing, etc. the outcome of the services is def noticeable with little to no pest issues. In the past, they'd give one hour windows for services to be performed. This has since changed to full day from 8-5. See email attached. So with that, among other one off admin/organizational issues, you can choose what you prioritize when supporting a small company. When mouse traps no longer worked, I called Zeek's Pest Control for help. They came through and inspected my property to determine the source of the problem. They found several areas of concern and recommended pest proofing for the entire building. The price was reasonable and the work came with a guarantee. All was well, and then ATT came to install internet. They removed all of the pest proofing and the mice returned. I called Zeek's and they were able to come back for a nominal charge and redo the work. Great communication, quality work, awesome service. So happy. Highly recommend. read more

They are on time and honest. The costs are reasonable. They can do monthly service as well but they guarantee my one time service for 60 days. I like that they call you and tell you they will be showing up soon. I like that they don't upsell their services and gave free initial inspection. I have had pest controls who do not even return sales inquiry. I have had ones who told me their charges just to inspect and a lot more to treat. I also had a free inspection person who came by and quoted me a huge amount for rodent exclusion that I had already gotten done. I hired Zeeks for other pests but they also confirmed that my place was rodent free as I had suspected. So if you want no nonsense people to come and get rid of your pests, go for Zeeks. read more

This is a REAL 5-star company! I am still contracted with Zeek's after 4 years and I cannot emphasize enough how great they are. I always prefer a local company but sometimes you sacrifice by either paying more or getting less. That is absolutely not the case here. This is a small business that does everything right and charges competitively to larger exterminators. I have them coming once a month and every time the technician comes, he makes sure to ask us if the ant problem we had (like 6 months ago) is still resolved. Yes it is, it was resolved in one day after I mentioned it and we've never had an ant problem since. Very good for them. Good ownership, good employees. I won't change any time soon. read more

If you're looking for a professional pest control company Zeek's is it!!! I called a little in distress and inquired about how I could get someone to come out and check for rodents since I saw droppings. I spoke with Zeek himself and he told me that since I was renting, I would need to talk it over with my landlord first and have him agree to let him come and access or have the landlord there for the appointment... Fast forward to the moment I got permission and was finally able to make the appointment... Zeek came to my home and was very professional. He was on time and very observant. Before entering the apartment, he saw that I didn't wear shoes inside so he put on footies to walk around my home! He then told me to cover the clothes I had in my closet since through there was the entryway to the attic where he also checked for rodent "activity". As promised he notified my landlord with an estimate of service. I didn't stay in the apartment long enough to experience the rodents leaving but at least I got to experience quality service at its finest! read more

Havent had a chance to write a review but making time for zeeks. Messaged them friday. He came out Saturday. Even though he wasnt sure why earwigs were getting in my house he told me dont worry will make sure they are gone. He came by monday to fumigate told us we had to be out of the house for 24hrs because of the little one. So we left for the day. Esequiel was super cool and friendly. I felt comfortable enough to ask him just to lock up once he was done cause we werent going to be around the area til the following day and he did. Its been about a month now and not an earwig in sight. I would definitely recommend this company for any pest issues you may have. You wont be disappointed. read more

Zeek came to my house to spray it about a year ago and was great. He offered me a routine spraying option where he would come every quarter to spray my house and I signed up for it. I tried to called several times to schedule another treatment but no answer. Long story short, he's nice and does a good job but not reliable. read more

I was in a conundrum looking for a pest control company that would properly treat a condo for German cockroaches. Trusty Yelp reviews mentioned Zeeks and I decided to use them. When they arrived to the appointment they asked if I'd remove light switch and power outlet covers so they could clean and spray. Wonderful experience with Zeek's! Hayley was very helpful over the phone, scheduled a technician to come to our home the following morning. Justin showed up this morning, right on time, and removed the wasp nests from our garage. Entire process was quick, efficient, and fair-priced. They also offer periodic treatment services (for a nominal fee) if you find that your pests are persistent and show up at a later date. Good communication via Yelp -- easily made an appointment. However. The service tech did not even enter my apartment to take a look. He didn't have a tool or a trap, just a flashlight. He strolled around the building and then informed me he'd have to patch up about ten spots where rodents could get in from underneath. I don't own the freaking building. Why would I pay to patch up the whole thing? Jeez, man, come in and look for a hole in my apartment, lay down a glue trap, at least pretend to care -- and don't try to gouge me for unnecessary and expensive work. Jonathon did an excellent job. Came out and gave a reasonable quote. He then gave me a few options on how to deal with my issues and also gave suggestions if I wanted to do anything myself to save a little money. Once I got the quote I called to schedule the services, interior and exterior pest and exterior points of entry repair. They fit me in very quickly for the services. They came promptly when scheduled and even sent a courtesy text 30 mins before. They let me know when they were finished in a timely manner and when it would be safe to re-enter the property. Although there was a miscommunication on how I wanted the metal mesh placed on the grates, Jonathon came back the same day to fix them how I wanted it with no questions asked. I've been using Zeek's since 2018 for the main house & rental unit on a bi-monthly contract. We initially had a roach problem and the treatment used worked very well. We haven't seen a roach since. A few times the renters have seen a new type of bug/insect, Esequiel is quick to respond & schedules an appointment. This last time I emailed a picture of a bug that was found in the rental unit & Esequiel researched that it was a garden variety bug that made it inside, but had the technician come out & perform a special internal treatment. Jonathan, the technician, always texts me that he is 20-30 minutes away for the appointment & if I have any issues or concerns to just let him know. He is a rockstar! I like supporting small businesses. Their service was great until I needed service in-between my bi-monthly contracted service which includes service to address a problem that crops up. Endured some unpleasant attitude from owner and mis-representation about what they did to address. My Ring camera does not lie. Sadly, cancelled my contract mainly because the Ring footage, but also because now I would feel uncomfortable calling if I have a problem that crops up between service dates. read more

Haydy came on time, worked efficiently, and ants are almost all gone; except for the second day, we had a large number of ants concentrated in one of the restrooms' basins. But they were easy to kill instantaneously using Isopropyl alcohol spray. We were worried about the recurrence of this, but on the third day, just a few and in a different basin. Zeek's were quick to come and collect a check for $250 to include 35 days of weekly visits to check and replace traps in the attic and crawl space for rodent control. They never showed up, except for that first visit and never followed up on the situation. I called to ask about it and request a refund or reimbursement in the form of other services, talked to the office person who promised to talk to the manager and get back to me, which didn't happen. left a message two weeks later and no one returned the call. Zeek is amazing. We have a huge yard and we were overrun with fleas due to stray cats. Zeek came out and treated the yard twice. He also recommended that I catch the cats, bathe them, and use a flea treatment. I was able to complete my assignment! We can now walk in the yard and not get bitten. It's a wonderful thing. We had a rodent problem in our ceiling/attic, garage, walls, kitchen cabinets, etc. I found Zeek's through our neighborhood forum called Next door which other customers had used and recommended. I called made an appointment and was assigned, Jonathan. He was very professional, friendly, and timely. Jonathan sealed off all entry points inside and out of the house and set traps. We noticed immediate results within a couple of days. I highly recommend them and would use them for any future pest issues. I paid more than any other company quoted, and the problem did not get resolved. When confronted with the fact that he didn't fix our pest issue, he claimed it couldn't be done because we have a condo and shared walls. Oddly enough, someone else came and fixed what he couldn't fix in 2 months, in one day. Do not recommend. read more

Zeeks is good. Found them on Yelp. They were communicative and came over for estimate and to spray/clean fairly quickly. They are way too expensive though. They're initial price is way too high, and they don't offer every 4 month or 6 month service which is what I wanted. Basically had to pay $215 (with Yelp discount) for them to come out once. read more

I had a horrible cockroach problem in my apartment, my god it felt like American Horror story. I was mortified to enter my kitchen. I did not trust my apartment building's management, they brought someone to my apartment on 2 occasions and the problem never went away nor got better so I decided to take matters into my own hands and hire someone. Zeek assured me he would do a thorough job and I can happily say my problem is in the clear (fingers crossed). He was upfront on how I might need 2 sprays but after the first spray it will get a lot better. I did a lot of research on this and choose them because he sprays AND uses gel, most people just spray but you need both to fix it. After the first spray I saw a handful, way less but still some nasty fuckers (excuse my language lol) so I had him return for a second spray. It's been almost a week since the second spray and I haven't seen anything. I feel so much more comfortable in my home. I highly recommend him!!!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 (4 stars is still amazing in my opinion, I would totally refer him and hire again) is because communication was not so easy the second time around. As a customer I don't want to follow up with you and that is what had to happen. I called, emailed, called again and sent a second email. That was the only annoyance on my end but once we scheduled it he was on time and even went out of his way to come early on a Saturday. read more
