John greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I came in. He explained the quite expensive latte and tea menu. There are so many delicious choices! Any drink that you order can be made hot or cold. Bix gave me my order with a smile. I ordered the Butter Bear Latte which is a caramel and butterscotch latte. It's sweet, but not overly so. I have a sweet tooth so I'm not the best to determine the sweetness level. You can make the latte to order so they can put less or more of the syrups in it. I also ordered the sausage and cheese bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel with cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. It was delicious. I was pleased with my meal. The decor is bright and inviting. There's lively music playing, but not too loud. Biggby is a great place to work and/or meet up with friends. There's plenty of spaces to sit. It features caramel and butterscotch flavors. It was okay, not very memorable. The coffee aroma and flavors were faint, which seems consistent with what someone else had mentioned. Although the coffee wasn't as exciting or flavorful as I had hoped, the comfortable interior is a big reason I would consider coming back. I briefly used their wifi and also checked out the restroom. The women's restroom was clean and even had a baby changing station. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere more than the coffee itself. I hope they can make their coffee and flavorings a little more intense in the future, because the cozy environment is definitely a place where I'd like to spend more time.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and a nice break away from crazy work flow. Overall, I enjoyed this coffee shop and hope to go again soon. Plastic plants are hanging from ceiling - what an odd design choice. All their pastry wrapped in plastic individually. They don't bake - it's coming from somewhere and it's wrapped in plastic because they can sell it up to a week. How bizarre to sell week old pastry for a full price. When I was there everything was 2 days old and I didn't appreciated it. I had double espresso and lucky for me it wasn't served in a plastic cup. Coffee was good, but I'm unlikely to return - dear owner: stop making lazy choices - it's opposite of quality.
