Wonderful and kind man named Ray came out early to do the assessment broke everything down for me; no pressure and said if I was interested to call the office. I called the office told them I was interested in the treatment and gave 20% deposit to schedule a date. On the day of the actual treatment for termites had two wonderful young men come out to our home, explained everything and we're extremely professional and even covered some of our items in the attic to protect them. They got everything done in a matter of 1-2 hours and off they went. A few weeks later, I spotted some termite droppings. Gave them a call and someone came back out and treated it. No attitude, no fuss and very polite and professional. They said if we have any problems, we have a three-year warranty. Thank you. I will definitely use them again in the future.

He was patient, explained the different treatment options clearly, and even showed us how to tell the difference between termite droppings and droppings from other pests. A week later, Tony and his father came to replace the damaged wood and perform the chemical treatment. They did an excellent job with everything--the wood repairs, painting, and termite treatment were all done very carefully. They also cleaned up all the dust and debris afterward, so we didn't have to clean up anything ourselves. Great work, reasonable pricing, and very professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

Brandi was helpful and courteous setting up a next day appointment for our ant problem. Calvin texted to let us know he was on the way, show up right in the window they promised, and was kind, informative, and efficient. Hopefully we don't see any more ants but if we do, we have 10 days to let them know and they'll come back out to troubleshoot.

We were able to schedule a free termite inspection and Gabriel came out within a few days. I showed him the pictures of the dead termites and where I had found them. He also explained that it's termite season and that the ones I found got in from the outside. What a relief! The techs also email a Summary Report at the end of each visit. I highly recommend this company.

The customer service was amazing, They came right out , literally the next day to inspect & I WAS VERY PLEASED .. I got quoted for the service that was needed , agreed and the guy was able to come the very next day to service me . THE SERVICE: Basically patching up entry ways and setting traps in the attic & garage . THE PRICE: $1800 I know that was ALOT . And once i seen the process i felt played . The guy who came out used Gaps & cracks to seal cracks. YES THE $5 can that was at home depot . The patch work and the service was definitely not worth the price. I was disappointed in the fact that I had to request something more on the lines of cement. For $1800.. top of line the products and procedures should be in place. The ONLY PRO: is the one year warranty. MY ADVICE: call any pest control company , get the free estimate, have a handy man patch you up. & If you're not brave enough, MAYBE call them to set up the traps and poison . MAYBE ... Im sticking beside them for termite control . But this was a veeeery expensive lesson that i hope nobody else has to learn. The ONLY reason this particular service got any stars is because the customer service really is good!
