I had a morning flight out and nothing quite hits the spots like a breakfast sandwich (Maybe a breaky burrito, but I digress). They had a decent size line, but were moving steadily and efficiently through the travelers. The staff was very friendly and during the whole experience and doing their best to get everything out quickly. I opted for the Siracha Honey Sunrise sandwich on an everything bagel.It wsa topped with bacon, cheddar a siracha honey cream cheese with an egg. It most definitely hit the spot! It was hearty, flavorful and delicious! I cannot remember the exact price, but it was under $10, for a filling meal at the airport, I will count that as a W! They closed the mcdonald's in terminal B so now my options for early in the morning are a Starbucks with a line too long to wait in and make my flight, or Chick fil A, which will never get my dollars. So i got the egg/avocado/bacon sandwich on an everything bagel, and a raisin bagel with cream cheese. The sandwich was inedible. Completely flavorless other than the bacon, and greasy.. I've never had a greasy bagel.. but it was and it was gross. I typically like Brueggers but this one was awful. I LOVE bagel sandwiches. One of my biggest downfalls. Bruegger's is about the only thing we have in Cincinnati. I stop weekly at the on Rt 50. I was flying out of CVG this morning EARLY like 5 am and I knew there was a Bruegger's. I even looked the night before to see when they opened to see if I could get a sandwich before I got on my flight. I was pleased that they were open. Yeah me! I have purchased sandwiches from this location whenever I travel. There is one employee there, I do not know her name, but she has long hair, a little orange and usually has it braided. She is INCREDIBLE. She processes orders 3-4 at a time, always gets them right and keeps that line moving incredibly fast. She deserves a raise! Holy smokes, she is impressive. So the food - great fresh bagels, I like mine toasted, fresh meat and cheese. I only get one thing there because I love and crave it. There are lots of choices on the menu. And I like that they are a Coke shop. Don't forget to sign-up for the rewards program. I am saving my points to get a number of baker's dozens to treat the teachers at school. Also, look for a survey on your receipt. If you answer it, you get 3 free bagels next visit with purchase. If you do so, the survey usually generates each purchase so you keep getting free bagels. By far one of the best and most filling bagel sandwiches I have ever had! I had a flight out of CVG and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat prior to my flight. Once I got to the food court and saw the options, I headed to another restaurant before seeing that the employee was not wearing a mask properly. So, I headed over to Bruegger's which was empty but the employee was correctly wearing a mask. I ordered the herby turkey which originally came with a sesame bagel, but I was able to customize it and get the asiago one instead. The employee helping with my order was super friendly and helpful! I always have the smokehouse brisket egg sandwich on an everything bagel. It's probably the most delicious breakfast sandwich I've ever had. It's more expensive than an egg mcmuffin, but when you try it you will notice the difference between filling your stomach and actually savoring the food. The sandwich comes with smoked brisket, cheese, fried egg, and a tangy mayo sauce on your choice of bagel. This was my first visit to a Bruegger's Bagel cafe. I don't know much about this chain, but I can say that I was totally impressed with the service at this location today. It's located in the food court at concourse B. It's a great option if you want something different, or I should say not your typical fast food restaurant. I knew it was going to be great when I saw the line of people waiting to order and pay. Don't let the line fool you. It actually moves quickly due to the efficiency of this staff. They get 5 stars just for how well they worked together. The young lady making the sandwiches was super busy, but she had everything under control. She greets everyone, then takes your order while she's preparing a sandwich for the person in front of you. She also was able to answer questions during all of this. She was cool as a cucumber the entire time. The cashier was equally as awesome. The machine was out of pumpkin spice coffee, but she quickly got another one brewing. I received a freshly brewed cup of coffee, and it was nice and hot. The food was pretty awesome. I had the smoked salmon sandwich on a five cheese bagel with a slice of tomato. The cream cheese was definitely from Vermont. The bagel had a nice crunch on the outside. The signature of a NYC bagel. The pumpkin spice coffee had a great flavor. Would definitely recommend the sandwich and the coffee. I'll have to look for a location near Tampa. I liked it that much. She has such a positive attitude and energy early in the morning to serve the customers, even though it is a long line. She never missed saying good morning to each customer when she takes the order. To top it of she is also multitasking at the same time. She takes the order and make sandwiches in such a good timely manner. She is so positive and she work hard. She deserves an outstanding ovation or at least a recognition from the manager of this store. I am not a morning person, but she made me smile because of her excellent customer skills. The attitude I received from the woman behind the counter this morning at 6am was uncalled for. She asked me for my order, I gave it, she asks, "is that all for you?" I was ordering with my sister who was standing right next to me and I respond, "My sister will be ordering as well," clearly misunderstanding the specificity of her question she stops what she is doing and responds in a condescending manner, "That is not the question I asked. I asked is that all for you. There are two of us behind here and my memory won't allow me to take both your orders at once." I ignore the attitude, proceeded to walk to the register and my sister placed her order when the woman was ready. I understand she was overwhelmed and the business was short staffed. Instead of wasting time and giving me a speech all she needed to say was "I'll take hers when I'm ready," etc. would never talk back or talk down to any person working in service. Came in under $7, a pretty good value for airport food and very filling I also go to the Bruegger's in Blue Ash, and their breakfast sandwiches are very good.
