OMG!! Such a beautiful business and the staff is adorably kind! I just wanted to hug all of the staff but that probably isn't a good idea. Did a little work at a table while sipping a brew and purchased a mug for home because I just had to support such an amazing business. God bless this business.

Cool spot! Love Bethlehem! This place is bright & clean. Prompt service, kind people, great coffee!

Spacious with lots of seats and bright light. Clean.

Always a pleasant experience. The coffee is affordable and is comparable to any place around. Service is organized and fast. I mostly enjoy the large open space and windows. It's a decent place to get some work done. At its peak, can be hard to find a spot as many people have the same idea. Parking is metered all around. WiFi is free. There's one outlet near the tall counter. No outlets at the seats or tables so come here fully charged.

I was absolutely enamored by the concept of Bitty and Beau's, a cafe in downtown Bethlehem run by staff with Down syndrome to help the way that people see each other. I was struck by how interactive this cafe was. There's a large world map in one corner, calling guests to pin their home location and it's so cool to see where everyone is coming in from! I also absolutely loved the positive messages on the merch, all of which was really high quality. I don't think that I'm someone who is usually enticed my merch and even I was considering getting something. The staff is very kind. I believe the woman behind the cash register was named Carly, and she was quick, attentive, and willing to own up to any mistakes that she made. I ordered an iced chai latte (my favorite) ($4.75) and I loveeeeed it. It was perfectly sweet and cool, probably one of the better ones I've had in a while. I want another one right now :) It was interesting to see how rather than take your name or call your order, each customer is given a playing card which the staff calls out to match your order. I'm not sure if there's a particular learning or themed reason for that, but it was unique. My only request would be for upper management to be cognizant of how they're interacting with staff, especially in moments of instruction or learning on the job. Typically, customers are understanding of mistakes and would prefer to see gentle instruction that doesn't embarrass staff in the process. We're just happy to be there! This is a great concept and even though I don't live in the area, I'd love to be back.

What a phenomenal experience! My girlfriend recommended the Bitty & Beau's location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for dessert. Such a cool, clean place with an amazingly helpful staff. They were so thorough we got the perfect lattes as well as desserts. The staff recommended I have the double-chocolate muffin warmed and that led me to consume the tasty treat in mere seconds. And I loved their matcha latte with unsweetened vanilla (the creamer was another staff recommendation). My girlfriend had a giant-sized rainbow-colored Rice Krispies' Treat. It was so big she took half of it home. We cannot wait to return for more! (If you're using the garage next door, park on the second floor near the exit and you're but a few steps away. Remember that the garage is free on Sundays.)

I love stopping by for coffee during visits to Bethlehem! They offer a variety of hot and cold bevs, as well as some delicious pastries. The shop is spacious with lots of seating which is perfect for working or meeting a friend. Ordering here is a fun experience. You're handed a card from a deck and that's your order is called when ready (I got the 8 of hearts this time ). Staff is always so kind and attentive - I mean just look at that note! I look forward to the next time I get to visit!

What a great cup of coffee! I got an iced coffee with the Swiss chocolate syrup. One of my favorite and subtle things about this location is that they have the liquid cane sugar out. Honestly the best way to sweeten my coffee. The service was really fast as well. Caitlin was kind and got us checked up with speed. This location also has a party going on while I was there. Live music was a great addition to this great location.

Not only is this place doing the right thing socially, but their coffee is great too! Valuing diversity and helping the world "see" persons with disabilities, this is MORE than just a coffee shop. Absolutely enjoyed my experience here AND loved my ice decaf drip coffee. A lot of the time, I've gone to places where they don't carry decaf drip so I have to get a decaf Americano OR their decaf drip tastes watered down but THIS one was delicious! The service was sweet and the place is just so aesthetically inviting. SUCH a pretty place! Definitely gonna put it on my regular rotation! Thanks, @bittyandbeauscoffee of Bethlehem, Pa!

I am so happy. I finally got to check out the local favor! The ambience of the shop is absolutely absolutely adorable and a great place to relax, meet friends, or catch up on some work. There is plenty of parking and even outdoor seating if you prefer not to sit inside. I wanted to ask the lovely cashier if the frappe had caffeine in it (espresso, pre-mix, coffee, etc.) and I was having trouble getting the question out, but the manager was able to quickly assist me. I had the mocha frappe in large with whipped cream and it was delicious! I do recommend, if you want an afternoon pick-me-up, this would not be drink for you as it wasn't very caffeinated. I will definitely be back to check out some of their lovely pastries and cold brew. The Wi-Fi even with a busy weekend worked great and would be fine to do some minimal streaming if needed. The shop was very clean and had plenty of bright spaces if you'd like to read. There are also individual private restrooms and they're easily accessible. The staff was super fast and I appreciated that they didn't ask for my name when I placed my order. They give you a laminated playing card and that's how you'll recognize which one is yours. They definitely have an efficient system and wonderful drink options here and I will 100% be making the hour trek to see them again!

Love a coffee shop that employs people with intellectual and developmental disabilities! We visited Bitty & Beau's Coffee on a Sunday morning, and it was surprisingly not busy. The interior was very spacious, with plenty of seating, and a whole wall of branded merch. I ordered a Coconut Cream Cold Brew and my boyfriend got a regular hot coffee. The Coconut Cream Cold Brew was so tasty, and extremely strong - I was buzzing after drinking only half. We had also gotten a Fruit Loops Rice Crispy Treat the day before, which was massive. It was too sweet for me, but my boyfriend liked it. Service was fast and friendly, and they even wrote "we love you" on my plastic cup - so cute!

Of all things to find in Historic Bethlehem was a cool coffee shop with a mission. I was happy from the moment I walked in - atmosphere was excellent. Not used to all the hats and other stuff being sold, but this happens everywhere e.g.: WAWA. The wait staff was just great - especially finding out the goals they have set. Coffee and food quality was very good and satisfying. This is also a popular spot so its great they have lots of seating. Once you get your car parked, make a stop here...it will be worth it.

One of the better coffee places I've been to, really friendly staff at the counter that gave me a great list of options. The brewed coffee with the recommended spiced brown sugar syrup was so good! Perfect for a chilly day.

The coffee was mellow, not bitter at all. We got lattes. I would say they were pretty light handed with the flavor syrup.

We were seated right away in an open format atmosphere with the best balance of light and dark. The bar across from us looked fantastic. What we noticed right from the start is how well the staff works with and for each other to bring guests the best dining experience possible. Maddie was our server. She was kind, professional, patient, and knowledgable about both food and drink on a grand scale. Her recommendations were stellar. I had a refreshing gin and basil martini as well as their beef carpaccio, which was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend started with their beef stew, which was thick and satisfying. It was so delicious, she almost canceled her entree to have more. She went with the home cooking route and indulged in their meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes. Although she loved that as well, half had to come home with her, which made for an excellent lunch the next day. I went with the raw of it all and got their spectacular tuna tartare with asparagus, radish, and rice. Usually, the tuna is cut into strips but this tremendous block of gorgeous fish knocked me out. Absolutely fantastic from presentation to flavor. For dessert, we got their brownie with ice cream and this was all upper level in taste and texture. I would be shocked if their ice cream hadn't been made in-house. We loved our first experience with Apollo and we look forward to our next visit, which is hopefully sooner than later.

Thank goodness we planned some flexibility after the meal before our show started. But the real downer of the meal was Alison. Our server had such an attitude... while the food was pretty good, she was not. The place was also too loud and had no vibe. The bar crowd spilled into the seat area and looked messy. Wouldn't go back.

My best friend was visiting from Arizona, and since he'd never experienced this gem before, I couldn't wait to share it with him. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness set the tone for a perfect meal. Their friendly recommendations made our celebration of friendship even more memorable. We took their advice and ordered the **Shrimp & Grits** and the **Pork Belly Hash**--both were phenomenal. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the grits had an incredible zing that left me wishing I knew the secret ingredient. The pork belly in the hash was generous and rich, and we even added an extra egg so we could each have one--definitely worth it! And then there's the **view**. We were lucky enough to get a corner window seat overlooking the fall foliage and the dramatic incoming storm clouds--it was absolutely breathtaking. Between the food, the view, and the impeccable service, it was an unforgettable dining experience. I regularly drive 30-45 minutes to eat here, and it's always worth every mile. I've never been disappointed. Even my niece still talks about the **burrata**, saying it was the best she's ever had--and that was four years ago! Thyme continues to be one of my favorite spots--consistently excellent, beautifully presented, and always made with care. *Chef's kiss!*

I'd heard mixed reviews going in, but aside from the parking, there wasn't a single thing to complain about. I kicked things off with crispy chicken dumplings, perfectly fried and served with a sweet-and-salty soy yuzu sauce, along with rich, pillowy pumpkin gnocchi. For my entree, I went with the pasta of the day, fettuccine in a garlic-horseradish cream sauce with mushrooms, Swiss chard, and tender beef tips. My friend went with the savory short ribs, served alongside a golden Irish cheddar potato cake, roasted root vegetables, and crispy shallots. We wrapped things up with the salted caramel apple cheesecake and tiramisu for a sweet finish. Our server was attentive throughout our meal, and the hosts sent us off with a friendly farewell.

The quiche was packed with broccoli, cheddar, and bacon, a classic combo that never disappoints. The sandwich was layered with eggs, spinach, roasted peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, and Cooper cheese, all tucked into perfectly grilled multi-grain bread. The blinis were crisp on the outside, light and fluffy inside, and topped with sour cream. For those unfamiliar, blinis are small, tender pancakes traditionally made with yeasted batter.
