My coffee was prompt, but I stood there for 10 minutes watching people come and go, and I saw that no one was taking the chocolate croissant out of the warmer. I finally had to approach them and ask them about it. Instead of making me a new one, she bagged the one that had been sitting in there. To no surprise it was over cooked and it crumbled in my hand, then was almost inedible as it was rubbery. The coffee was good but I didn't taste maple bourbon. Just tasted like a plain cold brew. I enjoy coffee regardless. Just unfortunate, they were not really self aware and they all were standing around at one point while I was also standing waiting for the other part of my order.

Nothing really stood out to me, especially for the price. The espresso tasted pretty bland, and to me, the beans didn't taste as fresh as I expected. I'm not saying the coffee was terrible, but it definitely wasn't anything special or memorable. The ambience is cute and has a nice vibe, but I also felt like they were lacking in variety when it comes to their menu options. For me, there's definitely some strong competition in the area. I personally frequent Coffee Emporium and Wyoming Coffee Shop, and based on my experience, I prefer both of those over 513. Overall, I'd give 513 Coffee Shop about a 2/5. This was just my personal experience, and I'm always open to trying a place again because sometimes one drink or one visit doesn't tell the whole story.
