I ordered a giant one and a half pound pretzel that came with deli meat, pickles and olives and 3 dips for New Years Eve with my family. It was definitely a hit! I figured I'd love the pretzel just by itself (which it was very good) but when you added the meat and dipped it in a sauce it just gave it that extra zing of yum. I chose Black Forest ham and Turkey plus queso cheese, beer cheese and honey mustard as the dips. Im not a big mustard person but was surprised at how good it was when combined with the pretzel and meat. I definitely want to go back to try more things. read more

We drove by Wich Doctor yesterday and decided to have it delivered for dinner this evening. Honestly, I didn't expect to give it 5 stars but we can't come up with a single complaint. The sandwiches were made to order with TONS of meat. The sides were also delicious. Could we have made the food at home? Probably. This salad is huge and the chicken is perfectly cooked every time! Well worth the cost. The dressing tastes super fresh and adds a little kick without overwhelming the salad. First time trying the wich doctor, and I will be back. I was torn between the Cuban and Hecate, and several sides. I am indecisive so I settled on the Hecate, mac and cheese, Pasta Salad & Loaded Potato Salad. I wanted to try them all. Better than ordering two sandwiches I knew I couldnt finish. Lol. The sandwich was delicious, not too spicy. The sides were okay, the Loaded Potato Salad was different than what we're use to seeing locally. I think it has ranch in it, maybe. I also ordered an iced coffee with salted caramel and oat milk. It was tasty. I highly recommend and will be back. Thank you. FYI there are over a thousand reviews on DoorDash. This was our first time ordering and we will definitely be back. We ordered sandwiches, the Nero, Angry Chicken, and Conjurer. The conjurer was a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was very fresh and the cherry pecan chicken salad was very flavorful. For sides we had the pasta salad and potato salad both were delicious. This is our 2nd time trying this restaurant. The first time we tried sandwiches. They were soggy, flavorless and awful. Today we gave them a second chance. Ordered a salad and gumbo. The salad was 99% romaine lettuce and 1% toppings. The gumbo was terrible!! It was $3.99 for a cup of it. There was ZERO broth. One. It's of chicken and ZERO sausage. Don't sleep on this gem! Everything is fresh and customized to your preferences. Perfect for a quick work lunch. I've tried the mufaletta, cuban and chicken salad all were great. Mufaletta is huge, honestly way too much meat and cheese for a single sandwich and very good. It's takeout only and online orders are always ready on time and accurate. My family is originally from New York and have been missing all the non-chain diners/delis from home but there really aren't any in Kentucky. We are really excited that Wich Doctor is nearby now and they offer those deli style sandwiches. They are a great alternative to all of the chain sandwich shops. We order from here once a week at least and have never had an issue with the food or service. We order online and the orders are always ready within 10-15 minutes. Food was okay and definitely a healthier option. I ordered the veggie sandwich on 12 grain bread and cheesy cauliflower soup. Unfortunately it tasted like something I could easily replicate at home, and didn't have a "signature" taste like Subway, Jimmy Johns, Etc. A little bland. I'm glad I figured out different because this little place is worth talking about! I got the Nero and it was delicious. They have a variety of sides to choose from...try the pasta salad!
