A bit hard to figure out what they serve and what they offer. Had to ask a few questions to figure it out. Happen to get a less than friendly person at the register. Smoothie I order was delicious and so was the empanadas when I finally figure it out. read more

Great Place I was in Easton today, and wanted to grab something yummy for a quick bite. I was planning on the Easton Market, but it was closed. So I walked into Terra Cafe and ordered an avocado toast and an afragado. I was completely blown away by the avocado toast. Probably the best I have ever had..Best ingredients, perfectly ripe avocado, and tasty cucumber. The sprouts and lemon juice squirt pulled it all together!! I'm a big fan of Terra Cafe. When I worked in Easton years ago, this was a great little coffee shop to hit up in the morning on the way to work. Really good drip coffee (they have more exotic options, but I stick to basics where coffee is concerned) and delicious breakfast sandwiches are the hallmarks that impressed me. Their Chorizo loco breakfast sandwich is my personal obsession. I like this place so much that after being away for three years, I recently took my partner on a one-hour early morning drive on a Saturday so he could experience this Chorizo Loco sandwich for himself. The verdict? He said it was the best breakfast sandwich he has had in a long time. He also had their hot chocolate and said it was amazing. One minor issue from my recent visit that was consistent with my experiences of years ago: service is not fast. This is a small cafe, not fast food. If you're ordering anything more than drip coffee, don't expect to get in and out quickly. That used to frustrate me in the old days on my way to work. On this recent leisurely Saturday trip it was no big deal. Either way, it's worth the wait. Prices are reasonable, service is friendly and the experience is local. Definitely give Terra Cafe a try. read more

Today was the third time, out of four visits, over 3 years, that with pulsating veins in my neck- I had to ask the clueless barista's why I was "WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES for my 2 lattes ($11+ tip)!!!!! I was the only person on line. After 10 mins, I realized ALL 3 workers were making food and drinks for ONE seated couple!!?? Alas, more walk-ins, and THEY TAKE AND MAKE ORDERS FROM THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOU. AND FOR DOORDASH. AND THEY WONT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU, RUSH OR ANSWER YOU!!! There has NEVER been a managerial presence, apology or anything but a dumbfounded glance at a glacial pace. There were 8 of us standing looking at each other- while on top of each other sharing, similar frustrations while constantly checking to see IF WE GOT A TICKET!!!!!!! Been wanting to try for a while. The coffee is a medium blend not acidic and not overly bold. I grind my own at home most days. But this is really good coffee nice clean taste I was able to taste the notes of cocoa. The citrus cake is off the hook so many options and offerings. They have a great seating area with good music. Love the ambulance. It's a good treat in the morning and it's supporting local merchants. read more

When I walked in, I got a Starbucks feel to it. I went up to the counter. The lady there just waited for me to give her my order. No "hello", no smile, no friendly greeting. First thing I told her was coffee, milk and sugar. Then she responds, do you want milk?" After SMH I put in an order of a breakfast burrito. The food was supposed to have fresh salsa in it, but wasn't very tasty. I think I'll pass next time I'm in downtown Easton. read more

I don't understand why everyone likes this place so much. I will never order coffee from terra again since the one time I did I ordered an iced latte and it was absolutely the most disgusting thing I've ever been given from a cafe. Im fairly certain they gave me an old latte that had been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. I didn't even hear or see anyone use the espresso machine so I was confused when he handed me a cup of something that was one unappealing shade of brown with literally two half melted ice cubes in it. Uhhh no that's not an iced latte :( food is okay but usually disappointing and not worth spending the money on. Smoothies are perfectly fine but alot of times I request add ins and they charge me a dollar for each one and then don't even put them in :( definitely pretty inside though with all the plants. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in Easton if not the whole Lehigh Valley. The first thing I noticed was color. I like rickety cafes but the dark vibe gets old after awhile. Colorful and vibrant coffee shops are often very successful and have a solid customer base. Why? Cause some people want to feel happy in the morning when they get their coffee. With all we went through during the pandemic get some color and vibe in your life! This place will pick up your spirit! The customer service is excellent as the baristas are very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Nowadays there are a lot of grumpy employees especially at chain locations like Starbucks so it's nice to meet some really friendly people who don't sound like they hate their life, like at again...Starbucks and Chipotle. Most importantly Terra has Colombian inspired food and products for sale which take this cafe to a higher level. Reflecting your culture into your business is what almost every 5 star restaurant does. So why can't a cafe do it? They can and they even do some of these timeless Colombian eats, like tamales, Vegan. Last thing I will say is that the pandemic made me very unhealthy in so many ways and having a fresh juice and shake joint in town is a must. We don't really have a juice drive through like Bethlehem and most other towns so this is essential. To add to that I ate a wrap and the ingredients were all just plain fresh and that's all anyone could really ask for. read more

Third time this week! Yup I said it! I love it here, I love that the staff is friendly, the Colombian items they have are really good, authentic and on point. The tamales and pan de Bono's are spot on delish! My favorite is the dragon fruit bowl with coconut water as the base. The vegan breakfast burrito is so GOOD!! (Ask for humus in it) The coffees are great with different options. Give them a chance, you will love them! read more

My roomie and I popped in here while waiting for our friends to finish shopping at the Crayola Store, and it was a great respite from a busy day. The barista was a sweet young lady who happily accommodated my request of an iced green tea, and brewed it up fresh! My roomie got a delish soy latte, but the tamale he got was a bit of a flop. Looking for a place to grab a good cup of coffee and breakfast- this is the spot to stop! Place is small so we took the food to go, but definitely worth checking out. I ordered a vanilla chai and it was made not from mix but actual tea leaves. It was light and had just enough flavor. My husband ordered a regular cup of coffee - but he's not picky and likes anything. We also split a granola berry smoothie - it was like a liquid breakfast - very tasty. For breakfast, we ordered the sandwich special - egg, cheddar, avocado on toasted croissant. The atmosphere is laid back as John Lennon played softly in the background. Stopped in for a decaf coffee, which is unbelievably hard to find. I settled for a decaf Americano, but I was glad I did. The espresso was brewed nicely and not bitter or burnt. The standard coffee is average. The employee was really friendly and tried to be helpful, but he didn't seem to know the ingredients in the dessert/deli case snacks. I would go back to try some of their foods. read more

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. Kinda meh honestly. Not enough seating at all and the layout feels weird. Bags hanging on the wall for sale didn't really add to the decor. The mocha I got was decent and made with care but didn't blow me away. Prices are fair. Girls at the bar were decently friendly but not very engaging. Not a place I would chose to study or anything. Doesn't compare to the other great cafe options in town. read more

We stopped in here after a long day at the Crayola Experience with four young kids waiting outside. I want to give it five stars because everything was delicious, the staff was so friendly, and their options were both creative and healthy! The only downfall was that it seemed to be a long wait for the food. Part of that is because everything is so fresh, but it seemed like maybe they are just establishing a system that works for them. All that being said, I highly recommend visiting this adorable shop and helping them continue to grow the business. The smoothies and iced coffee are fabulous!! The café- standard coffee options, and a few pastries. I believe the pastries used to be done in house (a couple had Moroccan flavours), but now, done by the wonderful duet Pie+Tart. The Bierhall- firstly- they stock Ayinger. This is my favourite Braurei in Germany. Nothing pleases me more than to see several brews- especially the Brauweiß. There are about 15 beers from which to choose, most being less common/higher quality German Brews. There are also some American brews by Von Trapp in Vermont- who also focus on German styles. Good prices. Served in the proper Becher glassware- or suck on a bottle. The Grocery- focusing on Australian dry goods and some necessities. This harkens back to the old Silk Mill location- sans the candies. I've bought some higher quality spices here. THE Wine Shoppe. Since this part of the venture opened, it has become my go-to for most of my wine. He stocks wine which you will not see anywhere else. The focus is on Austrian/German, and Australian wines. Cheap to expensive. Walking the horseshoe from left to right, you start in the White Brut/Sekt, to the Grüner, to the Red /Rot Sekt. In the centre are the cheaper wines, and a good amount of Rosé. While I say cheaper, that does not mean inferior by any means. One of our household favourites has become Fritz's Rosé. I will take the time to discuss the Wines mostly- I was introduced to many Weingut here- Moric, George Breuer, Fritz and many others. The selection rotates, but there are some mainstays. Try to find the proprietor- Jason- walk the Shoppe with him and ask questions. I have never once been steered astray. The focus thankfully is the drier side of Wine- Old and New World. You will not be inundated with the same rubbish Napa Valley and PA wines other proprietors carry. This Shoppe is for those who have an Old World palette and feel the necessity to always pay restaurant premiums. Remember, at a restaurant, you are paying for the wine, plus the storage, Som, and service. You can also buy chilled wine. Asked the woman who helped me with the order what meat she suggested and she said bacon. Bacon egg and cheese, No SPK. She was friendly. The establishment is cash only and the sandwich was $8. The flavor on this was good. The Kaiser was solid which isn't always the case in the Lehigh Valley. Seemed to be 3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, and cheese. The egg yolk was left slightly runny which I enjoy from time to time. For the price I'd have preferred a bit more bacon...but this is the world we live in now I suppose. Prices just continue to escalate. The Breakfast Table - Didn't Suck, but it'd really be more enjoyable at $1-$2 less.

They were super polite over the phone and picking the food up. This place is all cash and she let me know the total up front. A con is that it's all cash so if you don't have cash or enough you'll be out of luck. From what I could tell it was a nice little place to dine. I definitely would like to go back again and go in person.

They're not always easy to find at a coffee shop. Passenger has some of the best beans and that's what used here. The staff made me a perfect gesha and a beautiful cappuccino. I'm unsure where the pastries are from, but they all looked delicious & I loved the oatmeal cream pie. The cafe has multiple areas of seating for you to yearn, write, read, study, yap in. We ordered 2 cappuccinos with oat milk and a pourover, and everything was ... perfect. The cappuccinos were just the right temperature, the milk was foamed perfectly, and you could actually taste the unique flavor of the coffee beans. The pourover was amazing, and you could tell they took care to brew it properly. We also ordered an earl grey scone and cheddar bread with PB, honey, and banana, and both were delicious. As a bonus, the space is beautiful with plenty of seating, and a parrot that fascinated my toddler. We live about 90 minutes away, but as soon as we left, we started thinking of reasons to go back.

The iced latte is fantastic and they have the best rye toast I've had in years. They also use quality eggs with orange yolks. I enjoyed my breakfast though I will substitute potatoes for fresh fruit. The potatoes looked like the frozen type dumped out of a bag. My girlfriend loved her croissant sandwich even though it looked more like a hard roll. We look forward to heading back to try some new foods.
