Food maybe needed little more flavor but it was still good. I ordered Chicken Shawerma bowl. It came with some vegetables, hummus, one pita bread but I had to pay extra for bowl of rice. I had asked the owner (older gentleman) about the Shawerma plate, so I really winded up paying more for my food for the same items. For dessert, I got a small Baklava that was too dry to my taste. However, Basbusa was delicious. Young man helped me to complete my order, and he was friendly. He even went to get me a cup of ice from next door, that seemed to be part of the same business. Atmosphere was pleasant and simple with plenty of outside seating. I did not look at the health score, but the establishment was ok. I took my food to go and got two packs of broken plasticware. Maybe next time when I will be in the neighborhood, I will try something different. read more

Shawarma Non-Stop is a very unassuming spot with good flavor. You enter in and go to the counter to quick order. It's a fast casual setup with seating to the left that can house parties of two to four but designed for takeout. I talked with the server to familiarize myself. It's similar to a lot of fast casual Mediterranean: you pick the meat, say if you want rice, greens, or half & half, then get the toppings, and then choose your sauces. I ended up getting a 1) steak bowl with all rice, all toppings, garlic and tzatziki, and hot sauce, 2) a chicken bowl with half rice, half greens, all toppings, garlic and curry sauce, and 3) an order of garlic lemon pepper fries. My favorite item was the fries; you could smell the right wafting off of them and there was a nice lemon pepper salt to provide a sharper acidic contrast to the smooth creaminess of the sauce. I also like my steak bowl; it wasn't nothing out of the ordinary but there was good bang for buck. I will note that the hot sauce was pretty mild. I will definitely come back. Its main strength is that it is across from Piedmont Atlanta so it's an easy meal grab. read more

Overall it's pretty good. There is not nearly enough tzatziki sauce leaving it quite dry. Disappointing. The fries have good seasoning on them. Adequate size food. I would ask for a side of tzatziki sauce!! read more

Non-Stop is legit. I stopped in randomly today for lunch and had a chicken Shawarma pita pocket, and I was so impressed. What stood out about this place is the option to add fries to the pocket! When I was in Greece, this was common, and I was sad to come home and not find more places in the States that do this. This Lebanese Shawarma shop nails it with their sauces and flavors. I had the chicken pita with all the veggies--pickles, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, fries, and both tzatziki and garlic sauce. It was so good! They even have specialty sodas; I tried the strawberry soda, which was very good if you're into soda. The place is small, and they close the inside early to become takeout only, but I recommend sitting down and eating there because places like this are better fresh. If you do take out, get your sauce on the side to keep your pita from getting soggy. I will definitely be back here often. It's my new go-to for shawarma. The staff, including the kid working there, was nice too. 4.5 stars! read more

Excellent! Everything is well seasoned and deliciously fresh. I discovered this place because I had to make daily visits to the Piedmont Hospital right across the street while my spouse recovered from surgery and I was not disappointed. I are there three times in two days and I will do it every time I go up to that section of Atlanta. This place is right across from the big Piedmont hospital Marcus heart center. There is street parking if you can safely get it but probably best to park in the lot behind, just enter along side of CVS Then walk through a short passage and your there. This is a one man operation and it appears the guy is the owner. He is friendly and accommodating. There are tables inside and outside where you can eat there, or take it to go You can pretty much see all the options as the food is in these metal bins and he assembles your order in front of you. I presume since he is alone he fills these bins before opening. He makes each order from those bins. He stayed pretty busy when I was there. You see it all too as you are one side and he is on the other. I was there about 130p and he was already out of one of the meats. What he has was room temp and probably already sitting in the bin for some time. The finished menu item I got was room temperature. I expect others get the same. I have had shawarma many places before and when it is served warm it is far superior. So for that reason, 3 stars max here. read more

A great spot! This is almost hidden because it's in a small corner of a busy plaza. I got the pocket with chicken, all the veggies and topped with a mix of curry sauce and garlic sauce. Sooo good!!! I don't know why but the pickles were my favorite part lol. The gentleman that owns it is like a one man band, taking your order, assembling your order and then taking your payment. There is a steady stream of hospital staff and others and he's able to smoothly handle the crowds. Even though it's a tight space, there is seating for the days you don't want to be outside. This place was easy to miss, tucked in the shadow of CVS and Mediterranean To Go and Gusto's Flashy yellow awnings. However, there is ample parking behind the storefronts and a surprisingly large and quiet seating area. We missed the lunch rush and arrived before the take out flurries. The proprietor, or at least a family member (I suspect) fried up some fresh fries to ensure I had the most authentic and full authentic experience. Thank you! Nonstop is tucked next to the CVS and can be easy to miss from the road. Park in the back and go to the alley and you'll see it. Flavor was overall really great and prices are pretty reasonable. I'd love to see them get some hummus to beef up their plates but everything was fresh and flavorful. I got a chicken plate and was satisfied by the tender juicy chicken. Shawarma Non-Stop is a great new spot in the neighborhood. It's tucked away next to the CVS/Gusto!/Fresh4U. I suggest parking in the lot behind the CVS. I came here for lunch and had a great first experience. Once I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by the friendly young owner of the restaurant. He immediately asked if this was my first time visiting and took the time to explain the ordering process. It turns out he is the son of the owners of Fresh4U next door and he encouraged me to go there as well - pretty cool he wants to support both places, keeping it in the fam. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate. They gave me plenty of chicken, which was super delicious! The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. I ordered a lot of toppings, but the highlights of the dish were: sauces (garlic and curry were so good), pink cabbage, pickles, and the basmati rice. I would happily eat this plate again and again! My main piece of feedback is to put larger scoops of toppings, or, ask the patrons if the scoop was enough. I had a sprinkle of cabbage/pickles but I secretly wanted way more. Another nice touch is that the plates are compostable - yay! Since this place is new, I'm giving it 5 stars for great service, awesome chicken, good price point and overall great flavors that deserve to be complimented early-on. If you like Bezoria, you'll probably like Shawarma Non-Stop! If the owners happen to read this, my wish list items for this spot would be: 1-2 falafels included in a plate or as a side item, hummus as a topping and the side of fries to come with a dipping sauce (that curry sauce + fries would be literal and figurative gold). I went here out of curiosity and wish I had not. In this world of Covid - 19, it would nice to see the staff wearing masks and gloves, that was not the case. The guy who assembled my food just got back into the store from IDK where and while he did put on gloves, did not wash his hands..kinda gross. So now that that is out of the way, the food is not that great. The rice is bland and in clumps, the chicken has little to no taste at all, and the sprinkle of veggies did not do much to help out. While the portion size is good, Lebanese food is supposed to be fragrant and full of spice and flavor, this is not even close. Look elsewhere. read more
