Despite the crowd, the line moved quickly, but that's where the efficiency ended. Most of the open tables were dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves with napkins. Not ideal. Then came the confusion around drinks. We never received cups after ordering -- despite asking three separate times. First, we were told the cups would come out with our food. When they didn't, we asked the food runner, who said he'd check on it but just disappeared into the kitchen. Finally, we had to go back to the counter a third time just to get cups for the fountain machine. That's a lot of back and forth for something basic. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered two bacon breakfast tacos and a side of smashed potatoes. The tortillas were so hard they were practically inedible -- I ended up tearing pieces off and eating just the egg, bacon, and cheese filling. The potatoes were bland and also cold, like they'd been sitting out too long. It's disappointing because my first experience was solid. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but for nearly $40, this meal didn't feel worth it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stretched thin, with just a handful of employees trying to juggle too many tasks during a rush. Cleanliness, service, and food temperature all suffered as a result. For now, this location won't be high on my list to return to. There are better breakfast spots in town that don't come with this much hassle.
