I really feel that they do very good honest work! Have a close friend that feels the same way!!!!! That feeling of trust is always there!

I don't typically love my experience at car shops, but I felt very valued & listened to here. I appreciated their shuttle service while my car was worked on, and felt comfortable. I'll definitely be going back the next time my car needs service! read more

I've used this shop many times and they've always done me right. They're the best at auto repair.

My buddy who has been my go-to mechanic for years recently was hired on at Burdick. So naturally when my truck needed service, I didn't hesitate to drop it off at Burdick. I asked for an oil change and an alignment. I received an estimate via text saying my control arms, cam bolts and lower ball joint needed to be replaced and it would cost $1,466! On top of that an alignment would be $99 and I needed a brake fluid flush as well. I declined the replacement of those parts for now. I was told they wouldn't do an alignment without the parts. No problem, ill come get the truck. Turns out they didn't appreciate me declining the repair, so they charged me for half the cost of the alignment without doing a thing to my front end. That is the shadiest most unethical business practice I've ever experienced at an auto repair shop. I definitely would not recommend Burdick Auto to anyone. read more

I was visiting McKinney and had a bad oil leak. I called after 3pm and they were able to squeeze me in and diagnose the issue on very short notice. They were able to make the repair early the next day. The whole time Huxley and his associates kept me abreast of the progress. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they even picked me up from the rental car place. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them. read more

I enjoyed the experience with Burdick Auto Solutions. We brought our 2017 Grand Caravan in for the back to school special and they checked the vehicle and made recommendations. It was easy to approve or decline the items we wanted. We picked a few items like the alignment, brake fluid change and air intake system cleaning. I have to say I noticed a significant difference in the power and smoothness of acceleration of the vehicle. I am happy we went to Burdick. read more

I've only had one experience so far with Burdick. My Honda Odyssey was experiencing a judder while accelerating. They tested it and informed me of the known Honda issue. They suggested I take it to a Honda Service shop for the repair. Didn't charge me for the diagnostics and even filled up my tires for me. Also, when I voiced my concerns about being fleeced by the dealership (which they're all known for), they offered to take a look at any service that the dealership was suggesting. They're good, quality people there at Burdick. When I have an issue that doesn't require a trip to the dealership, they've won my confidence & my business with their honesty & decency. read more

I had some problems with my car starting, and when I dropped it off I didn't know what all I was getting into with getting it fixed. The guys I spoke with were very knowledgeable, kind, and answered all my questions! I am extremely pleased with the work they did. They did a courtesy inspection along with the inspection I paid for to get the problem fixed, then they sent me a link, to look at my own convenience, of everything wrong with my car with descriptions and pictures. I cannot recommend this place more! They went above and beyond!!! read more

I know I can trust the team at Burdick Auto Solutions. The owner Earl is a good friend and a great guy. He is always willing to help and do the right thing. I take all my cars here for service and have for at least 10 years. In the past it has been difficult to get my cars in there some times because they are so busy. I consider that a good sign that this place it the place to bring my car. They have since instituted the option of setting up an appointment. This has been great in dealing with one of the biggest challenges I had with the shop in the past. You would have to leave your car there for an undisclosed number of days but now they set you up to come when they are ready. They do a great job of communicating the issues and giving an honest assessment. They are honest and trustworthy. read more

It's a gamble having work done by any auto repair shop BUT I've known of Burdick's reputation of being an honest repair shop so I had them repair a 2014 Nissan with a busted front suspension. They were able to access the problems to get going quickly and gave an estimate for the repair. Of course there were other things that probably should have been done for normal maintenance and they gave estimates for those items along with the necessary suspension repairs in case I wanted to have it also done. They did not pressure me to have the other work done and very obviously did not try to include suspension work that was not necessary to get the car going. They lived up to their reputation and I'd recommend Burdick for most any auto repair. read more

I've used them twice and I'm really impressed with all of them. They clearly explain the problem, give me options if there are any and pricing is comparable. Both times they offered me a loaner car free of charge which meant my life or schedule was not interrupted at all. read more

They assessed the car, gave us a print out of the inspection and repaired quickly with a fair price. I will definitely go back and highly recommend! read more

This company cannot be trusted to competently complete complex repairs. I had been taking my SUV there for general maintenance and didn't have any issues. When my power brake system went out, I took my car there for repairs. They kept the car for three days and charged me over $2,000 and made a huge issue about my request to credit the diagnostic fee to my total bill. Immediately after they told me the car was repaired and safe to drive, the warning brake light goes on and the brake lights will not turn off even after the car is not running. So I take it to the dealer who informs me that Burdick forgot to replace the brake switch. The dealer credits diagnostic fees to my total repairs without me asking and then quotes a total repair price that would have been lower than what Burdick charged for incomplete repairs. I called Burdick to let them know what happened and they said they would get back to me to try and make things right. They still haven't called back. read more

BOY HOWDY. What fabulous people. Incredible speed, honesty, quality and patience. I let Randy know I NEEDED it as soon as possible because my new job expected me back Tuesday. (Our conversation was on Friday) He delivered, with icing on the cake. Quoted to have it to me by closing, he had it to me by 3. Even with me calling twice. He didn't even seem annoyed with the calls, just knew I was in a pickle. Nobody treated me with anything but respect and seemed to even appreciate my questions. Now I know why all the family in Texas goes nowhere but here. Thank you guys for saving my bacon, and ham. read more

I have used Burdick many times. They've fixed several different AC systems, changed a fuel pump and have done several other random things for me on 5 different vehicles. They have always given me a quote and a time table and not once have they gone over time or budget. They have been quicker and cheaper a couple of times though. I've dealt mostly with Jimmy and he's never steered me wrong. Burdick is one of the only mechanic shops that I've ever felt like they were always telling the truth. read more

Highly recommend, the guys ar Burdick are polite, professional and just honest. Took my vehicle to another mechanic based on a referral and was told we need to spend 2k on a certain repair. It didn't "feel" right...so I took it Burdick and they confirmed this repair was not needed. Thank you read more

Took my car in because the a/c wasn't blowing out cool air. My appt was for the morning. When I called to check on it (1 hour before they closed) , they told me they were just now looking at it. When I went to pick it up, they said nothing was wrong with the a/c and charged me for their "inspection". When I left, the a/c was blowing air warmer than before. I went on youtube to learn how to add freon and fixed it myself. read more

The a/c in my Honda Odyssey suddenly went out a week ago. Now y'all know in this Texas summer heat, that is NOT OK! Well after consulting the Facebook experts, the team at Burdick received the overwhelming recommendation. All I can say is that they are simply the best! Not only are they a local family operated mechanic, but they also have an incredible staff. They have extremely fair pricing and go over all of your options with before they just run up a bill. They were so fast getting it all diagnosed and fixed in about a day. Oh and did I mention the shuttle service? Yep they do that too! Once my van was ready, not only did they do a sanitizing wipe down of the inside of my car, but gave a little snack for the road. Seriously how cute is that?!?! Worried about COVID19 and social distancing precautions? Well they have you covered there too! They have social distancing practices set up in the lobby and also off curbside drop off if you still aren't comfortable going in. These are honest Texans looking out for other Texans. You will be happy you chose Burdick's. Oh and my a/c. Soooooooooooooo frigid now! Thank you Cynthia and the team at Burdick's! read more

Burdick Auto Solutions - Seriously how cute and thoughtful! - Auto Repair Near Me - Mckinney, Texas

No one touches my car but Burdick Auto Solutions. I was tired of both car dealerships and shade tree mechanics. I have used them on many occasions. They are reliable, professional, and priced fairly. I even get a free courtesy ride from them so I don't need to bother someone to pick me up and drop me off. Also for small repairs or oil changes they have a clean and attractive waiting area. And everytime you walk in you will be greeted with smiles. A great locally owned business. I HIGHLY recommend you give them your business. - Brian read more

This is a great repair shop. They have a full staff of Highly certified technicians who do their absolute best to fix your problem right the first time. They have a great professional and friendly front counter that does their best to find out exactly what problems you are having, which helps the technician immensely. They may ask a lot of questions, but that's a good thing. That saves the technicians time and you money. They will schedule you in at a time that they know they can get to you, and try their absolute best to get you out when they say they will. That's always an estimate, but they hit it a lot more times than not, and often a little earlier even. Take it from a McKinney native, this is the best shop in town. read more

Best auto repair in McKinney. We use Earl and Lot Burdick for all our auto repairs. Honest, dependable service.

Love this place. My only complaint is that I wish they were open 24/7 (I know, I know. They have to sleep and play SOMEtime ^_^). We've never had a problem with these guys. They're honest, helpful, VERY pleasant, and they always find a way to keep costs MUCH lower than any other chain auto shops. Love, Love, LOVE this place. read more

as referred here and I absolutely regret it not taking it to the dealership. My check engine light was on and the diagnostic machine showed the knock sensor is bad. So without looking at it Jimmy (the front desk guy) said a rodent probably got a hold of the wires. Then I was told that was true and paid $693 for them to fix one knock sensor and the piggy tail that "a rodent chewed". A day after they gave me my car back my check engine light came on and I checked and it has the same code (knock sensor). I took it back to them and they said that it checked out good. Well now my check engine light came on again a day after I got it back. I ended up requesting a refund but was only awarded a 50% refund. I was also told by the GM (Adam ) that the knock sensor won't ruin the engine if I drive like this which is untrue. I'm a woman so I'm assuming he thinks that I'm dumb because of my sex. Don't go here. They don't know how to fix cars and are way over priced! Go to the dealership and get it done right and for cheaper!!!! read more

If I could give this place a million stars, I would. I randomly stumbled upon them when my car battery died downtown. They came, jump started my car, got me a new battery, and then drove me back downtown while they fixed my car. The second time I came to them, it was for a busted pipe leading to my coolant tank. They took the time to explain my options, and even showed me a diagram of what they would be fixing. They are very professional and have your best interest at heart. I will forever more be a loyal customer to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Our A/C was damaged in an auto accident and the body shop who was handling the repairs had it fixed. It was only about half as cold as before the accident but there were so many other problems with the body work that we took back to have rectified, we decided not to pursue it. The A/C failed several months later and when we contacted the body shop, they informed us that it was a few days beyond the year warranty and recommended that we take the car to Burdick to have the A/C repaired. We got an estimate from Honda dealer and from Burdick and the Burdick estimate was so much cheaper I decided to give them a try. The A/C started intermittently failing again after about a year so I started checking into it and found that it was Burdick who the body shop had fix the A/C the first time. In essence they have fixed it wrong twice and my wife has to drive our car without A/C in north Texas now. There were some other minor issues with the service but their generally good customer service does not make up for technical incompetence. read more

I've taken my car there twice. These guys are great to work with and I've been happy with the outcome each time. They invest in providing customer service and deliver on the small things that give you peace of mind when spending so much money on car repairs. I fell confident in their communication, service is very fast, and their warranty on their work up front shows pride in their work and value of their customers. read more

Been here a couple times, amazing service and very knowledgable. It's hard to find a mechanic that you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you. When I was waiting for my car to get fixed, three customers came in to pick up their vehicles. They are extremely fair and honest and did a great job for me as well! read more

I was very satisfied with my 2nd visit to Burdick Auto, I had my car looked at before in a different auto shop whom gave me a list of suggested repairs. I took my car to Burdick they looked at my car, saw the repairs that were really needed, I had them work on it. And everything was perfect, I was thankful they were real honest with what was needed and what was not. I went on my cross country road trip and nothing went wrong. We have been going to Burdick for about a year and a half now. It was such a relief to find a shop that we know beyond doubt is honest. Its really rare these days to find this in many businesses. We were referred by Thomason tire on McDonald (another A+ place) - they use Burdick for their own vehicle repairs. We even bought Land Rover recently with over 100K miles on it, needed some repair - they got it done a lot cheaper than the Land Rover dealership would have for sure. read more

For the past 50,000 miles, I've dealt with a mysterious brake problem on my Chrysler and was going through brake pads like crazy. Every time I took my car in for an alignment, the big chains would give me a laundry list of things that are wrong with it (some based purely on the mileage!) and brake pads were always on that list (gouged rotors, brake travel, etc.). So...... when I moved to McKinney, I started taking my van to Burdick's on the advice of my neighbors. They replaced my brake pads at a reasonable price and when that brake problem surfaced again the next day, Earl himself came out to check out the issue and I knew that they really cared about their customers. They then found and fixed what the big chains couldn't and didn't try my nerves with that broken record high-pressure sales pitch for the laundry list of 'critical' repair items. Long story short, I may buy tires at a tire shop, but I don't let anyone but Burdick's lay a hand on my van for any repairs. read more
