Wonderful little coffee shop in downtown Easton. Great music, great vibes, kind staff. Perfect place to work for a break for the normal remote set up!

Best cafe in Easton hands down! The breads are fantastic, the matcha is made the traditional way with a brush, and there are plenty of comfy nooks to sit. Friendly baristas and staff too.

I got this far and my straw gave up on me

WOW!!! The ambiance was incredible. It's set in a historic mansion that you can freely roam the downstairs floor. They have birds!!! They have plants! They have vibes! My coffee was great. My only complain is I didn't get even 4 sips into it and couldn't finish bc of those DANG paper straws ): I took it to go and had no other straw. please get better straws 3 birds. Xo. I was just passing through the area, but if I were there again, I would go back!

Super fun seating options indoor + outdoor, ideal for study dates or catching up with friends.

A quaint and beautiful coffeehouse with beautiful interior but even more importantly, they serve great coffees. They do half decaf drinks- I got the caramel latte with oatmilk and a hot americano. Robust, bold, just enough sweetness and good coffee:milk ratio. Although located in a college town, there were students and non-students alike.

ThreeBirds Coffee House is one of the nicest I have ever visited. Before we get to the coffee, let's talk about the surroundings. As soon as you enter the "house," you'll see Victorian era decor, various rooms that are all aesthetically pleasing, eye catching wall art, and customers quietly enjoying everything that I just mentioned. The staff members are cordial, artistic with their barista skills, and answered all of our questions regarding the local sites. The coffee was amazing and was just as good as the charm that this coffee house exudes. The house has a nice outdoor patio, well maintained restrooms, and even a glass enclosed water dispenser...as you enter/exit the home. As we strolled through the home, we came upon a very nice room, which had a few birds. One, which was named, Dorian. He was colorful and we followed the instructions on the cage....played music for him and he enjoyed it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ThreeBirds Coffee House and enjoy every second in the home that has won my heart. P.S.- The photos that you'll view will NOT do justice to what your eyes will behold.

I like three birds but it's not my favorite. The atmosphere and the inside of the coffee house is beautiful and it's a great place to hang out and do any work you may have. It's also in a good location in down town Easton. To me, their coffee is hit or miss. Today, my iced mocha was a miss but other times it's pretty good. Their baked goods are very yummy and consistent. I find some of their staff so nice and polite and other times very rude. Today, i was taking a video of their front area to promote the coffee house and the girl working behind the counter was very rude about it (not the one in the picture with her back turned) and made me feel bad about it as if i was doing something wrong and illegal. I've been going there for years and its a kind of a turn off unfortunately.

If you're a coffee lover, you have to check out ThreeBirds Coffee House. It's set in this cool, historic house, and as soon as you walk in, you're hit with the smell of amazing coffee and the sight of some really beautiful decor. The vibe is super chill and just what you need for a coffee break. The service was spot on, and everything I ordered was delicious. I got a cappuccino, a blondie, and the peanut butter, banana, and honey bread. Let me tell you, that bread was the highlight--the warm peanut butter made it so good. I found a cozy spot in the back where there are birds, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. It's just a great place to unwind. 100000/10 recommend!

Ranked the #2 Independent Coffee Shop IN THE NATION by @usatoday AND it's only 15 minutes from me. OF COURSE I'm gonna go! Upon entering, I was taken aback at the eclecticism of the whole place. This room and that room. That nook and this nook. Each with no theme. Contemporary with 19th Century. Live birds. Deer heads. Creepy paintings. Here, there, and everywhere. But then you get to the ordering area and it seems like the smallest coffee shop ever. It's tight with no where for the line to go. It's a Sunday morning so it's PACKED. A makeshift line with ONE cashier. And despite all that chaos, she's the sweetest and makes you seem like you're the only one on line. I had a vegan Gingerbread Muffin & the seasonal Cinnamon Vanilla Chai. Yummmm! The chai, she tells me, is their own curated creation and it was fantastic. Not too strong. Not too sweet. GREAT food but not a good place to relax and unwind as it's people on top of people and because of that, it's LOUD and stuffy. To surmise, the food is AWESOME but get it to go. Even better, if they have a pre-ordering system, do that so you can just grab it & get out. Oh, and parking...and few, and I mean a few, spaces in the back. Other than that, good luck.

Nitro cold brew, mocha latte, lemonade draft, pastries.

We love this place! The pastries are good and the coffee is delicious. The ambiance is awesome and relaxing. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The birds just put it over the top. I will gladly drive the almost hour to get here.

First time trying and best believe we will be back! It's a great space, with a lot of seating in various rooms. There is a lot of historical items around the coffee house for you to get more involved with what space you're walking into! My wife ordered the cappuccino with oat milk ( no almond milk here) and I got the kombucha, Gojiberry flavor! Once you order they'll call your name when your order is ready, there also the birds mentioned in the name of the business actually in cages near the wheelchair accessible door. They each have there names on the cages as well! We will definitely be back and maybe even come bring our work stuff and work from here as well!

What a lovely place! Coffee and tea and some pastries. Had a very good iced matcha latte. Hubby had plain coffee that he said was very good. We also split a coconut lime cookie mmmm! There are so many seating nooks and crannies in this place. Couches, chairs, tables to work at, and outside seating. Next time we're bringing books to hang out. Also there was a dog inside so I think it's dog-friendly.

What a beautiful cozy place this is. I didn't know about this place until a month ago even though i have been living in the area from last 5 years. My husband took me there and we loved it. Now we can't wait to go there again.

However, nothing prepares you for that moment you step off the train to begin your journey towards this property (especially if you're not use to it.) Complete culture shock--an obvious crime and drug area....nonetheless, I made it! The owner was awesome but I couldn't help but notice the stench throughout the place. The space itself has possibilities but in definite need of "the queer eye" . I wish I could work with the owner on just basic upkeep: fresh coats of paint, get some incense, febreeze, candles going, keep the outside of the building swept and smelling nice, make it look tended. I visited this place twice because I believe in making the most out of the least but in all integrity-- I couldn't put potential guests through potential dangers. Again- great heart, great price, awesome owner..but the soul of the place needs a Polish. Note to the owner: I'm not one to just talk: so if you ever need some ideas to make this place the best it can be, help with upkeep, etc don't hesitate to reach out. I have over 12 years of property management/customer service. I have so much hope for the papermill. It's a godsend and has potential of becoming a "go to!"
