The Queen 8/10 Really good. The sweet and salty combo of the bacon, chocolate, and banana was amazing. The only thing is that it was a little dry. Definitely could have used some syrup. Huevos Rancheros 9/10 Chili was good, eggs cooked great, and loved that you can eat the bowl too! The crispy edges of the tortilla were really good. Aunt Barbara's quiche 10/10 Best quiche mom has ever eaten!

Croissant French toast w banana topping. Shrimp and grits crepes (sauce on side by my request)

Ate here on a Sunday morning. Waited about 20 min, they quoted us 30. It was packed w a lot of regulars. Waitstaff was lovely, every single one. I couldn't decide between 2 options and waitress found me a way to have both. Everything we had was delicious. Star of the show was croissant French toast w banana topping. We also tried shrimp and grits crepes. I thought the shrimp would be inside but they were on top. Still good. Husband had omelette which was delicious and loaded w toppings. Props to the 1 guy cooking and also delivered our toast so it was still hot! Would definitely come here again! Worth the wait.

Hole in the wall kind of place --food was so good!! If we're ever back in Bethlehem, we would definitely come back.

Ordered my go-to, egg white omelet with onion, mushroom, and red pepper with coffee. Upgraded to home fries instead of toast. Service was good. Happy to try this popular neighborhood eatery. Interesting menu items look forward to trying.

Bourbon Banana Croissant French Toast w/ a side of Scrapple... Both Delicious!

I love this place! Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious... We stopped here for breakfast on the way to the Christmas market at Steelstacks. I had the Croissant French Toast w/ Bourbon Banana topping and a side order of scrapple. Very few places sell scrapple so when I see it on a menu I always order it. The French toast was so good and the portion was so large I could barely eat half so I ended up taking most of my food home, but I can assure you I finished the rest the next morning for breakfast because I couldn't let that goodness go to waste. My husband ordered the Breakfast Mac & Cheese which had a potato bottom, the macaroni, sausage, bacon, and you can add an egg for $2 extra. He loved his skillet and finished his. Their prices were so cheap I was shocked. Most of the meat sides were only $2 and to add a side of breakfast potatoes only $1 Definitely recommend!

Really tiny venue. Friendly waitress. I wanted the breakfast mac n cheese but they were out so tried the Debbie Downer. Sandwich that uses two pieces of french toast. Served with a side of breakfast potatoes. Nice local spot

Nice and quick cute breakfast place. Sit where you want. Friendly staff. Quick service. Not the most of options but it's ok.

A favorite brunch spot. Tiny, can have a bit of a wait, but worth it. We like sitting at the counter for a little bit quicker service.

I've been to this diner several times now and never had a bad experience. The food is unique and delicious and service is always fantastic. My most recent visit I ordered Huevos Rancheros. It consists of grilled corn tortillas topped with refried beans, chorizo sausage, and Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese. It's accompanied with over-medium eggs, smashed avocado, and classic papas. I could have did without the beans, but other than that this dish was a winner. My favorite item on the menu is still the Sriracha Bowl. The tortilla bowl is filled with classic papas, pork carnitas, scrambled eggs, bacon, diced tomatoes, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese, guacamole, jalapeños, scallion, and sriracha. Billy's has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available. Sriracha Bowl - 8.2 Huevos Rancheros - 7.8 Food - 8.0 Service - 8.4 Value - 8.0 Restaurant score - 81

Coming from New Jersey, the diner capital of the world, Billy's surpassed our expectations. We visited on a busy Saturday during lunchtime and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. It was worth it. My wife ordered Yanna's omelette and I ordered the vegan pancakes topped with strawberries and bananas with a side of sausage. My wife loved her omelette. Lots of spinach and feta cheese. Huge portion of potatoes on the side. My vegan pancakes were made with Almond milk. You have the option of ordering how many pancakes you want to eat. Based upon advice from our waitress, she suggested two since they were big. Good choice. Of course, we had coffee to wash it all down. As coffee snobs, the coffee was very good. The service was excellent and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Believe it not, this is the first diner I have been to that offered vegan pancakes. For people with dairy issues, this is a great thing. The restrooms were clean which probably tells you the kitchen is clean. There is plenty of parking in a public lot across the street and ample street parking.

Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.
