Saw this place on Yelp and review mentioned scrapple which I wanted to try. Located on the main drag in Bethlehem PA with street parking. I went in and was seated promptly despite it being very busy. Didn't see scrapple on menu. Sadly review was old. Rolled with punches and got a stack o French toast with a kielbasa side to change it up. Coffee was hit and black. French toast was outstanding and the kielbasa was great. I would come here again to try more of the vast menu. Super nice people. Help support a small business and come here. Ask for scrapple maybe they will bring it back.
This is such a cute spot on Bethlehems South Side! We were seated quickly and the food was good. I had the honch breakfast sandwich. It was a nice sandwich, but is a little heavy on the pesto if that's not your thing.
My first time on a Sunday around 11am, got lucky and was immediately seated. It was crowded and my friend said she had to wait more than 30 minutes before when coming here. I do understand why because the food here is solid! The oreo french toast is absolutely oreo-gasmic. The sandwiches are also very good. Will definitely be back. Friendly service and great staff.
What a great little culinary treasure! Service is friendly, fast and efficient. The place is so cozy! My breakfast was amazing. The coffee was equally as good. Please support this farm to table establishment!!
VERY POOR CLEANLINESS! GOOD FOOD. FRIENDLY SERVICE. I visited Roasted in Bethlehem, PA, based on its strong reviews and expected it to be busy, so I had no issue with the wait. My server was very friendly, and the food was good. However, THE CLEANLINESS WAS DISTURBING & DISGUSTING! There was a significant amount of DUST AND COBWEBS ON THE PANS & RACKS ABOVE THE GRILL WHERE FOOD WAS BEING PREPARED. This wasn't just a minor issue, it was extensive, clearly visible and clearly weeks worth of dust. I quietly brought it to the attention of the host, who acknowledged it and said they would inform the manager. However, during my entire visit, nothing was done to address it. I would have expected them to at least remove a few pans and wash them! When I asked again prior to leaving, I was told the manager was too busy. (True, it was busy that day) I understand that a busy restaurant can mean staff is stretched thin, but cleanliness, especially in a food preparation area, should be a priority. A simple effort to remove and clean the pans would have shown some level of concern. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Pros: Friendly service, good food. Cons: Serious cleanliness concerns that were acknowledged but not addressed. The restaurant needs a solid cleaning, including the walls behind the grill. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because a restaurant with such good potential should not be overshadowed by something as basic as cleanliness.
10 / 10 amazing food, service and vibes. We absolutely LOVED Roasted! It was warm enough for outdoor dining which is so fun in the middle of the action. Everyone adored their meals and beverages and seriously the best service we experienced in town. I dined here twice during my recent visit and thoroughly enjoyed the 4th Street Wrap and a Cooper scramble with roasted beets, Brussel sprouts, goat cheese and egg scramble. I kid you not - when I was wrapping up with my check, the waitress asked if I wanted another ice coffee to go! What!? Free refills, to go? Yes please! You'll definitely get your moneys worth with their large portions and reasonable prices. My friend's waffles were legendary. I would dine here multiple times a day if I could but sadly they are only open until 2pm. Incredible experience.
First time here for breakfast and really loved the place. Nice vibe, great service and interesting menu with some creative options. I had the Mac Scrambled which had kielbasa, peppers, potatoes, cheese. Really tasty and presentation was neat. My wife had the Chico which was a pancake with jalapenos and chorizo with two eggs on top. With a touch of syrup it was the perfect sweet and savory combination. They feature a flavored coffee every day and today was a graham cracker, cinnamon and nut which was really good. Looks like the staff are a lot of Lehigh students, all pleasant and attentive.
My son and I enjoyed our delicious breakfast. While he went with pancakes, I had to go for the Oreo French Toast. So delicious!! We both ordered bacon on the side. Service was very good throughout the meal. A great little spot for breakfast and would definitely come back.

What a fun spot!! I came during parents weekend so the wait was over an hour but it was worth it. The ambience was quite intimate and small diner no-nonsense. I sat at the bar and loved watching the super talented chefs cook the meals. It was impressive because they cooked so many varying options - everything from oreo crusted french toast to veggie chili and pancakes! They had a system and took such care with everything they made. You could tell the place is run like a machine where everyone knows their job and gets orders out accurately with very little communication required in between. It was fascinating to watch! I had the tacos and they were a little bland for my liking - a sauce like a chipotle aoli would have taken the dish from standard to stand-out. The chili was so good, I would absolutely order it again, especially on a cold day. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Overall I would come back, maybe when it is less crowded and I would opt for something more adventurous than tacos! The menu had something for everyone so it's a real crowd pleaser. Great people, great food, and great place overall. read more

My wife and I have been to Roasted twice. Once for breakfast and once for brunch. The food was tremendous both times. This is a "local" restaurant by every definition. All of the items they serve are locally sourced, from the eggs to the veggies to the coffee. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. The service was great. The wait staff are actually genuine when they say "how are you?" and "have a great weekend!". People are coming in and out a lot but we never felt rushed whatsoever. We were offered travel cups for our unfinished cups of coffee (our third each). I had heuvos rancheros, my wife had breakfast tacos, and we split the Oreo French toast. If you look at pictures of it and say "wow that looks good", then GET IT! It was so good and not overly sweet or overpowering. Roasted does Sweet and Savory very well. Highly recommended! read more

Today my best friend and my son went to Roasted for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience! Let's start with the coffee selection.. they have GREAT coffee and also feature specialty coffees. Today they had a chocolate coffee that my friend had and she said it was amazing! Now the food.. I couldn't decide between sweet and savory so I indulged and l had both. I got the Wendy omelet and the short stack of French toast with seasonal fruit and my god.... AMAZING. The bacon in the omelette was actually crispy which I feel like doesn't happen often. The French toast was so flavorful and have you ever seen french toast topped with that much fruit and with that variety?! It was so delicious and the fruit was in season and fresh. My friend had the breakfast tacos and a side of the breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were seasoned well and she said the tacos were so good! Roasted is a smaller place that feels very cozy! It was busy but the service was still great! Our server was Kristie and she was literally amazing. So attentive and so kind! She knew my friend loved the chocolate coffee and she found out it was the last of the batch so as we were walking out she brought her a Togo cup of the coffee to take with! She went above and beyond and we loved her! Overall we loved this spot and we will be back! read more
The food was five stars but the service was three. Our server was lovely but we waited approximately 20 minutes to be seated, 40 minutes from the time we were seated until our order was taken, and then about 30 more minutes for our food. We went to eat on a Sunday at Brunch time, but these are still much longer than usual busy restaurant wait times. With that said, the food was absolutely delicious. I wouldn't go back unless I have a ton of time to spare, but I would love to go back for the quality of the food. read more

Please don't go to Bethlehem unless you're planning on going here! Some of the yummiest vegan fare you'll ever have will be at Roasted. Arrived around 12:15 and was told there was a 35-40 min wait time for the first available table. I provided the hostess with my phone number and she said she would call when my table was ready. Luckily, I got the call within 20 minutes! The inside had acrylic barriers separating each of the tables and they had very cute, colorful outdoor seating as well. I started out with a vanilla caramel coffee. Delicious! I ordered the Vegan Mary breakfast sandwich which consisted of tofu, spinach, caramelized onions, vegan mayo, and roasted tomato on focaccia bread. The flavors were so rich. The tofu was seasoned nicely, too. I enjoy tofu when it's seasoned correctly. It came with a side of roasted potatoes. My friend ordered one of the specials; vegan creped french toast with coconut whipped cream and berries. I tried a small piece and it was excellent. Didn't even need maple syrup. There were tons of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options at Roasted. Food was so fresh and healthy. I'd love to come back! read more

I had to try the PB cup pancakes since they were posted all over the LV Food Facebook page - so good! The serving is large, I only made it through 3/4 of one pancake, so have plenty leftover. Iced coffee was also good quality. Server was very attentive, great service. Quickly seated at 9am on a Saturday. Street parking or nearby lots available. read more

This place deserves to be "Roasted"! Quaint spot with an outdoor seating option too! Phenomenal menu selections for all tastes! I got the Create your own Scramble with spinach, caramelized onions, roasted brussels, roasted portabellas, roasted tomatoes, & brie. DELISH!!! Service was spot on as well. I definitely would recommend this local joint! read more

The food here is always amazing! My favorite is their breakfast burrito and my husband always gets the honch. The wait staff has the best patience and they are the friendliest people, very accommodating for family with small children. The open kitchen and unique decors add to a welcoming ambiance. A must-try when you're in Bethlehem! read more

In the area and this place is close to the casino. Was seated immediately and they were already busy, even with daylight savings time change. We waited and waited and not one person acknowledged us until a good 8 minutes. We ordered the giant pancake, which was light and fluffy, and the Wendy, which didn't look like other photos but was quite tasty. 4* for the food read more
