These guys are great! My Z4M was making a noise so I stopped by to have my car looked at. Freddy and his crew took care of the problem immediately. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to what the BMW dealer would have charged me. When its time for routine maintenance, I will returning to Bimmer Motor Werks. Thank you Freddy. Best place to get your Bimmer service. The staff are great; Freddy is the definition of customer service and very talented with his work. #1

Called to get oil change and brake flush for my f80 m3 since my car if out of warranty. Brought my own fluids. Charged $130 for labor. Got me in and out on a Thursday afternoon in about 1.5 episode of House of cards. If you love Netflix, the waiting area is a winner! To bad no drinks like the dealership but whatever. You save a ton by going here. read more

2007 Mini Cooper taken to them to diagnose problem. After explaining the symptoms, the tech said that the engine needs replaced. He didn't listen to the car run, didn't review any codes, never moved from the spot he was seated. Tech said that he has 3 others in the back that also need engines. Took mine to another shop that took the time to explore what could be going on. Had car for a week, repairs done and now driving again "with the same engine". If you have one of the other Mini's that "need a new engine"-get a second opinion. read more

I recently started getting my car serviced here, and I'm very impressed with the honesty of the information given to me regarding the cost of repairs and what my options are. They don't overcharge for the parts themselves, and have even told me certain things were not worth it to fix, instead of telling me false information to bring more money into the shop at the expense of the customer. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Highly recommended! read more

After having my head ripped off for years at Overseas Car Care an emergency situation popped up and I had to have my car towed to Bimmer Auto. Turned out to be minor but the service was PERFECT! If you have any work needing to be done on a BMW this is the place to go. Their quotes are 35 percent below Overseas Car Care and I am going back for some maintenance on my 325i in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the help guys, you will get ALL of my business and plenty of referrals as well! read more

I went back to Freddy today for a consultation. Once again he has assured me that he provides excellent, honest service. Again, my problem didn't require much , but I witnessed a consultation he gave to another customer. Freddy laid out the options well and was completely understanding of the customer. I over heard another brief consult where he illustrated that he approaches mechanical problems logically rather than just throwing parts and labor ($$$) at a car hoping it fixes it. Again, I have a renewed respect for Freddy as an auto mechanic. read more

Understanding the customer needs "Bimmer Only" is a top notch shop. From the techs and their shop manger is probably the most knowledgeable in the Plano area. Cheaper then all the other BMW shops. Recommend highly for all your BMW maintenance and repair. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Freddie was very informative and always keeping me in the loop. I had a 6NR upgrade to my X5 and it was VERY well done. Any future mods will, FOR SURE, be done at Bimmer Motor Werks. I am very happy I decided to go through them for service. Thank you to everyone at Bimmer Motor Werks for a job well done, I wish you the best on continued success. read more

My wife's 2013 BMW is a great car, but it's a few years old and the electronics are not quite as good as my son's Hyundai (Apple CarPlay, big screen...) If you've ever had a wife, I'm sure you understand that a situation like this is only tenable for so long before your wife is going to want a new car. When I found out that Bimmers Only can mod her car and upgrade her electronics to include wireless CarPlay, I knew it could solve some big problems for me. I made an appointment, left it with Jesse for a day, picked it up and it has been amazing. Perfect integration, it's like a brand new car. Turn it on, CarPlay pops up, phone usually already knows where we're going, already knows what music I want to listen to...it just works. If you're wondering if this upgrade is worth it, I think the answer is definitely yes. read more

This place looks legit and the owner seems really honest and nice. I will post an updated review once my car is fixed.

Bimmers Only is the Best place to take your BMW, parts are certified, Mechanics are certified, and the work is certified! I took my car to the dealer Bc a light came on, the cost was over $1500. I started to look for a mechanic stumbled on this webpage, cost to get my Bimmer fixed was half of what the dealer tried to charge me! I've been coming to Freddy and the team since and that was 6 years ago! Don't cheat yourself! read more

I have been taking my 650i to Freddie and Lenny for maintenance and service needs for a couple of years now and can honestly say that they are upfront about what is needed and very reasonable when it comes to cost. These guys seem to be able to handle about anything that a BMW dealership can without the frustration that you can get from that "how much more is this going to cost me over what they said" feeling until you get your car back. read more

Thank you Freddy & Bimmers Only for your dealership quality work at a way better price. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. You make owning a BMW affordable for everyone. read more

This place is knowledgeable and skilled!!!! They Have technicians who came from dealerships and deliver factory quality repairs at a fraction of the cost! Definitely the place to take your BMW or even a MINI! read more

This place is AWESOME!! They took care of my BMW 335i really well. I had to my car overnight but they really checked everything to make sure my car was all good. EVERYONE that works there is very friendly as well! Bring your BIMMER HERE!!! read more

I thought I'd left a review earlier this year but it must have disappeared into the great internet black hole! Either way, I've been using Bimmer for 2 years for servicing, repairs & modifications to my '03 Wagon. Freddy really understands BMWs and is very savvy with the computer diagnostics. He seems to want to understand the problem unlike other shops that throw in parts (on your $) until it's fixed. Plus his prices are very competitive. If you're looking for cappuccino machines, lounges & loan cars you've probably come to the wrong place. However, if you're looking for great work at an honest price then this is your place. read more

I just have to say how impressed I am with the service here. I honestly didn't even end up taking my car here. But only because Lennie was so completely honest with me. I was offering to throw money at it and he recommended I check a dealership since it was all(even the oil change) likely covered by warranty. When my warranty expires, I will definitely be coming here, confident that I'm not getting ripped off and that they know what they are talking about. read more

Freddy started out a small garage and now he's doing it big. I started trusting him years ago when he personally came to my house and fix my 335i coupe. And now I have a 2012 Alpina B7. Bimmer Motor Werks has the best price and best service. They get the job done and they are completely HONEST!! read more

A hidden gem. Lenny provides excellent service, he is honest and an expert in BMW. I recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

I've never had a problem with them. The service is great and fast. The workers are awesome. 10/10 would/do recommend to anyone. Not to mention the e92 m3 eye candy that is there when you walk in. read more

I am not one to write reviews but this place is great!! They have the experience of the dealership but better prices and service!! Don't take your BMW anywhere else! read more

Excellently done. I had a air bag error on a 750 that they quickly diagnosed with no charge. I also had them update the cars software to include some new features. Very knowledgeable about everything BMW. They schedule appointments on Saturdays and provide pickup and dropoff. The repair was made quickly and accurately and the cost for the repair was significantly less then a dealer. An important benefit also is you speak directly with the person repairing your car. They focus on BMWs and are very knowledgeable about the the car. An important service they also provide is that they also worked directly with the 3rd party warranty company to verify coverage and to bill them directly. They provide routine maintenance as well as repair and Ill be using them from now on for all my repair and maintenance work on the 750. read more

Brought my M3 for service. Met with Freddy. A great guy to work with, honest, no sales pressure. I would definitely recommend his auto shop for any type BMW service! read more

I was convinced I needed new brakes...my 535i told me so, after all. Also thought I might have an alignment issue. I was ready to shell out some cash. Lenny took a look and said both were fine. Didn't charge me dime. He could have changed me an arm and leg b/c the idrive told me I needed brake out. I'll be back! read more

I guess if you can ever get them to get back with you they might do decent repairs but, I wouldn't know. I have been trying for over a week to get them to call or email me about getting my M5 in for service... read more

I would definitely recommend Freddie at Bimmer Motor Werks as an alternative to overpriced dealership service! I just took in my 2006 330i for a new xenon headlight and a brake flush. Great prices, super friendly service, straightforward and honest! He let me know a few things he recommended that I get done sooner than later but did not try to upsell me at all. He reset a couple of my indicator lights that were not reset during my last oil change elsewhere. I took my car in at 12:30 on my lunch break and had it back that evening. His labor rates are a fraction of what the dealership charges and he will use OEM or aftermarket products based on your preference. Everything was easy and painless, which is more than I could ask for in a mechanic. Freddie even honored a coupon I mentioned over the phone but forgot to print out and bring. Yay! read more

Honest, dependable, thorough and passionate about what they do - I am not sure if I've had a better experience. For what it's worth, I have a 2007 5-Series. Last week, I drove up from Austin on business and when I pulled into my hotel, the valet asked "what's wrong with your car?!!!!" From his expression, I halfway expected to find a body on my bumper. He indicated that he heard a loud grinding noise as I came to a stop on the roundabout. I immediately attempted to replicate the noise and did not hear anything significant. Nonetheless, I wasn't comfortable driving it further without having it checked out. Not knowing anyone in Dallas other than the dealerships, I was compelled by all of the positive feedback on Bimmer Motor Werks. I brought it by the following morning and asked that they check it out. Lenny indicated that it likely slipped on the slick brick surface which could have affected the braking, thus causing the noise. They gave it a full inspection and 24 hours later, they advised that it was in perfect working order. Further, they charged me next to nothing to inspect the car. Over a week later (and following the return trip to Austin), it continues to run perfectly. If I lived in Dallas, I would not think of taking my business elsewhere. You will not be disappointed! read more

Great service!!! Quick response , knowledgeable, and reliable thank you I'll recommend all my friends and family

This place is great! Fast, friendly, affordable service. DO NOT take your car to the dealership if you can help it. I plan to definitely return! read more

Dont believe the testimonials. I took my vehicle for check engine light. They took couple of hours. Did not nothing.. came back and gave me some report for 75 bucks.. The lights were not working.. There was rust at the plug points. They asked that i install new lights. I went home and cleared the rust and the lights worked.. 75 bucks down the drain read more

First of all, thank you Bimmer Motor Werks! I just purchased a 2010 BMW 328i Coupe, and had very little information on the car. I emailed the main email on the website, and Lenny responded to me. I did a lot of research, because I wanted a place I could trust. I dropped my car off for the lamp out light being displayed, LED lights I couldn't get to smoothly go in, and a pre purchase inspection (just to make sure all is good). From the moment I started talking to Lenny, I could tell he knew what he was doing. Very nice guy, and did something most places wouldn't. I had no knowledge that the previous owner purchased two coverages, that are still good for two years, or 35k miles. He not only told me, but he printed the information out, and gave me a card to BMW nearby, because my service is free, and mechanical parts replaced are a $50 deductible.... Talk about sweet! As he said, and I came to find out, I scored on this car. I truly appreciate he was honest, because that's money he could essentially lose. After those few fixes, and being very reasonable on price, they can still count on me coming back, even though I have warranty. I already have, and will continue to recommend them. IF YOU OWN A BMW GO TO BIMMER MOTOR WERKS! That's my advice. I'm glad I did, and I appreciate how I was handled, from start to finish. By the way, I never write reviews, but they really deserved to be recognized. People usually only take the time out for negative stuff, and if this helps them keep being successful, and other happy customers, that's good for me. Thank you, Lenny, and everyone at Bimmer Motor Werks!!!! read more

Excellent place if you want quality repair work. Friendly and helpful staff! Took my E92 for control arm replacement and very happy with the service. read more

I rarely write reviews, and when I do, they are typically negative. This is not one of those reviews. I recently purchased a low mileage 2006 M5 in Dallas, TX (I live in Austin). I was up there visiting my son, and on the way back I got in an accident on the freeway. My car took a hit on the passenger side wheel, causing a significant amount of damage to the rear suspension. It was pretty devastating for me given that I was still riding the sugar high of my recent purchase. Being that I live in Austin, I had to find a reputable shop to take care of my high end BMW up in Dallas. I came across Bimmer Moter Werks through the regional M5 board, and it was the best decision I could have made in this process. Progressive wanted for me to go with one of their recommended shops, but the fact that I drive an M5 made that an impossibility for me. Lenny was wonderful to work with, and the repair was done perfectly. To be honest, the car looks and drives better than it did when I bought the car! The repair took a while, but Lenny set the expectations at the beginning of the process, and let me know what was happening along the way. If this shop was in Austin, I would be 100% loyal. You cant go wrong with these guys, and you can trust your bimmer with them any time. Steer clear of the "stealership" and go to the dealer alternative, Bimmer Motor Werks! read more
