The Bagelry, with locations in OTR and Oakley, is serving up fresh-baked bagels every day Their menu has all the classic staples you'd expect from a bagel shop, along with some unique and creative sandwich options. If you're craving a taste of a New York-style breakfast right here in Cincy, this is definitely the spot to check out! It's a solid option but I do wish maybe we added cream cheese or something to the bagel sandwich because it was pretty dry. Not much seating inside so a good spot to know that you would take it to go!

Nice but quite small shop, the variety of bagels is not bad, but the bagels are very good. I've tried the everything bagel with avocado and onion and was delicious. It's a great spot to try if you're craving a bagel!

One of my favorite places to stop in on a weekend. It can get busy Saturday and Sunday morning but it is totally worth the wait. You can always order ahead online! This time I came for the colab with The Rhind and got the Raclette and Ham bagel. It was super good and great flavors. There was just a bit too much mustard for my liking, but other than that I loved it. On any other day I always get a sausage, egg & cheese breakfast bagel. It always hits the spot and I think they are pretty consistent with their orders and quality. I am always satisfied no matter what I get. Coming here after a night out or from a Saturday morning workout class is the move!

I came in on a busy Saturday morning .. I got through the line promptly but I was very disappointed with my bagel . I got a blueberry bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese .. the bagel just tasted sweet - it had no berries in it at all and the cream cheese wasn't very strawberry either. For a bagel place I would expect to be able to get a delicious toasted bagel with cream cheese but I was very mistaken. I honestly thought I was getting sick and lost my taste buds while eating this. I will say that my mom got a build your own sandwich that she said was delicious and well worth the price between the taste and the size.

This is such a good place for breakfast in the morning. Super cost friendly and fast plus the people there are super nice and will answer any questions you might have. I got my food togo but there are a few seats inside to sit, most people get it togo tho. I ordered an everything bagel with geotta and bacon and egg and it was so delicious !

I catered Bagelry for an international woman's day event at work and i will absolutely order again. I saw on Yelp that the business was female owned and I spoke to the female owner herself when I called to inquire about catering (we love you Colleen!). The order process was very easy, pickup went smoothly and it was a massive hit in the office. They were also very accommodating for food allergies and were able to prepare a gluten free bagel on the side for us at request. The catering menu was quite extensive and prices were very reasonable so I would highly recommend for any event!!

Got two bagel sandwiches to takeout from here and was pretty disappointed after reading all of the great reviews. We got the the GECCO on an everything and the Southwestern on an Asiago. The everything bagel that the GECCO was on seemed to have many of the seeds burnt and the bagel itself seemed kind of soggy. The Asiago bagel was okay, just didn't have that exterior crisp that I was hoping for. The toppings on the sandwiches were good, but I was hoping for better bagels. Maybe it was just a fluke, we'll have to try them again for sure.

The Bagelry is CLEARLY popular based on how busy it was during my visit, every time I drive by, and how many people are working on the food line during a shift. The whole process of ordering and receiving food was quick and easy. It's fun to be able to see the food being made. There is also a window near the back of the restaurant where you can see the bakery and the bagels being made/baked. Really cool. The menu is a good size. There is enough variety, but it's not overwehleming. My friends and I got 3 breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed them all. I got mine on a gluten free bagel. It was a bit dry, but did the job. The decor in the restaurant (and bathrooms) is simple and fun. There is no designated parking lot, but street parking was super easy to find.

I'm hooked my third day since they opened, their bagels are delicious. Enjoying the multi grain with roasted veggies cream cheese the best. Also enjoyed a southwestern egg sandwich too. Welcome to Oakley!

Picture this: you wake up on a Saturday morning with a slight headache and a dry mouth. How did a couple of after work drinks turn into this? Did you do jaeger bombs with your boss last night? Your tummy rumbles. You say to yourself, "I need carbs." Doctor Kyle prescribes you join the line of slightly hungover millennials and Gen Zers (gross) at The Bagelry. The price point makes these bagels a treat. But they're very good, and seasoned on both sides. They're generous with the toppings and cream cheese schmear. If the line is out the door, don't fret. They're professionals and it won't take that long. All of a sudden you're ready for buckets of beers at the Oak by noon.

Loved it! Great tasting bagel and a super friendly staff. Parking can be a little tricky as the lot around back is very small.

Even though this was delayed due to weather (the original date was earlier in February), the staff at ToB was super communicative and let me know that my reservation would carry over to the next date. The food was amazing - Belgian meatballs, mussels provencale and bolo - I mean....wow. I don't even like mussels and I couldn't get enough of these. Each of the foods were so perfectly crafted for the feast and had such an amazing story behind why it was a featured dish. Then came the chicken and waffles...flight. I mean - how much more perfect can you get? Iconic ToB waffles and chicken? Chef's kiss! To make the night even more incredible, we got to meet with Jean-François who told us stories and gave us pairing recommendations that were top notch. The communal feast was an amazing way to spend the evening at a restaurant that truly is one of the best places in Cincinnati.

For starters I ordered the waffle latte!!! Very maple tasting with a cute little Belgium waffle as garnish- so cute!! For breakfast/brunch I ordered (& shared) the Breakfast Plate- perfect for two if you aren't too hungry - eggs w/ cheese - sourdough toast - crispy potatoes - bacon - and of course a side of goetta (we are in Cincy after all) Everything was delicious and sometimes a classic breakfast is what you need!!!!!! My friends got the McWaffle & Southwest waffle - both had no complaints except a McWaffle might get ya a little dirty since the sandwich is so stuffed.... But no worries you do get a fork to eat up the fallen food I will always recommend this cincy favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!!!!!! Can't wait to be back!!!

Both were friendly & acknowledged the birthday girl in our party. Atmosphere is great. You could comfortably walk in wearing jeans or come dressed up. Neither would be over or under dressed. The menu has juuuust the right amount of options, which is great! Heather was our waitress & while she was kind, her service skills were lacking. Granted we weren't at a Michelin Star Restaurant, but we also weren't at a dive bar. There was an endless amount of awkward reaching through, over & around when refilling drinks. There were a couple of instances where she actually touched our shoulders to nudge us to the side so she could reach through. Totally not okay during service at a restaurant nicer than a dive bar. We ordered the cheese sticks starter which were so yummy! Highly recommend! A couple of us ordered the Cesar side salad & were highly disappointed. The dressing tasted like it was mayonnaise heavy & then watered down by lettuce that wasn't dried after being rinsed. Even adding tons of extra pepper didn't help. The lettuce also tasted like it has been too wet for too long. The lobster mac was ordered in the group & it was tasty but soooo greasy. So, order with caution. We had the Black N Bleu salad in the group & that was good. The Atlantic Salmon was another dinner ordered & the crust seasoning was delicious! Sadly, the salmon was a bit overdone. It does come with a lobster cream sauce, which confused me. It was only so so & I definitely skipped it entirely. The steamed broccoli was done to perfection though. Not soggy & not too crunchy. We also had the 12oz ribeye & that was great! Flavorful, cooked perfectly! I will add though, that the steak knives need an upgrade. I really wanted to love this place, but we won't return on our next trip to Newport/Cincinnati.

Going back and forth on stars for this one. Me and around 30 of my coworkers came into town for a…read moretwo day workshop and they got us a room block at this hotel. I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.

Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.
