I got the El Jefe burger and wouldn't change a thing about it. Very delicious and worth the pop in if you are on the east side! Servers were also very nice and beer selection is good! Nice to sit down or grab it to go!

Burger, smothered with bacon

Came here over the weekend with a group of friends. I've been wanting to try it for a while now but just never made it over that way. Had about a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night so not terrible. Had a drink at the bar next door while waiting. We started with the shishito peppers and guacamole. The sauce with the peppers was to die for. Guac was top notch and didn't expect it from this place. My fitness split a burger and chicken sandwich's I got the regular burger and got it smothered with bacon. It may be one of the best burgers in Cincy aside from Sacred Beast. Perfectly cooked, cheese melted just right. Flipping amazing. The chicken sandwich I had a bite of and also delicious. Internal service, drinks, atmosphere all great. I will be going back soon!

Might be my new favorite dinner place!! A group of friends, and I went to try this spot out, and was so excited. We were able to. We sat next to the window, and it was so cozy inside. The server was absolutely amazing, and answered all of our questions along with helped recommend beer and cocktails. we ordered chips and guac and the peppers as a appetizer and they were delicious and then for dinner I got a Caesar salad with chicken and my partner got a burger and both of them were so good. We ended up splitting them in half and sharing with each other. overall, this place was absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to come back

spicy fried chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and classic double cheeseburger

boyfriend and i were lucky enough to walk in and able to grab a spot at the bar for dinner after hearing rave reviews about delwood's burgers! service from the bartender was great, bf got a draft beer and i got the ~sober margarita~ which was SOO good, you can tell their cocktail ingredients are fresh! food wise? i got the double cheeseburger & he got the spicy chicken sandwich which were both SO tasty- the fried chicken was juicy yet crispy, and the burger was hearty and flavorful! i do wish that at a price point of $13-$18 for a sandwich that fries would be included as a side, but alas! the sandwiches alone are worth the price & we'll definitely be back for them. & dont forget to stop by guardia next door for an after dinner soft serve!

Fried Chicken Sandwich - Aji amarillo aioli, coleslaw on a toasted potato bun

Delwood was on our Mt. Lookout tour. High yelp ratings brought us here. It was on the cool side, but the outside area out back called to us. It warmed up quickly. Our waiter was kind and efficient. There were a couple Fish & Chips ordered. I'd say my friends enjoyed their meals. I had the Fried Chicken B.L.A.T. Salad - Bacon, chopped romaine, avocado, tomato, aji verde. I opted for grilled chicken. It was quite good. Mark had the Fried Chicken Sandwich - Aji amarillo aioli, coleslaw on a toasted potato bun. I recall he liked it okay. The ambiance was nice. It would be great on a summer evening. The food wasn't great, but it was good. We might hang here if we lived nearby, but I wouldn't make the trip to Mt. Lookout Square just for Delwood. That said, it was definitely A-OK.

For the longest time, I've been wanting to try this place out. I've read the reviews and was truly impressed. Dined in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Best described as an American fusion. The inside is small with two bars. Not as spacious but definitely has a good vibe and welcoming. The menu is simple. Appetizers/Sharables, salads, soups, sandwiches, and burgers. All meals are a la carte. All look good that it was hard to decide. Drink menu definitely had a great selection. They serve specialty cocktails, beers on tap, and wine. We ordered: Wine: -La Posta Paulucci Malbec Appetizers: -Shishito Peppers Lunch: -Chopped Salad add grilled chicken ($5.00) -Veggie Burger (black bean burger) We didn't have to wait long at all. Our shishito peppers were the best! The sauce enhanced the flavor: My Mr and I split the Veggie Burger (black bean patty) and the salad. One of the best and light lunches I've ever had. The black bean burger had avocado and the sauce that was served with the shishito peppers. So good and addicting. The salad was amazing. The ingredients and veggies paired well with the champagne dressing. The service was excellent! We had two servers looking out for us and they were very attentive. What a great experience. I can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu.

Loved the bar! Food was super delicious. Highly recommend the cheeseburger and fries, you can't go wrong. The service was normal. Hostess was a bit rude and not accommodating until manager stepped in when she overheard the hostess trying to send us away. Place was popular and a bit loud.

My lady and I had been wanting to check this spot out for a bit and finally did recently. Absolutely glad we did because it was great. Excellent service, very tasty food, and a relaxed local feel. We rolled in in a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Even though they were pretty busy, we were sat right away. The place isn't huge but they do have lots of seating inside as well as a patio around back. Their menu isn't huge either but has a nice variety of upscale pub grub. Their libations menu is very nice. Our server Meg was very friendly and attentive. We started out with an order of shishito peppers and my lady got a glass of Malbec. The peppers were out very quickly and tasted fantastic especially with the aji verde aioli. As for our mains, my lady got the veggie burger, and I got the chopped salad with grilled chicken. Again, we didn't wait long at all before it was all ready. My salad was bigger than I'd expected and very tasty. My lady really enjoyed her veggie burger and I thought it was delicious too. I'm glad this spot is so close to where we live because we'll certainly be coming back. I may try their fish and chips next time. Maybe pair it with a Pacifico on draft.

Delwood always hits the spot - best burgers in town seriously! The sides are equally as amazing from the Brussels sprouts to the waffle fries to the yuca fries. The service is always great with staff offering great recommendations too, and I never mind when there is a wait for a table because there are plenty of options to go grab a drink while you wait or walk around the square. Love this place forever!

Chopped Salad with Chicken

All the yums! Took my daughter to Delwood for her birthday lunch. The weather was nice enough to sit on the patio. She had a chopped salad and I had the Brussels sprouts. So good. She's not a huge fan but tried one anyway and said "not bad, but I'll stick with my fries." She had a burger and waffle fries...which were crispy and extra delightful with the house aioli. I had the chopped salad with grilled chicken for my main. I ate all the veggies and was stuffed! Definitely recommend.

People friendly sports bar in Mount Lookout. Bar seating and patio seating but gets so busy. Sorry friends no reservation but worth the wait if you have to. If you time it just right, you can walk in and have a seat. I love to go during lunch in the middle of the week or in the evening after, the evening rush. My favorite is a margarita not pictured but it is my favorite in the city. The Caesar salad is amazing and I just learned you could add fish and not get the chicken. So worth it so good they've been thriving a while now so if you haven't been, you're a little late.

To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

For drinks I had the hurricane, the espresso martini, I left my heart in Nola and sazerac. The alligator had good flavor but it was a tad bit tough. The fried green tomatoes were thin and I was not expecting that. The pasta, Mac and mussels had very good flavor. The blacked fish could have had more flavor in my opinion. My favorite drink was the espresso martini. It was one of the best I've ever had.

I sat in the bar so I could watch the band Mystic Mile perform, and they were great. I wish I could say as much for my Po' Boy. As shown in the photo, it was huge! As soon as I saw it, I knew I was going to need to eat some of it with a fork before I could get it down to being a manageable sandwich, especially since it had 13 nice-sized pieces of breaded shrimp. There was so much on the French bread roll that I could not even see the roll. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and tasty, and the homemade pickle slices added a nice touch. However, once I got to the point of trying to eat it as a sandwich, I was very disappointed to find that the roll had a hard crust and tough interior. It definitely was not crisp on the outside with a flaky, paper-thin crust and airy on the inside, which is how Po' Boy rolls were in NOLA. I took two bites of the roll and decided I would finish the shrimp with a fork. I ordered the Bananas Foster bread pudding for dessert. It had a great flavor, but the banana pieces were hard, like biting into an undercooked carrot. Overall the bar service was good, but the food quality was mixed since it tasted great but had some big flaws. BTW, if you're a big fan of root beer, try their draft root beer. It was extremely tasty. I wanted so much for this to be a great experience, but I have yet to decide if I'll return to give them another try.

We've been to the Blue Ash Senate a couple times and love it; this location does feel entirely different and I wouldn't compare the two at all. While we were looking at the menu, the guy behind the counter told us that their burgers were $5, Wed-Fri before 7PM. We decided to grab two burgers and two hot dogs, the Trailer Park and the FC Dawg. We sat at the bar, just getting a couple waters, and our food came out about fifteen or twenty minutes later. We started with our burgers, not expecting much from them. But they were actually really tasty. Even for a thin patty, they were well-cooked and a bit juicy. Thin onion slices and thick tomato--exactly my preference. And the burger sauce was tangy and a bit spicy. A really great burger for just $5. Then we split the hot dogs in half. the Trailer Park was topped with Coleslaw and Grippo's. The slaw was decent and the chips weren't out of place, but as a whole the dog was a bit underseasoned. The FC Dawg is their version of a Kony, with chili, cheese, and fritos. The toppings weren't bad, but similar to the first dog, it was a bit bland. We'd both skipped lunch and for $5, we couldn't resist grabbing a couple more burgers. The dogs were 3 stars, but the burgers for the price were 5 stars, and we'll definitely be back for them.
