I snagged some Biggby Coffee while out on an errand and definitely didn't regret it. I have a few friends who always rave about Biggby, so I figured I should give it a shot. The coffee shop is very small and you can tell that the chairs and tables are arranged differently during COVID to prevent congregating. I would definitely camp out here and work with some caffeine when we're not in a pandemic. The staff was super friendly and the store was clean. The staff handed me my drink as-ordered (and prepped the cream + sweetener for me behind the counter). The cold brew coffee is strong and I can feel it coursing through my veins as I type. I will definitely pop back when I'm in the area in need of coffee! Next time I'd love to try one of their tea lattes!

I got the hot sugar-free cinnamon vanilla latte and I love that I didn't get jitters from it. They have a good sugar-free syrup! Hubby got a iced white mocha and kiddo got the mango orange freeze. Both really good. I highly recommend!

Pleasant experience with pleasant couple running the show. They were nice and welcomed us in and even joked around. I'm a pretty simple man when I get coffee I just get it iced and it tasted great on an empty stomach. I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and for $5 I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Is this place better than a Starbucks? Yes. Is this place worth your business? Yes.

Love their coffee!! It is a little expensive, and getting to the location in Ft. Mitchell is a little difficult.

What the village lacks is actual sit down food spots. (I previously worked at the Hammel House with Mrs. Bowman- we miss them!) The Butter Churn is filling a void and doing a good job at it. The menu is nice, soups- sandwiches & salad options. Our niece really enjoys their potato chips (I think they make them in house, I could be wrong.) The decor is eclectic, it feels like they have small collections and perhaps bought things locally from the antique shops. The back room had a Christmas Santa collection and it was expansive. Coca-Cola, clowns, vintage troll dolls- it all just feels like visiting someone's quirky aunts home. It feels homey and nice. The last time we went we had about twenty mins before closing and were popping in for ice cream. We were told...and reminded multiple times that they wanted to be out of the building at exactly closing time. We said we understood (I mean yes- I also love being off work on time) but the constant reminders felt like they were shoving us out the door when we were just placing ice cream orders and trying to pay. It might have just been a stressful night. We did pop in the next day and I asked about their coffee selection. The response we got was a bit dismissive and they told us "we have black coffee, we don't do any of that fancy stuff. Go down the street to Taylor's." I was going to order the regular coffee but it was off-putting so we did as they recommended and left. I know I don't *look* like a local- for obvious reasons. I don't want to believe this is why we received weird service compared to other patrons. Regardless, we have enjoyed the actual food and ice cream here. Our family likes it and visits weekly- I will just trust them that they get good consistent service every time.

I'm not big on coffee shop beverages, but their food menu really sparked my curiosity. They had some bao bun variations on special that I absolutely needed to try. They asked that I find a seat while they prepared the food. I loved each of them so much, they were all very different from each other, but so beautifully and thoughtfully crafted. As I waited for the food, I got to soak up the ambiance, which was just as memorable and wonderful as the food. I loved the different vibes of each floor: all tranquil but still distinct. I got to people watch a couple on their first date, a father and son reunion, and a setup for a tea party. All in an enchanting atmosphere as I enjoyed my bao! Definitely try this place if you are in the area! You are sure to fall in love as I did.

The whole aesthetic is calm, intentional, and absolutely Instagram-worthy (but in the best, most authentic way). I ordered a pot of their loose-leaf Parvati's Happiness and got to enjoy it with a tea pet! Such a fun and meditative experience; watching the tea pour over the tiny ceramic figure felt both playful and peaceful. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the craft of tea; they walk you through the ritual without being pretentious. Food-wise, the miso sesame vegan bagel sandwich blew me away. The cashew chili oil cream cheese was next-level; creamy, a little spicy, and perfectly balanced with the nutty miso sesame flavor. It's one of those dishes that makes you forget it's vegan because it's just that satisfying. Customer service was wonderful too; friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. If you're into mindful tea experiences, beautiful spaces, and creative plant-based food, this spot is a must-visit. I can't wait to come back and try more!
