The staff (a crew of young females) were always delightful - no matter how slammed the place was getting or how insane the orders they had to fill happened to be. If you know La Colombe (PA born and bred!) - you know they're serious about coffee and every cup we got while staying in the resort (Americano to cappuccino to drip to cold/canned) was stellar. We tried a handful of their snacks and treats (from muffins to croissants) - one was better than the next. No, not cheap - but when it's this good you don't mind (as much) paying for it. (Selfishly I wished they were opened into the night instead of the 'adult bar' that takes over adjacent to here... but that's just me.)
