Came here today to talk about this breakfast sandwich I had a couple days ago. Someone in one of the Lehigh Valley groups on Facebook saw my post for Greenwich Deli and said I needed to go to Mueller's General Store and Deli instead. So the price is significantly lower so that's a good place to start. The bacon was cooked well and there was plenty of it. The roll was solid, but nowhere near as good as the roll from Greenwich Deli. Overall I felt like I got my money's worth for this sandwich coming in around $6. Now at Greenwich I added a hash brown and I had a drink but the order was $12 and change. I do feel the sandwich was better at Greenwich but if you take all things into consideration, the better value is for sure at Mueller's. All in all ... Didn't Suck If you'd like to see the video on this location as well as hundreds more I've visited, please check out my social media pages here - https://linktr.ee/Didnt_Suck

Garden omelet was the best omelet I've had in the Lehigh Valley. Partners eggs Benedict was also good.

There is new ownership recently, and they kept much of the original menu as well as adding some new dishes. Recent experience wasn't great... Service really suffering, took 20 minutes to get our first drink. Also - the cocktail pours are extremely light for what they are charging. Food was OK... Pizza has always been very good here but recently they just don't seem to season it at all. Two of us ordered the fish of the day @$39...small piece of cod, and just four pieces of potato ...meaning two small potatoes cut in half...and mine was actually missing the sauce. I'm not sure how that dish leaves the kitchen in a restaurant that is supposed to be of high caliber. They need to do better.

We had a 7 PM reservation on a Wednesday night, and the place and parking lot were packed! Good sign to start! To begin, I enjoyed the Ruby grapefruit mocktail. Although I'd love trying new and unique cocktails at different establishments, I was in the mood for something light and refreshing and nonalcoholic. This hit just a spot. For food, we started off with the margherita pizza to share. Then, I opted for the crispy, buttermilk chicken sandwich with malt vinegar, potato wedges/fries. It was very delicious. The sandwich was crispy and fresh and the bun looked like it was handcrafted. The malt fries were unique because they had a vinegar powder on them. I've never tasted malt vinegar before, and it was a unique texture. Our waitress was very friendly, but I wish she had been a bit more attentive. She only stopped by to ask us for our drink order, our food order, and to give the check. My friends wanted to order more drinks, but because she did not come around as frequently as we would have liked, they were unable to place another order. I will give her the benefit of the doubt, however, because the restaurant was bustling from start to finish. Overall, very nice setting and meal. Cute decor, including an Anthony Bourdain abstract portrait.

Inside, the dining area is spacious, and tastefully furnished with a nice warm fireplace in the room. The bar area has plenty of seats and TVs for sports fans. Our server Angela B. was so very pleasant, and attentive. She informed us about weekday events held at The Barn (trivia, bingo, vinyl night) and what sounded like a great Brunch Sat/Sun. We will be returning to experience some of them. We started with "Barnachos" ($18) containing a generous portion of pork (carnitas) and the usual nacho components. No pump cheese here though! Yay My wife had a lovely Greek salad ($19) with feta, grilled chicken, olives, onions, etc. I had a Meat Lovers pizza: pepperoni, sausage, cheese, sauce, peppers, onions, olives, etc ($22). The pizza was served piping hot. The portions were all generous and the food was delicious. We were too full for dessert! The menu really has something for everyone but everything on it has a special twist to it. Check out the menu at: https://thebarnkitchenandbar.com/menu/#view-page. My gf has been meaning to come here with me for a good year and we decided we'd go after a trip out of town. The diner is a fair ways out in an odd spot but seems to get steady traffic ranging from regulars and new comers just from experiences from customers during my visit. This diner appears to have won awards and has a few challenges for customers to partake in for cash prizes which i find interesting. The restaurant is well kept considering how old it is but also has a stationary train cart that's part of the restaurant. The vibe for this diner is nicer compared to most i've been to and is open 24 hours. When choosing breakfast we went with something simple. My gf got the waffle combo that came with eggs, ham, sausage, toast and a fairly sized belgian waffle and she cleaned the plate. her mother had the 2 eggs breakfast plate with your normal breakfast fixing and i had the farmers omelette. diving a little into the farmers omelette it was visually appealing but slightly on the flavorless side and i wanted to wait to put salt on it to see if it could go without but after 3 bites i threw on some salt and pepper. the wheat toast had some flavor to it but the bread crust made it a little tough. overall we finished our plates full and sated but i wasn't wowed. service was good and the food came out fast. This diner isn't bad but it's hard to say when i'll be back as there are a bunch of diners out here to try!

I was seated right away and ordered the chicken Caesar salad with tortellini and a cup of coffee. The coffee arrived in what can only be described as a personal vat, which I appreciated. And the portions are HUGE. My salad could have comfortably fed three people. Fortunately, I am a big believer in tomorrow's lunch. The food was good, the service was quick, and there is something comforting about knowing that no matter what time it is, someone in Clinton, New Jersey is prepared to serve you an enormous plate of food and an unreasonable amount of coffee. Three stars instead of four or five because, at the end of the day, it's still a diner. But if you're craving comfort food, passing through town, or awake at 2 a.m. wondering what to do with yourself, this is exactly where you go.
