I really like the quadrant book mart. They have great food and it's always really fresh. Typically the service is good, however, today it was really off. I ordered a coffee but it came with all milk. The waiter claimed there were two shots of espresso but it was almost white and had no coffee taste. My mom asked what vegetables were in the omelette because she doesn't eat mushrooms and the waiter (who is not our typical) told us he had no idea because he isn't the one who makes it. 3.5 for the food, 5 for the ambiance and service. It's a suuuper cute spot with a ton of books and just a really nice vibe, so I love that. The service was excellent, particularly a blonde girl with blueish (I think it was blue?) dye in her hair. Loved her. The chai latte - not good. Skip it. Flavorless. The French toast was good - I definitely ate it all, but nothing out of this world. I did like that it had blueberries and banana though, which is an unusual combo at a restaurant. I think I'd give it another shot for sure and try some more dishes, especially again because I love the vibe so much and the service was so friendly. read more

A used bookstore and cafe in one! Lots of character in this old build off the center circle in Easton. I had a mocha chai latte and it was amazing. The bagel sandwich was very good as well. My friend had a cappuccino and an omelette and enjoyed her food as well. Our only complaint was that is took a very long time to get our food. I saw Quadrant pop up on my social media as a coffee shop so I expected it to be an open seating coffee place. So I was a little surprised when they told me that I would have to wait for a table, since it's actually more of a restaurant. I decided to just get a coffee and maybe look at the books. However, I couldn't find where all the books were and I couldn't go into the main dining room. Maybe I should've done more research before coming. I ended up getting a hot cafe crème brûlée to-go and sat by the river to drink it with pastry I got from another shop. I also made sure to ask them to make the latte less sweet. I was disappointed with what I got. The cup of coffee was super small, it was still really sweet, and it wasn't hot at all. There was also caramel syrup all over the outside of the cup, which was maybe just an oversight. I heard the sandwiches are pretty good so maybe I'll visit again the next time I'm in Easton. read more

After several unsuccessful attempt to visit here because of bad timing, we finally made it and oh it was worth it. I came for the coffee, my wife came for the books, then we found out they also have breakfast! I'm a Belgian waffle breakfast kind of guy so,,,,that's what I got and it was good as a Belgian waffle should be. My wife got the "traditional breakfast" which was pretty filling for her. We recommend this to any locals of Easton and also visitors of Easton. It gets pretty busy in here for a Saturday morning so make sure you're here early. Food & special lattes are delicious and reasonably priced; however it is very cramped inside with some tables squeezed too close to each other. Oh my gosh I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I've been here multiple times on different occasions and their food is DELICIOUS, the eating areas are BEAUTIFUL, and the price is PERFECT!! They don't overcharge you for some "bougie" meal-- they serve real food at an actually decent portion size! Not to mention, the fact that they have walls of books, and an entire upstairs bookstore! I had a great sandwich at Quadrant. It's a very quaint cafe tucked into a book mart. My sandwich was made to order with fresh bread, excellent turkey. It was priced very modestly and served with fresh fruit on the side. My partner had a interesting breakfast sandwich, a cinnamon raisin bread French toast that was holding together cheese, turkey, apples and a curry dressing. I'm very impressed over all. Wow! This is a must-go-to spot if you ever find yourself in Easton! I wish I had our server's name as she couldn't have been more awesome (all I left with was our cc receipt, and not the detailed order). My wife ordered the Mediterranean Omelet (proclaiming the best she has ever had) and I ordered the French toast. Never had better French toast, it was served with a mountain of whipped cream and I barely had to touch the syrup as it was so tasty. Came here after seeing tons of pictures online about this place, it looked scrumptious and wasn't very far of a drive. You'll really enjoy the food here. We liked everything we ordered. Prices were reasonable, however charge to substitute items could be a little bit higher than other places. The food was delicious. Staff was also friendly. Not the most spacious so there is a bit of a wait, however worth it. This is more of a theme location, it is also a used book store. I love the decoration of the interiors, there are a lot of old references! Great nostalgia place. Very small though, gets packed. Because of this they will not sit you until your entire party is there. Parking is in the street but that is to be expected in Easton. We had the PBN (peanut butter, banana and Nutella on grilled cinnamon raisin toast) and the Churro French Toast. Both were very good and as could be imagined very sweet. The service was very quick and efficient; our food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The Coffee is self serve and you can get a to go cup to take it with you are the end of the meal. Frankly, it is probably to get your butts out so they could seat customers in line, but I'm not complaining :) Would definitely recommend! read more

This is not only an adorable book store with thousands of books, but also a charming coffee shop. I felt like I was in the middle of Portland or Williamsburg (or whatever else is considered a "hipster" place haha). Locals reading books and enjoying coffee in such a charming and old fashioned setting. If I lived in the area I would surely stop in to grab a hot beverage and relax while reading a book. I've LOVED Quadrant for 30 years. Such a great bookstore mood blended with good coffee and nice brunch/lunch selections with a twist. I had to be dragged out from here. Such lovely reads. I bought a pile of great vintage recipe books at a really good price. None of today's recipe books are as rustic, detailed, traditional and original as these books from Quadrant. The recipes encourage the reader to make their meals from scratch (because that's just what they did back then!) and the end results are amazing! My Husband enjoyed his coffee here as well!! In order to get in you have to wait in line for half an hour to 45 minutes. I asked if we could put our names on their list and come back in 30 minutes but they don't allow this. You have to wait in line, shoulder to shoulder, in a small indoor space with unmasked people during a pandemic. Poor pandemic practices. read more

We stopped in after a long bike ride and ate outside on a bright sunny day. Service was good and the place was packed, but I am glad we ate outside. The small cooking area is essentially in the dining room and breakfast items are notoriously greasy. The result was a hot and heavy smell that was really a turn off. Given that the place is full of books and other organic material, the smell probably hangs around for a long time. Having said all that, we had a great meal.
