Better than any Starbucks I have EVER tasted. Friendliest staff! Hint: I drink coffee all day long! Colombian. I was MOST impressed with the fact that the syrup had NO dye!!!! Priceless. I LOVE biggby coffee! It is delicious, and the workers are always so friendly. I will say though, that at least every other time, they do not have enough workers, and it gets super backed up, taking upwards of 15-20 min to get a coffee. Im not sure if this is a scheduling issue or what, but if I'm in more of a hurry or don't have all that excess time to spare, I won't stop by. Other than that, its great! read more

We love stopping in throughout the week and especially Sunday before church. My husband and I went in today and were upset about the amount of gnats in the store. They were everywhere (walls, ceiling, flying around). It was hard to not wonder if any made it in our drinks. It made our stomachs turn. This makes me very sad because I really love their coffee and service from the staff. We will not return until the gnat problem is taken care of. read more

Biggby is the best! The coffee is tasty and hot. They have unique drink choices. You can almost always find a coupon for $1.00 off a drink of BOGO which is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. I wish they had mobile ordering ala Starbucks because it is so convenient but it is still my preferred coffee stop in Northern KY. read more

This is one of the Best coffee shops around. Once you walk in your always greeted with a smile. It's great if your going to get a quick drink and maybe a little snack. I was so excited to discover what I thought was a new local coffee shop. Upon further research I found that Biggby is a chain across the Midwest. Sigh. Strike one. The shop is poorly located. It is both difficult to get into and out of the parking lot going North on Dixie. You actually have to go past the place and then turn around in one of nearby neighborhoods (no u-turns in KY!). Also the place has a gas station type feel with bright colors and a poorly laid out space plan. Strike 2. The coffee tasted meh. I've had better but it is a step up from a fast food place. Strike 3. My FAV coffee place. Everything is deee-lish. If you go in more than once, they remember your name. So friendly, and they make conversation while making your drink, which makes the (itty bitty) wait time fly by. LOVE this place. The flavors are usually pretty great (I say usually because not every flavor on the menu suits me, but that doesn't mean it wouldn't someone else). I'm so glad to see the Biggby brand moving into KY. With it's great brewed coffee, delicious mixed mochas, lattes and smoothies, this new shop has something to offer for every discerning taste bud. This is some of the best coffee around. Honestly, I prefer this over a Starbucks coffee any day and it's cheaper too! The staff is on top of their game - they are quick to make your drink and great you with a smile. The place is cheery and bright and has plenty of room to hang out at a table to do some work. I was overwhelmed at first walking in as I needed coffee and it was a new menu. The staff were super friendly and accommodating to my under-caffeinated state. I admit, I'm spoiled with Starbucks as I'm a Gold card member and am used to the rewards, so Biggby will take some getting used to. But, they have their own frequent buyer card so I may avail myself of that. Another reviewer writes the coffee is cheaper than Starbucks but I seem to believe the opposite is true. However, the coffee is very good, it's in a good location for me, and I can support a local business! Specifically the caramel marvel and the Neapolitan (quite a yummy surprise!). Again, staff is consistently friendly and I hope this coffee shop survives where the previous coffee shop in this space did not. Keep up the good work Biggby! read more

My wife and I were on our way to Louisville from Northern Cincinnati about 2 weeks ago around 10AM (We have proof of visit via Receipt) Never heard of Biggby coffee before. We Decided to stop to get coffee and food along the way and googled places right off the highway. Decided on biggby over starbucks to try something new. That was our first mistake. Always go with what you know. To start, this place is clearly more focused on flavors and sugar you can put into your drinks and not the coffee/espresso taste you would expect at a coffee shop. This place was absolutely filthy from the dining room to the bathroom. Toilet paper pieces all over the bathroom floor. While waiting for our iced lattes, we could see just how dirty the kitchen and prep area was. Milk, sprinkles, and syrups were completely caked all over the counters. The area around the toaster and coffee brewers were also covered with food debris. Containers that looked to be food ingredients for their "Bragels" sandwiches left out in between orders and just sitting there in improper temperatures. The area around the self serve coffee beans was dusty, dirty, and coffee beans spilled all over the floor which can be seen as a potential safety hazard. The floors looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. My wife was absolutely appalled by all of this. We kindly took our drinks and instantly threw them away before drinking them so we still don't know what biggby coffee tastes like. We didn't want to complain at first and have the young workers punished. We don't know whether this was just a one time case, but reviewing other reviews on yelp and google, seems like this is a common issue with this location. Do not recommend biggby coffee since this location is so dirty and ill cared for (there's a new article stating how this location is #1 in nation) so we're afraid to see what the others are like. If i could i would give this location zero stars. I'll give this place one star at best because the young female baristas were very nice. I would only go here if it was a last resort for caffeine, otherwise you're probably better off to go to Starbucks or Dunkin. The prices on the menu were also a huge problem. This place isn't serving organic nor fair trade beans but is charging for such! A chain shouldn't be charging as much and then have such a run down store. It is insanely illogical. I've never visited a location of either of said chains that were as dirty and run down as Ft. Mitchell Biggby. read more

Stopped in for the first time last week and was greeted by a friendly staff. Enjoying a salted caramel latte. Delicious !

The service and the frozen hot chocolate with a shot of Espresso-priceless. And by the way, the cinnamon rolls are amazing.

As a consistent mocha drinker, I had a mocha today that totally knocked my socks off! It was so good that I went up to the Barista and asked for her name which was Kirstin who assured me that all of the baristas can make them delicious! I lived in Michigan for five years and was sad to leave for several reasons - one being that I really enjoyed the coffee and frozen drinks (best anywhere) at Bigby Coffee (formerly Beaners). I couldn't believe when they opened a new one here in Ft. Mitchell. Their drinks are really great and blow other coffee places out of the water. I hope it stays here forever. read more

Stopped in while traveling through Northern KY recently. Awesome setup with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Enjoyed a nice warm drink on a cool fall day. Friendly staff, great atmosphere.
