Love diners, and had a very good experience with this one. It was late when we rolled in after drinks, and all the other kitchens were closing down for the night. Luckily, this place was close by, open and not super crowded. Clean, bright, + nostalgic music from the 80's and 90's. It was a welcome step back in time. I'm old fashioned and really enjoyed the beef liver & onions entree. Our waitress was really attentive and sweet. If I'm ever in town visiting again, I'd be happy to come back.

Quaint neighborhood diner. All locals with just good home cooked food and courteous staff. Nice selection of entrees. Nothing spectacular but comforting all the same.

The bartender, Ronny, has great service, fun, inviting, remembers his customers, and always ensures you have what you need. I have tried both their breakfast and lunch and have not been disappointed. For this specific visit, I was here for dinner visiting Ronny and I ordered their Broiled Stuffed Trio. Seafood stuffed Icelandic haddock, mushrooms, and shrimp. The fish was moist and flakey, the shrimp tender, and the mushrooms plump and juicy. The seafood filling they used tasted like a mix between a crabcake and crab dip. There was too much for my taste on the shrimp and mushrooms, so I scraped some off and reserved it to eat later as a snack with ritz crackers. The meal also came with the soup and salad bar where there were a variety of soups to chose from, and everything in the salad bar was fresh and crisp. Currently rated at a 7.2 on my Beli, I enjoy this place for the food and budget friendly meals, but also for the excellent service that Ronny always provides.

Kayleigh was there, like last time, and she was just great! Service and food here is really excellent. The ladies were great about finding out ingredients. I got to meet the owner! He's a great guy, too. Just an overall warm, welcoming, relaxing place. They're close to motels and hotels, so there are people from all over stopping by, and there are lots of regulars who are hooked. You can tell why. You feel like it's another era. Lots of free parking. Salad bar food was fresh and delicious. Nice to smell freshly brewed coffee.

Some things were good, others were disappointing. I couldn't decide between the breakfast tacos and the G145 egg sandwich, so I got both. This was the first time I ever ordered breakfast tacos so I'm glad they were delicious! They were piled high with chorizo, scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheddar jack cheese, pico, and sour cream. The G145 egg sandwich consists of two eggs, bacon, & American cheese on a brioche bun. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the roll was soft and flavorful. My dad ordered a strip steak and eggs. He said, "it was okay, it's kind of tough". A medium rare steak should never be tough. My mom ordered two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast. She enjoyed the eggs and toast, but said the potatoes were awful. I had some with my sandwich and I have to agree with her. They were bland and dry. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, but the service was substandard. Our server was super unattentive. Eating and socializing behind the bar was more of a priority than checking on her tables. I was still generous enough to tip 20%. Pickup and delivery are both available. I came here for the first time with my buddy on Thursday for lunch. The service was good and the food was delicious. Bonus points for decorating for Halloween. I ordered French onion soup, sautéed pierogies, and Parmesan peppercorn wings. The FOS was piping hot and packed with flavor. The pierogies had an excessive amount of butter/oil, but tasted great. The wings were slightly overcooked and under sauced, but good quality and the sauce was delicious. Our server was welcoming and friendly, but made a few mistakes with our order. My buddy had tomatoes on his panini when he asked for no tomatoes, and I received blue cheese instead of ranch with my wings. No big deal, but when you're confident enough to take an order without writing anything down you should be accurate. At first it was a little rough and then it became outstanding for a while. And then it started to slip again. Haven't been back since it started to slip. Freshness and good ingredients are very important. It seemed like the ingredients were slipping the last time we were there. We have not been back. There's a lot of good restaurants in this area that don't slip. So we stick with our favorites for now but, we do like to try new things. Most of the time the service is spot on and really nice. Such a shame to have all those good things in place and not pay attention to the most important detail. Food quality is where it starts. If you don't do this correctly and use subpar raw ingredients down to every detail, you're wasting all the hard earned resources that you have to work with. It's a desperate move, not a move that is going to lead to a long term successful business of any kind. The key is sticking to quality and find a way to keep going with those good ingredients. Lower prices can jumpstart the business again. And, if you're fortunate enough to get your customers back and your business grows again, lower your prices just a little to show your appreciation for your customers. Sincere good will is what you want and what you need to spread. Don't allow greed to return even in difficult times if they should return. And in regards to ambiance, we found it to be nice but, on occasion the shades weren't blocking the sun well enough. Small, yet important detail. Clean restrooms are also very important. I understand that you can't be everywhere at once but, like a security guard, you can do a run from station to station or restroom or freezer to check that everything is all good. I used to work in a kitchen for a few years. I loved the first one but, the second one had some people that I couldn't work around. Two entirely different experiences. The second one drove me back to pursuing my music career again and I am still at it. I will be playing at The Water Lantern Festival on July 18th at Cedar Beach Park in Allentown. My set is at 8 pm. And try not to look sad. I understand it's not going to be easy. Good things don't come easy is a saying that I heard a long time ago and I understand it from experience. And I can testify that it worked for me.

We walked in and even though it was busy we were taken to our reserved table immediately. The place is big with nice decor and ambiance, and the tables are spaced out enough that it keeps the area around you quiet enough to be able to hold a conversation comfortably with the people at your table. Our server was with us quickly and took our drink orders. All of the cocktails were delicious and several of us got a second round! We got the bao buns, chicken skewers, and birria poutine to start and they were all extremely delicious. The poutine tasted more like molé though so I personally wouldn't call it birria, and the cheese was a molten cheddar-like kind and not cheese curds. It was delicious though so no one complained! I got the curry and subbed tofu for shrimp. It was a little bland and I honestly wish there would've been a bit more of the curry itself (there was so much rice) and some more salt/seasoning, but it was fine. I'd give it a 7.5/10. My coworkers all enjoyed their own dishes (especially the rigatoni) and they kept raving about them throughout the whole meal. Our server was attentive and kept the table clean and our water bottles topped up. I definitely recommend checking it out! We're keeping it i. our list for next time we're in town :)
