A cute cafe outside of Lafayette College. No markings on the outside so if you didn't know, you wouldn't know. Lots of seating. Clean. Charming. Ample food selections but as another Yelper said, no prices to be found anywhere. The coffee was mid. Tasted VERY watered down. Got the Pumpkin Corn Muffin to go along with it but i could hardly taste the pumpkin so basically, it was a good corn muffin. The service was ok. Not friendly but they got the job done. The gentleman who packed my stuff up was sweet. The prices were reasonable. Wanna come back because I want them to succeed considering there aren't many cafes in the area. read more

Very slow. Middle aged lady taking the orders was rude, not friendly at all. Prices were not listed and when we found out what they were, they were way too high. $17 for a sandwich? GTFO. Not enough tables there either. read more

Horrible customer service. Whether you call on the phone or order in person, the workers always seem to have a terrible attitude. I had called once during a snowstorm to see if they were open, to which she replied "well I'm answering the phone aren't I?". Absolutely disgusting behavior and I would expect better treatment towards their customers. Another encounter that I've experienced was that I was asking to order a juice and she asked me to order something else because she didn't feel like getting the juicer to make the drink. The ambiance is quite fine but there isn't much seating available so it feels crammed at times. Especially since the workers normally do not begin order taking until there are minimum of 5 people in line. The ambiance would also be a lot better if the workers would smile and not have an attitude in their voice with every interaction. read more

A perfect coffee spot that has everything you want and more. Love your flavored lattes? Check. Want fresh baked goods? Check. Want to be healthy and get a protein shake? Check. Love sandwiches? Overpriced and Evil Staff. I've been on two different occasions and been thoroughly disappointed each time. Not only was the wait lengthy, I did not enjoy my bagel or smoothie. Mojo 516 has been around for at least a year, and I'm the second to review. Yup. The blandly decorated place is clean, which it needs to be, because the spartan style means dirt and grime will stand out that much more. Generally speaking, the vibe--including the mostly Top 40 music on Pandora--is akin to a gym's smoothie bar. Take that for what it's worth. Coffee is completely forgettable, but the smoothies are genuinely well-thought out and prepared with what sure seems like fresh ingredients. And they have a ton of options. I could taste the kale, ever so slightly, but never overpowered by the fruit and matcha in my smoothie, and the texture was nice. But, starting at $8.50 and up to $9.50, they durn well had better be good. As for Mojo 516's coffee shop vibe, well, it doesn't seem to compete favorably with Cosmic Cup, which is literally 100 feet to the west. Wifi is good and plug access is pretty strong though. And, I guess if you're a Lafayette College dude (or a lady) looking for feminine eye candy, the gender ratio seems to be 8:1 female-to-male at any given point. Guess the fair sex loves all those fruity, sugary drinks! If the place branded itself as smoothies first and coffee second, I'd probably be willing to rate this up to a four-star rating. But, it IS Mojo 516, and unless the "mojo" refers to some illicit enhancement additives in the smoothies, I'd guess that the owners think of themselves as a coffee shop. Oh well. I go to mojo most days out of the week to get my coffee/bagel/smoothie, depending on my mood that day, and all are equally delicious! The food and coffee is great and the staff are suuuper nice. They took the time to learn my name and chat with me when I order. Mojo has a really warm place in my heart and I'm glad it's there! read more

If you are a Neanderthal or an uncultured swine you need not go here period. Food is fantastic the coffee is amazing atmosphere is outstanding.
