Sriracha Bowl

Billy's Downtown Diner is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. This location can be found in Bethlehem on E Broad St. They are open every day from 8:00AM - 3:00PM. I've been to this diner several times now and never had a bad experience. The food is unique and delicious and service is always fantastic. My most recent visit I ordered Huevos Rancheros. It consists of grilled corn tortillas topped with refried beans, chorizo sausage, and Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese. It's accompanied with over-medium eggs, smashed avocado, and classic papas. I could have did without the beans, but other than that this dish was a winner. My favorite item on the menu is still the Sriracha Bowl. The tortilla bowl is filled with classic papas, pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, bacon, diced tomatoes, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, scallion, and sriracha. Billy's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available. Sriracha Bowl - 8.2 Huevos Rancheros - 7.8 Food - 8.0 Service - 8.4 Value - 8.0 Restaurant score - 81

Ordered through Uber Eats, and everything arrived on time and well-packaged. I tried Pano's Omelette, which was good but nothing particularly special -- tasty, just not overly memorable. The portion size could definitely be a bit bigger for the price, but the food quality itself was solid and fresh. I'd still consider ordering from here again, maybe trying a different breakfast item next time.

OH BOY this was SO good. The cannoli French toast had an amazing filling, the chicken and waffles were perfect. My hashbrowns were crisped just right. The lattes were DELICIOUS. I had a chocolate covered strawberry one and OMG. I want another! The service was impeccable and everything came So Very quickly. I couldn't believe it. 10/10 would be back again!

Grilled cheese and fries

Incredible. We just happened to see this driving through town, and we're very glad we did. All three in the party loved our food and ate every last bite. The San Marino Eggs Benedict got rave reviews. The kids grilled cheese was great. And the burger was cooked to perfection. During our meal, it started raining halfway through so we got to experience the indoor and outdoor dining areas. You cannot go wrong sitting at either one. Great ambience and great atmosphere.

The food is plentiful and delicious. Service was spot on. Clean modern restaurant. The food was hot. And follow up services was plentiful.

Overall, I would give this place between three and four stars. I think service was five out of five, menu selection was five out of five, but flavor was three out of five. Although it's called a diner, I was pleasantly surprised to see a semi upscale interior, at least among the booth seats. Very friendly and communicative staff. Some street parking available, but nothing directly reserved for the restaurant. A good place to go if you're looking for something to it the breakfast/brunch scratch, but unfortunately, the flavors left a decent amount to be desired. Personally, I wish that there were more vegan options as I was not exactly in the mood for pancakes or something sweet. Maybe it's my stomach upset talking after eating eggs for the first time in a long time, but the texture with the cheeses and sauce was no bueno for me. My friend loved the hollandaise sauce, though. Different strokes for different folks I suppose. If someone asked me out for brunch, I'd try a different place first, but I wouldn't be opposed to coming back here altogether. Again, very nice staff, just not the most satisfying of breakfasts. The Greek coffee was a little bit gritty, which is possibly by design, but I really loved the dirty chai. It wasn't too sweet and it reminded me of drinking liquified gingerbread. Almond available, no soy.

Arguably the finest diner in the area! They source all their ingredients locally from farms. I really enjoy the friendly and welcoming ambiance, with attentive service staffs who are always there to help you. The dining experience highlights the freshness of their omelette dish; notably the thick and fluffy toast and perfectly crispy yet tender hash browns, subtly enhanced with butter and onion! I also really enjoyed their lightly roasted black coffee here - perfectly balanced with the meal. Definitely forward to returning to sample more of their brunch offerings!

Service was good. Food did take a while to come to the table. It is a little cramped in the restaurant but I would defer go back.

Today I did just that, and I'm happy I did. The girl who helped me was very friendly and helpful. It was almost like a house inside, dark wood all throughout and the kitchen nearly looked like a residential kitchen. This was $4.70 and had 2 big slices of the Jersey meat on it with egg and plenty of cheese on a pretty solid Kaiser. I was shocked at the cost for such large slices of meat on there, and the roll makes or breaks the sandwich for me and this passed the test. Video is going out tonight, but it definitely Didn't Suck

This is a family run business and you can tell by the excellent staff and friendly atmosphere the moment you walk in. We actually ended up talking to a former local who said he used to come here all the time and another local at the counter who was very friendly and funny. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, potato, onion, and cheese on a roll and a side of has homefries with onions. The sandwich was big and delicious. The homefries looked like typical homefries I've gotten elsewhere, but for some reason these were soooo good. One of the best tasting breakfasts I've had.

Food that's absolutely a must order include the hummus platter, with extraordinary fresh bread. and the baklava. Both are epic! I had the lunch special, which was lamb kebabs with white rice. Lamb was ok but not remarkably spiced nor that tender. But it was good. The rice was a bit mushy and there was little to no dressing on the salad nor the red cabbage on the dish. Would have loved to have had something more like rice pilaf. Requested some white yogurt dressing on the side and this brought it together. I don't think one can judge a place based on the lunch special so I will definitely be returning to try more of their entrées that they're known for. The place was packed so clearly locals know this is a good place to go!

We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

Thank goodness we planned some flexibility after the meal before our show started. But the real downer of the meal was Alison.
