My wife brought me here for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice. There is valet parking, since parking is very limited in this area. Take the elevator to the top floor for a unique experience. My wife had a lobster dinner and me, a duck dinner after a pork belly appetizer. Dessert was a slice of carrot cake. We will return for another great evening.

Stopped in here after the wine train day with girlfriends. We ordered cocktails and appetizers. The view is WONDERFUL. I had probably the most interesting appetizer that I have ever eaten: crispy olives with lemon curd and shortbread. So tasty! However, you have to eat all 3 components together. I'm giving this 4 stars because my second appetizer: the crab and mango spring roll was just ok. It was too mushy & didn't have enough flavor.

This place on the 7th(?) floor has great views of the rivers during the day and at night the bridges are illuminated which makes for a great place to dine if you can get a table with a view. I've been multiple times and the staff are always super friendly. The cocktails and appetizers are very good but we've always felt the entrees were underwhelming. Recently went for cocktails and a charcuterie at the bar for happy hour before having dinner somewhere else and had a great time. I think that will be our routine now!

My family and I went to Thyme to celebrate birthdays. The restaurant is clean and elegant, with amazing views of the riverfront. We started with crispy chicken dumplings and spring rolls. Then we had short ribs, salmon, and swordfish. We completed the meal with desserts, carrot cake, lava cake, and tiramisu. I had a Thyme Old Fashioned, which was very well made. All the food was delicious. The waitstaff is attentive and kind, while giving lots of space to chat and enjoy your meal. I recommend Thyme for a special night out.

Well this was an experience! We went on a double date with our favorite cousins in PA. I think every meal we tried was amazing. My favorite would have to be the crispy chicken dumplings and filet mignon. The flavors were so unique. The ambiance was beautiful! You look over the city which is amazing when the sun went down. The service was great! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely go again.

Everything was great. Service is really good. I sat at the bar and I had the tuna tartar and an espresso martini. They were both excellent.

First off, this place is absolutely beautiful--modern, clean, and super aesthetically pleasing. The views of the river and Downtown Easton make it even better. The service was on point--our server was friendly, super attentive, and always checking in, which made the experience even better. Now the food--good, but not amazing. We started with the Crab & Mango Spring Rolls and Dumplings, both solid, but the spring rolls were definitely my favorite. For entrees, we got the Filet Mignon (with mashed potatoes and asparagus) and the Salmon (with udon noodles). The steak was cooked well, and the salmon was good, but the udon was a little salty--not a deal breaker, just something to note. Overall, the experience was great, and I'd definitely come back. 9/10--mainly for the views and service!

Overall, our experience was very good, especially for a holiday. The server said they had reservations for 350 people! Some of our courses we would give a score of "10": beef carpaccio, short rib. A score of 9 to arugula salad, pasta with lobster, score of 8 to lobster bisque and desserts. Score of 7 to Halibut. We talked to another diner while getting our car. He said his halibut was very good. Service was friendly and efficient. We recommend this restaurant.

Highs and Lows Overall a 4/5 and worth the stop. 1) Pre-Drink at the bar...always a great martini never disappoints. Bartenders listen and are engaged..great bar 2) Appetizer underwhelming..grilled shrimp with pineapple salsa and grilled peppers...only three shrimp, not enough salsa, way to many peppers..suggestion go to four shrimp and make the salsa more volume, peppers less 3) Meals..filet + pasta/sausage/scallop dish. Scallop dish was 10/10 with great flavor..really good entree. Filet was ordered medium came undercooked..big pet peeve this is basic should get it right, but the server immediately took care of it..after getting it medium it was fantastic. 4) Excellent dessert 5). Attached a picture below from our table..beautiful night and great location..too hot to eat outside. Overall a good stop, little pricey, recommend yes!

This was such a great meal. We made reservations last minute on a week night right before the holiday. The service was great and the food was delicious. My only complaint was that they were out of the fig dessert. I can't wait to come back here and try other dishes.

Girls dinner last night. Vibe wise I was a little underwhelmed! The rooftop concept is just that it sits high on corner building. There's no outside area (which I thought there was). However, once we got settled I was happy. Espresso martinis were frothy and smooth! Tuna tartare was good - didn't come with any chips or anything so ehh. But a little spicy and fresh. Short rib was great! Tender and fell apart! Salmon was cooked to order and fresh! Pasta special was eh. Not amazing but not bad. Nice portion just not amazing. We ordered bottle of wine, manager brought it over and let us taste. Was all and all a good experience!

We made it to Thyme! I was able to get a reservation for a Saturday night dinner and Thyme did not disappoint. We lucked out and got a primo spot right in front of the building. Parking was $3 on street or $5 for valet. The atmosphere was date night cozy and classy and every table had this cool contemporary-style light that helped with the mood. The cocktails we had were very good and I am looking forward to trying more of them. We started with the butter board which was fantastic and we could have licked the plate if it would be deemed socially appropriate. That seemed to be a theme for all of the the food we ordered. Our salads were very fresh tasting. I ordered the pork chop with a burnt onion puree on the plate. My wife had the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. We ordered two desserts and split them. All in all, everything was well worth it. You aren't going home with leftovers One thing that shows their level of customer service is the hostess will call valet for you when you leave to make sure your car is around front for you when you get off the elevator. I don't know if this is common practice as I've never used valet but it was a nice touch. Looking forward to returning to Thyme!

The aged steaks are well prepared, and the 500-degree plate presentation does what it is designed to do. The sizzling plate may impress first-timers, but it is straight from the national chain playbook and no longer feels special. It preserves heat, not originality. Sides are à la carte and priced aggressively for what are essentially standard steakhouse accompaniments. They are fine. They are not memorable. At this price point, diners reasonably expect at least one dish that shows some imagination. The wine list is the biggest disappointment. It reads like a Pennsylvania "Chairman's Selection" circular rather than a curated cellar. Safe, widely available bottles dominate, with little depth or personality. For a restaurant positioning itself as an upscale destination, that lack of curation is hard to ignore. Service was professional and the dining room attractive. If you want a reliable local steakhouse and do not mind paying for it, Three Oaks will meet expectations. If you are looking for distinction or a reason to return beyond convenience, you may find it difficult to justify the bill.

The fettucini Alfredo was okay, however, the chicken had a very strange texture: there were two pieces and one looked, tasted, and felt like chicken and the other piece was more like rubbery, gristly, I don't want to know what. I ordered a double chocolate milk stout (and pointed to what I wanted) but still ended up with a milk stout which is a draft. Eh. Another person got the same thing and her reaction was the same. I still felt hungry when we left and didn't really care for my food. Another person had chicken cacciatore and he said it was good but finished his meal before the guys who ordered fajitas got their sizzling meat. The experience overall wasn't unpleasant just not great. I would give 2 stars, some of my buddies would have given 4 so I'll give 3 and say your experience will depend on what you order.
