Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

After my initial call, I knew I had made the right choice. The agent who answered my call was very helpful, friendly, understanding, and professional. I scheduled an appointment, and after one treatment, all bug problems were gone. Fast forward to a week ago. I saw a single water bug run across my front lawn while watering. Fearing these pests had returned and taken over the bottom of my home, I called this company again. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and professional, just like the first time I called four years ago. I arranged an inspection at a time that fit my schedule, which I really appreciated, unlike other companies that just tell you when they're available. On the day of my appointment, Joe came out and did a full inspection. Joe told me he found moisture in two areas under my home (I will contact a plumber soon), but the good news is that he didn't see any live water bugs--only a few dead ones. Calvin texted to let us know he was on the way, show up right in the window they promised, and was kind, informative, and efficient.
