    Mocha Cold Brew

I get the mocha cold brew. It's kinda pricy being close to $7 so I only get it on occasion but it always hits the spot!

I really hate to give places low ratings but after my experience today, Bigby has earned it. Ordered one of the maple waffle breakfast sandwiches which I've had other locations. When I opened the sandwich, there were pieces of the waffle missing. I tried to ignore that and eat the sandwich. However, when I tried to bite into the sandwich, the cheese was so burnt and chewy I couldn't even take a bite. I ended up throwing the whole sandwich away. I really don't understand how you can serve a customer something that was this bad.

I love Biggby, but highly recommend going to a different location. The people are friendly at Anderson but they skimp on toppings and flavorings. I asked for extra cream cheese today, which I don't have to do ever at Amelia or Montgomery - and my Turkey Havarti Bragel was still dry. My chai tea latte just tasted watered down. Don't even attempt to Doordash, it's even worse.

    Scuba

We really got skimped on the little bubble things today really disappointed, the scuba is my favorite drink and the only reason I come

More than just coffee! Great refreshing drinks and very helpful staff. Welcome to Anderson!!

Really like this place. Service was good and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely a better option than Starbucks.

I didn't want to wait for an advanced shipment this time and looked up the Doscher's Candies website to order directly. These are the only candy canes I will now buy and I love the peppermint as well as the assorted fruit flavors. They are not thin and sticky with hard to peel wrappers like the ones found in stores around the holidays, and the flavors are distinctive and ample. (I confess that I ate most of my order last year instead of sharing!) There is also one additional reason I will buy from Doscher's...customer service. Every company can and will experience a glitch at some point, but how it is handled is the true test of how they value their customers. My first order had a small glitch with shipping but it was addressed promptly and professionally. Less than a week later, I placed a second order. Good product, good company.

Some of their most well-known items are candy canes, candy buttons, and French Chew. I popped in on a Saturday in December for a special event with Santa. So many amazing candies- many from years past and lots of holiday non-candy gifts to purchase for Christmas in their charming gift shop. The space was beautifully decorated and the staff was all smiles, despite the very long lines. Doscher's has been around for over 150 years, and it's definitely worth checking them out at any time of the year. Note the hours before you head out, as they close early.

Review #1000!!! Where did the time go?! When I hear the word…read morePIE, my response is ALWAYS, yes please! I seriously could eat sweet or savory pie for every meal and never get tired of it. When I discovered there was a pie specialty place so close to me, I had to try it! I stopped by on a Friday early afternoon. I had never been before, so rather than ordering ahead online to pickup at their convenient walk up window, I opted to go inside. Inside is small but oh so cute. During more normal times it looks like they have a nice little dining area too. I was happy to see they still had a decent selection even early afternoon! The only thing they were out of that I wanted to try was Chicken Pot Pie, but the owner was in the process of making more and even offered for me to stop back a little later. I decided id save that for another time as there was so much goodness right infront of me! I went with a mini goat cheese and sun dried tomato quiche, a mozzarella and pepperoni hand pie, a cardamom cinnamon roll, and a mixed berry mini pie. Each was special in its own way. The quiche had a thick crust, and a moist perfectly cooked filling. The components of it were fresh and delicious. The hand pie was rich with generous filling, and the crust was nicely flaky. The cardamom roll was spicy and sweet. My favorite of all the above was the mixed berry pie. Not only did it have a great crust and nice topping, but the filling was just right. It wasn't overly sweet or gelatinous, just fruity and fresh. I realized as I was eating these items that the crust seemed different than any I had before. I didn't realize until I went back to the website that it was actually gluten free! I never would have guessed! The owner actually locally sources as much as she can, including from her own garden and family farm! The products available do change but range from hand pies, quiches, full and mini pies, rolls, cookies, and breads. The inventory on the website is accurate and updated. Specials can also be found posted on social media. I am definitely impressed with this local gem!

You all good with that? All right. Go here. It is the sweetest little shop working it's tail off to please their customers with authentically baked and built foods. There may be a line, or it may take a few minutes to build your sandwich. Chill. This is why you came here. If you wanted a three day old sandwich in cellophane you could have stopped at the Shell station. Her BLT w/ chicken wrap is awesome. So are the baked goods. Secret inside tip- call 15 minutes before you get there and it will be ready when you walk in. But if it's not, relax. She is bootstrapping her business and doing a great job!
