Delicious fresh food! We loved all of the flavors and the hot sauce. We both ordered chicken (sandwich and platter)

This was a pretty good sandwich spot. Well I guess it's not a sandwich spot per se but it's good enough as a sandwich spot for me lol. So this is a Mediterranean grill inside of Ponce City Market. When you get to Ponce City Market you have plenty of parking options but all of them are going to be paid. The last time I went was on a weekday and I was there for between four and six hours and I paid probably no more than $12. Just keep that in mind. I was walking around just trying to see things that I haven't done before as far as restaurants and I ended up here and it was not a bad choice. The people at the front were pretty cool and were very friendly so that was a positive plus. The food that I had was good and I would consider trying something else from there. Koobidch sandwich (with fries) - so the sandwich itself came on a piece of bread that was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The beef inside the sandwich had a sauce over it that was pretty good and savory. Now I just want to say that it did have a sauce that came with it but I don't know if it was for my sandwich. But whatever sauce that was was pretty darn good. It fit on the fries and helped the sandwich along as well. I would get the sandwich again but there are a couple of other ones there that I would try first. The French fries are really good. They came with a sack of fries and they were very well seasoned and super crispy. Overall it does have my intention to try it again at some point in time, even though there are a lot of restaurants to make it through, but it was a good experience. read more

Located in Ponce City Market, this is such a nice spot to grab a meal no matter if you're craving something clean and healthy or if you wanna get something heftier like their sandwiches. It's all good! Their sandwiches and fries were delicious as expected, but I was especially impressed by their salmon. It was so tender and it just fell apart in my mouth. Faced with all the options in Ponce, I went with Bibi and ordered the zaatar fries with the joojeh plate - which had delicious, juicy chicken, excellent basmati rice, a butter braised tomato, and yogurt sauce to accompany the delicious sauce on the dish. It was so flavorful, so filling, and probably was the best thing I ate in Atlanta. Definitly the right decision if you're visiting Ponce Market! read more

In town for a quick conference and luckily my hotel was right next to Ponce Market. Bibi was the eatery I decided to try, and I ordered the hanger steak plate. The steak was cooked perfectly, somewhere between rare and medium rare -- I was never asked how I liked my steak prepared, so maybe that was the default. The steak was also seasoned perfectly! The rice and grilled tomato was also good components on the side, I wished they gave more of the tomato though as I only had one piece. The dish also comes with a side of pickled cauliflower/onion/carrots. The spot is really cute and aesthetically pleasing. read more

I was excited to find that Bibi is part of Delbar (and I love Delbar). We ordered via Uber Eats so naturally, the food needed heating up by the time we got it. I ordered the joojeh but substituted the regular basmati rice with Adas polo. The sauce my meal was served was so addictively delicious. The rice came a plenty and the chicken was cooked to perfection. It was also served with some pickled veggies on the side, which I didn't care for. We really liked this little food stall. The staff was very friendly and the food was prepped quickly while we waited. There's plenty of seating out in the hallway, so we didn't have to go far to find a table and eat. I'd probably skip the lamb on the labneh next time, but the dill labneh itself was delicious. Seriously some of the best I've had anywhere. The falafel was also tasty and maybe a little spicy? Either way, different and good overall. read more

Delbar is good, but Bibi is even better. Highly recommend the koobideh sandwich-- the sauce WOW what can I say. The sandwich was meaty, saucy, filling, and hit the spot. I had the koobideh sandwich, it is without a doubt one of the best things I have EVER eaten. The meat is meat is perfectly flavored, the sauce is reminiscent of a tomato vodka sauce, and their bread is sensational as well. I seriously can't say enough good things about this sandwich. I tried this for the first time the other day because it looked really good and I've heard good reviews about Delbar. I got the lamb sandwich and chose the side salad over fries. It was $20 which is a little overpriced. The sandwich is massive and was delicious. I saved the salad for later but it was just okay. The small napkins were inconvenient as the sandwich is saucy. This is a Persian food stand in the Ponce Food Hall. Our kebab rice platter was delicious. I was immediately drawn to this place when I saw the sign outside for the baklava ice cream, because I LOVE baklava! I was super excited to try it and asked if I could sample it, but they said that they were already prepackaged so I decided to try it anyways. I've been to Delbar many times so I was excited to finally try Bibi. It didn't disappoint. I fell in love with the falafel sandwich. If parking at Ponce weren't so annoying, I'd be getting this once a week. The falafels were crispy with fresh herbs coming through. The pickled onions gave a perfect tangy and sweet balance to the savoriness. The hummus and tahini kept the sandwich from being too dry. And the bread... You can't have a good sandwich without quality bread. I believe this was fresh ciabatta (idk where from, but I need some stat). It was just so perfect. Vegans don't often get great sandwich options so this was a big win. I chose salad as my side, but I've heard great things about the fries, so I'll be back. read more

Ponce City Market has some incredible restaurants and Bibi Eatery is certainly one of my favorites! I was shocked to see another Persian restaurant in Atlanta (we went to Rumi's Kitchen as well) and was amazed by the store's gorgeous aesthetic. I really appreciated their modern take on Persian food. We got the lamb and labneh sandwich with 1/2 side of fries. First of all, their rustic bread is simply delicious. The lamb was crispy and flavorful, and it paired so beautifully with the tartness of the barberries. I love pickled onions on anything, so that was just another added bonus. Also, I was shocked that we got 1/2 order of fries because the portion was very substantial. The spicy tahini was yummy for dipping. I would definitely come back to Bibi Eatery to try their koobideh. We strolled through Ponce City Market on a Tuesday morning and enjoyed how calm and quiet it was compared to how packed it gets on the weekends. It allowed us the time to browse without feeling rushed and we stumbled upon Bibi Eatery. The menu is simple and straightforward. I got a Koobideh plate and it was delicious. This was an unfortunate mistake. Located in the Ponce de Leon market it is a small establishment that promises Persian fair. My wife is Persian and Persian food is something that we eat often. We got the kabob from here and the hummus. I'll start by saying the hummus was ok... it was pretty blah but edible. The kabobs on the other hand looked great but turned out to pretty bad. My wife, my sons, and I could not eat them. They had some kind of strange spice in them that ruined the flavor! We make our own kabobs, my wife's family makes them as well, and we have eaten authentic kabob in many places... this was not anything flavored like any authentic kabob. Honestly it was quite off putting. The spice whatever it was, was just not right! The service was good the place looked clean and we were really looking forward to the food... but wow what an epic fail. We tossed two almost full plates of kabob and will not return here. It is a shame... but look at my reviews of other Persian eateries if you are looking for good Persian food. read more

Was excited to try this place because I saw it was the sister restaurant of Del Bar and I loveeeee Del Bar. I came in and ordered the lamb sandwich. It was prettyyyy decent? I think I'm just not the best fan of lamb--it always gives a little dry to me. The flavor was there and the toppings were amazing. They provided a side of sauce, I'm not sure of the name of it unfortunately--that went amazing with the sandwich. It was served on rustic bread which was a little too hard and crunchy for my liking at first, but reheated very well the next day. All of the sandwiches come with a hearty helping of fries. Definitely splittable. Overall, casual dining in Ponce market. Next time I think I'd try a different sandwich or maybe one of their platters to see if it truly compares to how great Del Bar is. read more

After having dinner with my new Atlanta friends, one of them who is a fellow foodie recommended Delbar for Mediterranean. On my last day in Atlanta, I went back to Ponce City Market and was stopped in my tracks at the food hall when I saw the advertisement of Bibi by Delbar. I took it as an opportunity to try this Iranian/Persian cuisine. The decor is modern retro with a soft color palette. Their space has some seating with small tables much like built-in desks but booth seating. You order, and they pack your food in either recycled containers, paper cartons, or clear plastic containers and a paper bag with handles. I ordered the joojeh, which is chicken kebab. It was served with a large portion of basmati rice, grilled tomato, yogurt sauce, and pickled veggies. The chicken was tender. Loved this dish. We hadn't eaten breakfast before World of Coca-Cola, so I ordered extra sides like falafel and fries. The falafel was on a bed of hummus and topped with spicy tahini and pickled onions. The falafel was crisp on the outside. Delicious. The small side of fries was thin like McDonald's but had za'atar seasoning and paired with a spicy tahini sauce. The fries were crispy and great dipped in the sauce. If the food was this good from a food hall, I'm absolutely sure I'd love their sister restaurant Delbar. read more

First the service was poor. We received only part of our order. As I was reviewing the receipt the young lady at the counter rudely snatched it from my hand as if I wasn't looking at it. No "May I see that", no apology for snatching or anything. Next we received one of the three meals and had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the rest of our food that was on the same ticket! During that time others who orders after us came and went with their food. Then our food was not that great. The falafel was dry and the drinks were not mixed well. I definitely would not return. I genuinely do not understand how this venue tends to fly under the radar of even the strongest foodies in Atlanta. As you may know, this is a sister eatery of Delbar, and nothing is lost from a quality perspective. The food is freshly made and delectable to boot. We had the falafel and the ice cream. Both were incredible. I was not even expecting the onions and garnish to accompany the falafel to go, but it made for a pleasantly tasty upside surprise. Regarding the ice cream - give it a little time to thaw. It will be worth the wait! Note that the broader ambiance can be quite busy given that this is Ponce City Market, but the immediate environs at the eatery is perfectly manageable. There are also small tables to sit down and eat if you want to enjoy your food right away. Don't forget to ask for a small sumac container to go! read more

I decided to try Bibi Eatery while visiting Ponce City Market the other day. It's a restaurant created by the same owners of DelBar, one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta, so I had to check it out. I got take out, as I just wanted to eat at home and get away from all the craziness that Ponce City Market is. I got the Joojeh Sandwich with the green salad. The sandwich was really good. It was a little messy, as you can see in the picture I posted, but it was still good regardless. It had a nice combination of different flavors in there from spicy to sour. Everything worked really well together in the sandwich. The chicken was so flavorful!! The salad I got as the side was whatever in my opinion. It didn't really taste like much, and the dressing didn't make it any better. I would've probably been better off getting the fries. Overall, the sandwich was good, but the salad was not. They do have a decent sized menu too, so you're definitely bound to find something you like. They have some kabob plates, as well as other sandwiches, and quite a few other options as well. Vegetarian options are also available too. Worth visiting if you ever find yourself craving some persian food while at Ponce City Market. read more

Very nice Mediterranean (Kabob/Sandwich) shop. Went here on my birthday week, with my sister -- last visited, July 2023. Touring the Ponce City Market for a second time, and I liked the ambiance and inside decor a little better this time around. I guess Atlanta / Georgia does grow on you after a while. A lot of stalls and restaurants here at Ponce, lot of ethnic food and diversity. For example, they have Latin/Spanish, Indian, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean (this one), ice cream, and even a pub serving alcoholic drinks. That said, after looking at the menu and consulting with the counter-person, we decided to go w/ the Lamb & Labneh Sandwich -- which came with lamb, and fries on side -- and the Mahi Kabob -- which came with salmon, sauce, and rice. We had a short wait, and ate out at one of the small round tables in the Ponce central mess hall -- at least, the area where passerby walk down. The Lamb sandwich I had was really good, sufficiently juicy, and tasty. I shared half of it, but felt myself wishing there was more. I tried a few bites of the Mahi Kabob, and it was in a word, exceptional. I really liked the flavor of the salmon, it was juicy and great-tasting, and honestly while the sauces accentuated the flavor, it was really not necessary. That said, the only negative I have to add here, is the small portion size -- I couldn't help myself wishing that there was more meat, for the price point. On a final note, this is apparently a sister restaurant set up by the owners of Delbar restaurant -- which I've been to, and have reviewed as "outstanding" -- however, at the time the name did not mean anything to me, as I'd never visited Delbar. All in all, food here was really good, but I'm detracting a star for the somewhat expensive prices, and also the fact that portion sizes for the meat are a bit on the low end. That said, this is a great Mediterranean place within the Ponce city market, and it's likely you won't find better within miles in any distance. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the Atlanta area! read more

Bibi was inside of the Ponce City Market. Their food was fresh and the place was very clean. It was nice for a quick bite but there are a lot of options in the market. Like Delbar, Bibi is a HIT! Food is fresh and delicious and made with intention. Delbar (the OG restaurant) is my favorite restaurant ever, so I was so excited to try Bibi. It did not disappoint, EXCEPT for the fact that when I went, they had swapped out their Barbara bread for a traditional baguette because they said too many people were complaining about a soggy sandwich. I think the Barbara bread makes it original and they should consider at least having the option to have it. Don't get the wrong, the sandwich was still great, but I'm convinced it would have been better with the other bread. Either way, I will be back! Such a great addition to ponce. read more

Has a great experience at BiBi! Stopped in for lunch. Located in Ponce city market food hall. Service was very quick and greeted positively! After placing my order it was ready within 5-7 mins. I ordered the Koobideh Kabob. Portions are great. Very filling. Comes with rice, yogurt sauce, and pickled vegetables. 2 skewers of kabob. Friendly, authentic, solid place. My daughter and I ate here on a family trip. The woman who helped us was friendly and cheerful. I had the hanger steak kabob. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The rice was as well. I loved the pickled vegetable treat. My daughter had the joojeh sandwich. She reported that it was excellent. We shared the Shirazi salad. Crisp and subtlety dressed. Delicious, light, and perfect for the summer heat. I also had a Persian beer with sumac. Interesting and tasty. Checked out this new spot in Ponce City Market last week. We came in around 7pm on Thursday. It wasn't too crowded at that time. They have a tasty looking menu. Lots of dips, kebabs and sandwiches to choose from. We got the lamb and labneh sandwich. It came out pretty quickly. We were so impressed with it! So flavorful and lots of great flavor combinations. The sandwich is large as well, so plenty to make it two servings. I'd definitely come back to try their dips and other entrees! They are the sister restaurant to del bar, which is also fabulous. As a longtime fan of Delbar, I was excited to see their new more casual outpost open up at PCM. They have a suitably more casual menu but still with a lot of options. There are a small number of bench style seats in the space itself, but most likely you'll want to go find seating elsewhere in the food hall area as the actual table space at Bibi is pretty small. I got a thing of hummus, which comes with warm toasted bread, and the Mahi plate, which is grilled salmon on rice that comes with some pickled vegetables (torshi) and zhough. The hummus is quite nice, and the bread that comes with it is really soft and delicious, although I think I might have preferred warm pita just for ease. Soft bread tends to just come apart when you're wiping it through a thicker dip, you know? With the Mahi plate--I wanted to try it because l LOVE the salmon at Delbar. The plate came with two pieces of grilled salmon. Both with really crispy skin and nice flavor, but with two different levels of done-ness? One was super tender and juicy just the way I like it, and the other was a bit more "well done". Unclear how that happened, but oh well. Love the zhough and the torshi, great accompaniments to the salmon. There was a LOT of rice. Like, a LOT. Probably enough for two people if I hadn't been as hungry as I was. Honestly I could have done with less rice and more torshi. Definitely sprinkle the sumac on the salmon, too! Overall, if I have a choice I will probably still go to the original Delbar, but it's nice to have another solid option at PCM. read more

I was hesitant to come here since a year ago because people said that this place wasn't as good as Del Bar (Bibi Eatery is a spinoff of Del Bar). Del Bar is definitely one of my favorite spots in Atlanta, and Bibi brings the same flavor and quality. My wife and I split the Koobediah sandwich and a serving of fries that it came with. The zaatar fries from here are honestly better than the ones at Del Bar, the fries at Bibi are more like McDonalds fries in terms of size ratio and the crispiness of the fry, where Del Bars fries are more like these thick cut, less crispy french fries- the same seasoning on both though. The sandwich is elite! Well balanced flavors, freshness, savory and herbaceous, acidity from the pickles, subtle sweetness from the sauce. I love Del Bar's zhoug, which they also have at BibI, and that added even more acidity, herb, and a good dose of spice. With this spot being in Ponce, it definitely had one of the nicer store fronts aesthetically compared to other restaurants. Seating is somewhat limited, but these spots are more grab and go than dine in. Even then , my wife and I sat there and had a small table to split our food. Definitely will be back! read more
