I also enjoy their refreshers though I don't get those often because they tend to have a lot of caffeine but are definitely tasty. I also love their bagels and "bragels" (think a breakfast sandwich on a bagel but add cream cheese). Be sure to check this place out! read more

Ridiculous. I went through a drive through and there were 2 cars in front of me. It took 35 mins to get my order. Today I ordered with door dash. It took 30 min to make 1 bagel and 1 drink. Absolutely crazy. Get a 2nd toaster and another coffee maker system!!! read more

We went here for our first time to try it and it was horrible. We waited almost 15 minutes at the window for our food. I got the turkey, bacon and cheese on an asiago bagel and my boyfriend for the ham and cheese bagel. When we first took them out they looked poorly put together. They were cold and soggy and mushy. I took 2 bites and then had to spit the third one out because of how gross it was. We will not be going here again it was a waste of time and money. read more

We ordered iced tea and an avalanche cold brew as well as food. The tea and the cold brew were very good. I had a muffin that was also good. However, my family ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. The sandwiches took a long time. They don't take your name or give you a number. As far as we can tell, another customer took one of the sandwiches because they called sausage and egg on asiago, and someone grabbed it. We didn't know their order, so we waited and waited. The other sandwich and bagel were ready, and we just waited and waited. I asked about the other sandwich, and they said it was almost read. Then they said it was a sausage and egg on everything, and we corrected them that it should be an asiago bagel. They looked at the receipt like we were lying and said maybe someone took our sandwich. They started making another sandwich, but my dad wanted to just leave because everyone had finished eating while we waited for that sandwich. Eventually, he got his sandwich, and the sandwiches were good. However, the whole experience took a long time and delayed the activities we had planned that morning. Why would you not take someone's name for the order like other coffee shops to prevent this confusion? Maybe they just made the sandwich on the wrong bagel, but customers who came in after us got their sandwiches first. read more

Their take out listening skills are horrible. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel and drive thru dude entered the wrong order into the system. Received an egg, bacon and cheese bagel instead. The success rate of actually receiving a correct order out of this location is 60%. Be warned and check your order before leaving window! read more

I have been to this location twice and have nothing bad to say about this place. They were very friendly and the wait was not that long. I will say I dont like having to sign a credit card receipt thru that window, so hopefully, they will change that, but thats about it. read more

This is a really nice place! They have tons of seating compared to other coffee places (probably room for 16 people comfortably), games and books to use, and really good tasting coffee! The staff are all super nice and have great recommendations. I got the buttercup latte and it was delicious. They have teas as well as coffee. Overall a cool space! read more

My first time here and I was in a car with a bunch of hungry non-morning persons seeking to make them happy with food and hot caffeinated drinks. Boy were we all happy!! Everyone else went for breakfast bagel sandwiches ("Bragels anyone!?) and I opted for a bagel with cream cheese. I asked for a blueberry bagel (cuz I love fruit, y'all!!) and was sad to learn that wasn't an option but my gray sky turned blue when I was offered a French Toast bagel! Coffee was pretty good. They did not have whole milk - I will not be back. Any place that puts other drinks and substitutes above everything else is definitely not for me. I used to come here every morning before work but I haven't been in about six months because I went a couple times and got lukewarm white lightning. I posted a bad review on Facebook and the owner sent me some free coupons. When I redeemed them, I got two more almost cold drinks. Three strikes you're out. Always really friendly service! Great alternative to Starbucks! I asked for a non dairy sugar free ice blended drink and the barista quickly explained how they could make it! No hesitation. I was very pleased with my blended sugar free coconut milk mocha mocha. I've been many times and will keep going back. The Biggby app however needs some refining. read more

It is nice to have another Starbucks alternative in Florence. Not that I'm opposed to Starbucks, but sometimes you want something different. I'll preface this with saying that I don't drink coffee, so I'm no judge there. They have a lovely selection of hot tea that I prefer over the Starbucks selection. My favorite is the hot cinnamon spice tea. They also have tea lattes. Their chai is ok, a little too sweet and not quite enough chai spice for my liking. They have a drive through which is very convenient. They also have a small seating area inside. It's a great place to stop in to meet a friend or grab a drink to go. Another nice thing about Biggby is the coupons! The local coupon mags almost always have coupons and if you live close enough, you may get some in the mail too. They also have a nice loyalty program, so be sure to get a card if you plan to go more than once or twice. read more

Not a fan. Coffee always tastes burnt to me. I've tried it on several occasions both hot and cold with the same results.

Giving Biggby a 4 because they do have good coffee. And for those who enjoy soiling the sanctity of their coffee with cream, sugar, etc you can do that here as well. Me, i refer straight ol coffee. They have a nice shop inside and it appeared as though they were moving customers through their drive thru pretty good. Can't do a 5 though only because it's so small, even though they have tables and chairs in there to sit I wasn't able to have much of a conversation with my friend because it was so noisy in there. Between the music playing (which frankly I thought was unnecessary) and all the other customers either waiting in line or sitting down in the other seats it was just too noisy to talk much to someone right across from me. Actually ended up sitting outside after a bit. This is a good place for coffee though but not really a place to hang out and catch up with someone. At least not inside the place. read more

First visit was very disappointing. This place is all about the flavors and sugar you can put in a drink NOT the coffee. They were amazed and asked me to repeat my order twice when I got a latte without flavor. The coffee was almost undrinkable. Two stars only because the staff was very nice. I had high hopes for this place as a change from Starbucks so I'll give it one more try. Hope it improves. read more

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! I am so happy to now have a second location to go to if I am not near Fort Mitchell! This afternoon, I ran in to get a coffee and got such a warm welcome! I saw an employee named Nathan who I had seen at the Fort Mitchell location and he remembered not only my favorite drink, but then asked me about my kids (by name). It was incredibly friendly and upbeat in there. Yesterday, I went thru the drive through and had such great service along with a wonderful drink! I went to the store on US42 in Union and I was the only one in the store . Multiple workers saw me but not one greeted me or told me they would be with me soon . I waited about 8 mins and then left . I have always LOVED this place and was a frequent customer until now. I always order an iced earl grey tea latte. I got it and it tasted like milk only. I went into the store and told them and the workers seemed confused as what I was talking about. I told them it tasted like milk and not what they usually do.
