When you go to a cafe you expect a little more attention is being paid to the offerings. I could have had the same tasting meal at any diner in the area. I would have liked to see more of a coffee menu. For a cafe I'd expect some more options than latte, mocha, espresso, macchiato and americano. There's nothing different or special about those. I had the corned beef hash. It really had no flavor of corned beef at all. Someone else in my party had it too and said the same thing. It was just ok. Service: it was fine. No complaints or anything to write home about. Everyone was friendly and inviting when we walked in right at opening. It's been several years since we've been here and it definitely has changed in terms of food quality unfortunately.

In addition to exotic, herbal, reasonable priced tea, they have a selection of apparatus accessories to elevate your tea consumption. I, myself, purchased the sweet, delicate glass teapot to steep my teas! The proprietors of this gem are extremely knowledgeable, personable and warm. Their concern of one's needs and to help with just the right tea is so genuine that it makes it even more that endearing to stay.
